Beloved Ones,
This is a time for deep inner contemplation and the discerning of that which still exists within yourselves that no longer serves the Path you have chosen. These times require complete self honesty and the making of further choices that will set free that which has not been resolved to this time. Many times it is in One’s perspective that the change has to take place and when clarity comes, it is usually when One has let go of the need to know the definitive answer and just allow what was and is, in One’s current situation with acceptance.
The road before you becomes ever narrower in terms of what must be done and conversely, it broadens your horizons as to possibilities. Many of you have been juggling your personal relationship issues with your deep desire for greater God connection and this has created inner conflict – for when One is faced with the sacrifice of all that One holds dear in order to connect to God within, it is most difficult to take that step. We say the times of martyrdom are over. It is not always necessary to effect drastic changes in your life in order to progress on your Path of Ascension.
If One would look at the issues with greater detachment and a sense of deep Love, a way can be opened to have both. Some Souls are not meant to be in the front lines but rather to live gently in harmony and joy with those whom they love. The time of sacrifices such as was required in days of old are no longer necessary; all that is necessary is a heart based desire for deeper communion with the God within and for a deeper communion with those who support you in your daily living. The important thing is to establish and maintain balance between both desires.
God expresses through you in every moment and every facet of your life. It is God who speaks through you, acts through you and if you can bring this realization fully forward in consciousness, you can give yourselves permission to have the best outcomes for yourselves and for your Loved Ones through the Grace of God’s love for you all. This is what is being asked of you in these times, to come together in love, peace and harmony, to express the higher qualities within you and by your example, inspiring others to do the same. A life well lived is a life of Mastery.
Find your passion and focus on this and all else shall fall into place in Divine order. If it fills you with joy and enthusiasm, then do it and the good feelings it brings out from within you by following your heart’s desire will bless you and those around you each day. Love is the greatest force in the Universes and miracles can and do occur when this force is employed. Love one another as God loves you and all will be well. The outer ego will try to dissuade you from pursuing the higher aspects and attributes because that was its role of protection in your life, but in these new times, the ego must be loved into wholeness and fully integrated with all aspects of yourselves. To fully integrate with your higher aspects, your human ego requires your love and compassion too.

Beloved Ones,
Keeping yourselves grounded into the Earth’s core is the most important step to take right now. You are each here to bring your higher aspects into your physical body and it is important that you have a strong foundation upon which to do this. What you are seeking is within yourselves and not in the outer World. Allow a few moments each day to feel your heart pulse in rhythm with the Earth, for this will connect and attune you and the Earth, as your vibrational level is uplifted. Trust in your inner guidance as you go about your daily activities and follow the inner promptings as they occur.
Many momentous events are taking place on a Cosmic level and those who follow their inner guidance know that these are not ordinary times that you are living in. It requires steadfastness, courage, trust and perseverance to continue on your daily path when all about you it seems that everything stays the same. It is difficult to grasp the significance of the larger perspective and we advise that the best avenue is to go within each day and intentionally align with your Higher Self and ask for guidance and direction. By daily making this intention a conscious habit, much that is good will flow into your life.
More shifts and changes are taking place within the Earth which manifest as movements on the surface. These will continue to take place as adjustments are made in the Earth’s transition to a higher dimension. As these changes happen, feel Love, unconditional Love, for the Earth and all Her inhabitants and envision great Light streaming from within Her crystalline diamond core out into Her crystalline grids and out into the Cosmos. Keep your hearts ever attuned to the larger picture of the Divine Plan and remain calm and centered. As you stay centered you enable those around you to remain calm and peaceful and this is most helpful.
It is a time to allow the further opening of your heart chakras and to become consciously able to do this, for it is from this energetic portal within you that your personal Path is activated and becomes clear to you. This is important, for so many of you are situated in areas where the Awakening of Humanity has not yet occurred and so it requires the quality of faith and perseverance to continue on your spiritual journey seemingly alone and not understood. It requires Love of the highest kind to continue in this direction and not falter and each of you has this kind of Love in great abundance.
Let the inner Light that you truly are shine forth in these days of transition from World to another as this is very helpful to those around you. They may not see it but they do sense it on a sublime level. As your Higher Self and Great I AM Presence anchors more deeply within you, it then enables those around you to do the same and this can be accomplished in a much easier and smoother transition for them. Shine on, Dear Ones, for how could you be other than what you really are?

Beloved Ones,
The times that are upon you require that you allow yourselves to just BE instead of doing. It is a period of inner contemplation and adjusting. Many changes are occurring within yourselves and your physical bodies are continuing in their transformations. Remember to drink plenty of pure clean water and be out in nature as much as possible. Your connection to the Earth is very important right now and it will help you in your transition as you go through your changes.
Many people are expecting an instantaneous change to take place and we say to you that the process of change takes place gradually so that there is no burnout occurring within your human operating system. Honor your body temple and do what is necessary as it is revealed to you. Our Scribe is spending more time out of doors and concentrating on restoring her physical body to wholeness once again. She is listening to the inner promptings that come to her and following that guidance. Our messages will be coming forth sporadically as she adjusts to the increased solar flares, for she becomes affected in her ability to receive during these times.
There is gradual progress being made in the raising of the vibrational level of the Earth and all upon, within and above Her and those who have raised their energy levels are now able to download and hold more Light in their cells than ever before. This activates further firing of the DNA strands and you might find your spines feeling tender and sore in the coming days. As you absorb and hold more Light, it radiates an even greater distance from your physical Being, more than you can conceive in your greatest imaginings. Rest when you can, as much as you can, for your bodies are almost in a constant state of flux.
Please realize that your bodies are streams of energy that flow through your central column and flow out through your feet and the top of your head in a continuous circle of Light around you and you who persevere in your daily disciplines and daily reminder of yourselves as the Light that you are, in actual fact become that Light in ever increasing magnitude. This is why more rest and down time is necessary so that all flows in harmony and clarity. Many new revelations will come to you as this happens and many things will begin to make more sense than they did before and deeper understandings of events that took place in your lives will begin to surface from within you.
Take the time that is needed to align yourselves each day with your Higher Selves and Great I AM Presence, this helps these aspects come closer to you so that greater acceleration of remembrance begins to well up into your waking consciousness. We are always with you, Dear Ones, and you have but to call our names or ask for your god sanctioned Guides to be with you in whatever way you need it and we shall be with you. Be specific in requesting that your needs be met with the most benevolent outcome. Co-creation is taking place and it is you who is creating your reality, we can help to speed up the process in a more harmonious manner. Love and honor yourselves and each other and let the beauty of your heart blossom and unfold into ever greater Love.

Beloved Ones,
This is a very powerful time in the line up of planetary configurations and the energetic influence from the Spiritual realms.
Many special dispensations of blessing and Love are being offered to Humanity, all that is required is being open to receive.
Another passage of the Cosmic wheel has been made and we now embark on our new journey into unknown lands of new potential.
As these time codes open up the portals, the influx of Cosmic Love and the waves of Light being sent to the Earth will activate the awakening of greater masses of Humanity.
These are the times you have been waiting for, for it means that you are all getting closer to the remembrance of your reason for being here in this Cosmic moment of the cyclic movement from one age to another.
From this point onward, life will take on an impetus of one revelation after another coming into the Light of each person’s consciousness. Many of you will have your ‘aha!’ moments as the pieces of the puzzle start to fall into place and all the mysteries of your life become more clear.
There is now an unstoppable awakening Light that is inundating this Planet and it is a peaceful, loving and powerful energy.
Be open to receiving more of all that is good in your daily existence. You have each been sorely tested and tried as you went through difficult initiations that have been preparing you to embody the greater Light that you truly are.
The things of the Earth, although you will enjoy them, will no longer trap or distract you from your true purpose. You will have more time to explore the joys of embodiment in a form that is becoming multidimensional in its capacities.
Being open to new experiences and moving beyond your previous boundaries will bring freedom to you on many levels of your Being.
Rejoice in this lightness of your Being, for it means you are moving forward on your Spiritual journey and that you have released the majority of all that is not Love of the things that no longer serve you in this new place you find yourselves in.
Each person will blossom in a myriad of ways that create a new template that will be boundless in its possibilities. If you are reading this, then you are One who has qualified to serve the Divine Plan at a greater level.
There are always other roads to travel and worlds to discover and conquer. We speak here of the growth of the Soul, Dear Ones.
Take note of happenings around you and learn to read the signs. Many things are changing, many things will be changing and you must adapt and change with them.
The greatest changes that we see is that you will take back your power from all discordant and distracting energies and events that have kept you locked into situations not of your making.
Enjoy the ride on the Cosmic roller coaster as it gathers speed towards Earth’s new beginning.
The Ascension is ON, Beloved Ones, remember this each time you are tempted to resume the old ways of your former life.
Going back is not an option, therefore take your next steps in surety and grace. We are with you always.

Beloved Ones,
We see from this vantage point many transformations taking place within the hearts of a greater number of Humanity than ever before. As they awaken and transform within themselves, the energy they create grows exponentially to encompass an ever greater field around the atmosphere of the Earth which in turn ignites more hearts to awaken and transform. Be aware, Dear Ones, of the great power that you hold and wield, as you live your daily lives. “I AM present, here, now.” Say these words often to align yourselves with your higher aspects which are now beginning to come closer to you.
You are starting to have more conscious inner conversations with your Higher Self as you go about your Earthly duties and much guidance comes through to you. Be open and receptive to the flow of words and thoughts that come to you. Watch the thoughts to see which have a positive effect upon your well being and which create opposing forces within you that gives you a feeling of unrest and anxiety. Those are the ones that must yet be changed by you into thoughts that are nurturing and kind. Know that at this moment in time, everyone upon the Planet is going through these experiences, as they face the shadow within.
It is in this way that all illusions and lies that each person has been telling themselves are seen for what they are and when this happens, a change to a better way of relating takes place. If you are sincere in your quest for upward mobility into the higher realms of consciousness, these challenges will be seen by you as great revelations of insight into your deeper aspects that propel you and sometimes, catapult you, into a higher dimensional reality where all that you manifest is of a higher order. It is for this purpose that you have all been cleansing and transmuting so that your way forward is filled with greater ease and grace.
There is but one way to go now and that is forward. The choices have already been made within each Soul and now those who have followed the narrow Path come into their own. As you each align to your true power and embody more and more of your real selves, the changes that have taken place within you will become more discernible to the people in your circle of activities and you will be seen and heard in ways that you never were before. Your Light is now illuminating your physical body and permeating every cell. People around you will think you have the secret to the Fountain of Youth and truly, it is so.
As this process continues, you will all become living examples for others to emulate and follow. It will become obvious that you know of what you speak, for the evidence will shine before them. It is now very important that every thought, word and deed comes from the highest integrity within. A leader must be willing to walk the talk so it will be obvious that you are such a One. Your Ambassadorship as Emissaries of the Light are beginning to become noticed and we rejoice that it is so!

Beloved Ones,
The peeling away of the layers of the subconscious patterns that have been carried within you are now beginning to be dissolved and dissipated. All that disempowered you before is now leaving your auric field and is being replaced by more Light which in turn brings up more layers that have been deeply hidden within you. This is the way that the Light works its magic, Dear Ones, and being willing to experience the uncomfortable feelings and pain involved in this process says much about your inner strength and resolve to see this process through to the victory celebration that comes when entering the higher dimensions of thinking and doing. The layers are now very thin and are easily dissipated with the tools that you have learnt work best for you.
The days ahead require your persistence and perseverance in the holding of your vision of what you want to see manifest in your World. There are the visions for your personal life and then there are the greater visions of the World you want your children and grandchildren to enjoy and embrace. You are each making the Ascension of the Earth and all upon, within, around and above Her happen. Each day as you persist in your daily disciplines of anchoring the Light within the crystalline diamond core of Earth, you add more Light to the entire crystalline grid that is growing ever more powerful in its activation. It has been many ages since this grid has been at full operating capacity and so there is a joyful tone that emanates from the grid in anticipation of the full restoration of its power.
Life as you have known it and perceived it is rapidly falling away and being replaced with ways that are better and which ensure the good of all, not just the few. As the grid gathers more energy and power it is distributed across the Planet in a way that stabilizes the energies emanating from the Cosmos so that greater harmony and balance is maintained. Those who work with the Light are adding to and connecting to, the knowledge that resonates from the great crystals in the depths of the planet. As this occurs, a shifting takes place within your forms and within all forms including the Earth. Each change creates the opening for more change and this will continue until a total transformation happens. Those of you who have been the vanguard of this movement have now entered a state of Being where your efforts are being supported by these new energies and you will find that it becomes a joyful service rather than a necessary chore.
This is the joy of creation of the new. This is alchemy at its finest and most powerful, for all that you have learned and all the tools that you gained are now a part of your new Template and you are focusing upon your own form and bringing healing within and without. As you do this, you discover the methods that worked for your unique situation and this is a valuable tool to offer others so that their path to a higher consciousness and knowledge can be accomplished with considerably more ease than what you endured. This is your great gift to Humanity, each inroad that has been successfully traversed becomes a shining path for others to follow. So we say to you, Beloved Ones, your individual experiences and stories are so very important for they create markers for others to emulate, ways that were learnt by you through great effort, will and endurance which has created a Lighted path for more people to walk on.
Keep your focus on cleansing your body, mind and feelings of all that does not resonate with the higher aspects of your Being. Stay attuned to your heart and to the heart of Mother Earth, hear Her song, her guidance, her wisdom. She has much to teach you if you are willing to listen. She knows the entire history of the evolving cycles of life within Her domain. She will help you to remember. Honor the Earth and become One with Her in loving and symbiotic relationship. Your acknowledgement brings joy and gladness to Her great Being. She is so very ready to work in unison with you.

Beloved Ones,
The challenges that have beset you for such an extended period of time are now in their completion stages and the end is in sight of these rather disempowering situations. Your tenacity and sincerity in your quest for greater insight and spiritual growth has enabled you to amass great strength as you called upon your inner reserves to see you through these periods of friction and opposition that you might bring into manifestation your own unique and personal power. This you have been accomplishing and soon these situations you have experienced will be known to you as the ‘good old days’ as you move into a greater focus of your true purpose here on Earth.
Time and again, you have floundered in confusion as what you had previously dealt with came back magnified in intensity to be looked at yet again. We say to you that these events are not entirely of your own karmic patterns as they also encompass the archetypal patterns of disempowering universal thoughts that have become part of the overall consciousness field around the atmosphere of the Earth. As you have been working upon your personal issues, the greater field of consciousness has also been going through transformation, enabling those who follow your path to find their way to the higher realms much more easily than would have been possible before.
By your willingness and great Love of your fellows upon this beautiful planet, you have been engaging the breaking up and dissolution of these age old patterns of thought and replacing them with peaceful and harmonious energies that affect human thought and inclination. By this we mean that having taken on more than your fair share of karmic miasms that are part of the mass consciousness field and having successfully transformed them to the energy of Love, peace and harmony, you are creating a new way of relating here on this planet. We understand that this has not been an easy time for each of you and we applaud the inroads that you have been and still are making, to walk a different path than those who have gone before in order that a new way of Being in physical manifestation of Spirit begin to take place.
As you look around you it is obvious that much work still needs to be done and this is where your experience, knowledge and awareness can be of enormous benefit to the people around you. Just your presence alone can bring stability and calm in many trying situations and this is part of your task in the coming days. You can be counted upon to lead and follow through on whatever needs to be done at the appropriate timing. We ask that you tune into your inner guidance to an even greater degree so that you are always on track and in tune with the events that are transpiring. Your first intuitive impressions are usually correct and these should be acted upon immediately. Too often, we see that you begin to doubt yourselves and then hold back waiting for more guidance. Allow yourselves to trust in the flow of motion and energy and you will always be in the right place at the right time doing exactly the right thing.
This is the way of Being in your New World, discerning the flow of Earth energy, cosmic energy and solar energy and attuning your own energy field appropriately by becoming acutely aware of your own energetic flows is of tremendous help in these times. Life in these days takes on an exciting and exhilarating impetus. Have faith in your own abilities and resources and know that you are always guided from the unseen realms to walk in safety, grace and ease. Take time for re-energizing and renewing yourselves as the need arises and follow the promptings of your heart. All is well, Dear Ones, and always has been.

Beloved Ones,
As the long winter months are coming to an end in the Northern Hemisphere, new beginnings are waiting to unfold. There is a sense of renewal and rejuvenation in the atmosphere and all around new life is poised, ready to come forth in its diverse and glorious majesty. This is the time to plant seeds in preparation for the blossoming of magnificent abundance from the elemental and plant kingdoms. Together, in unity and in harmony, new life is created and nurtured and these new creations of wonder and magic are in their embryonic stages waiting to unfold in Divine timing.
And so the cycles of the Earth continue in their inexorable march of life, aided here and there by unusual weather patterns that have not appeared for many cycles of time. As the kingdoms of Nature awaken from their dormancy to lift their beings to the Light of the Sun, so too do many people shake themselves off and begin again to plants their seeds of dreams and hopes for a better life for themselves and their families, a way of life that will sustain and nurture all of the finest attributes of each one in their expression of Divinity. By working in tune with the movement of the seasons and acknowledging the invisible helpers who toil with devotion, joy and delight in the manifestation of the life contained within the seeds, the majesty, beauty and wonder of all life renewed fills the air.
It is the time for renewal of intentions and goals that were set perhaps at the beginning of the New Year, to revisit what has been accomplished, where changes need to be made and corrections take place in order to renew the commitment made to one’s aspiring Self as you set out filled with enthusiasm and determination that this year, things would get done, that it would be different, that the World would be different by this turn of the wheel of life upon your World. Yet, all around you, what is reflected back to you is only more of the same old, same old. But wait! There IS something different. There are birds appearing in your neighborhood which have not been seen here before. The eastern bluejays are now a part of the western bluejay family and living in harmony. There are wild geese that are black and white swimming in the river that were not spotted here in this area before.
As you become keen observers of the nature kingdoms, you will have an inner knowing that things are NOT the same, that there is an almost imperceptible change taking place right where you live. It is these events that tell the story of changes taking place upon your World and these hold keys to guide you forward. Watch the birds and the animals, Dear Ones, and go within to decode the meaning. They are adapting to the unusual weather patterns that are occurring across the surface of the Earth and are opening themselves to new environments previously unseen by their species. Nature is adapting to the new energies and following its inner instincts to survive, grow, flourish and perpetuate its kind.
Continue to persevere in your quest for Mastery and open your senses to all that lives in your surroundings. There is more here than previously discerned. Bring with you a sense of magic and wonder and the openness of your hearts. There is so much to see and learn if you but look.

Beloved Ones,
As you each go through your cleansing and releasing process, you are finding that you are beginning to feel a sense of mastery as you complete the learning, comprehension and understanding that these events have brought to you and the opportunity for greater spiritual growth and evolution that has taken place within you. Life is ever evolving and in these times this growth has been moving forward in leaps and bounds! Each Soul on Earth has been experiencing the changes taking place within them with amazing grace. It has been a mighty struggle to swim upstream against the current of ingrained and well established structures and you have all come through with flying colors.
Do not doubt for a minute that there can be anything less than Love taking place within the hearts of Humanity, even though all around you there is the mirroring of the opposite. Most every heart upon this Planet is a good heart and one that has, through life’s experiences, closed itself in order to reduce vulnerability to the vicissitudes that have been manifesting in your dualistic World. This World is now quickly becoming redundant and soon there will no longer be any supportive energies for this old paradigm and those around you in every part of it will embody a higher consciousness and propensity to create peace, harmony and understanding between all people everywhere.
When the Human heart can begin to want and to expect a higher good and outcome for themselves and all their brothers and sisters, this shift in consciousness will rapidly accelerate profound changes in all aspects of life on Earth. When each person loves, respects and honors themselves for their true state of Being as a Divine child of God, worthy of all that is good and right and is willing to uphold this in their every action, thought, word and deed, then there will no longer be any need to protect themselves from others, for all people will then be self motivated to express only that which brings about a similar expression in each other.
This will bring about peace between all peoples and nations and also encourage many incredible innovations and creative solutions to Earth’s most pressing challenges. For it is the individual free will choice of each person on Earth to begin to work together in ways that foster true change in every aspect of life. It will become clear to all that what one person does has an effect on all people everywhere and there will be a great desire within each Human heart to create only that which is positive, uplifting, inspiring and empowering. The choice of each person to come together with others in order that the greater good be accomplished will become the standard throughout the land and will begin an upward spiral into the higher dimensions of existence.
The waves of energy are increasing at an astounding rate and this is continuing to imprint every form of life on Earth; all is changing, all is transforming into a new reality – although it is confusing because both realities are in co-existence at this time – it will not continue much longer. The greater Light that is incoming is being assimilated and integrated within each sentient being now and this Light is spreading outward in all directions to effect the highest outcome for All. Continue, Dear Ones, in your quest for mastery of Self and as this is realized, it will contribute greater good for All. You have around you at all times the Angelic Ones who guide and protect you – trust that you are placed in the right place in Divine timing and that all is well.

Beloved Ones,
There will be a greater influx of Cosmic energies flowing and spiraling down into the atmosphere of the Earth in the coming week or two and as these energies begin to assimilate within the auric fields of Humanity, there will be a period of adjustment to these higher frequencies within Humanity. This will take many forms in outer expression in the coming months as these energies begin to create changes in perception, attitudes and thoughts and many limiting concepts will simply fall away as though they never existed. Much will begin to change in the way Humanity interacts with each other and there will be a greater harmony and cooperation between all peoples as the Earth moves into a greater vibratory rate.
The weathermen on your news channels will be hard put to accurately predict tomorrow’s weather as the elements adjust to the new waves of Light coming in. All is in a state of flux and change is the only constant that can be relied upon. It is very important for you to stay centered within your heart space as you go about your daily existence and that you practice kindness and much patience with those around you, for people will be feeling the irritation of their nervous system trying to adjust and balance as these energies flow into their physical bodies. Remember that you have all been there and done that and you have all had the benefit of these and other messages to steer you in the right direction and most of those who are now being affected do not have the understanding of what is occurring.
The best way to help in these times is to consistently and persistently stay in the higher frequencies and try to maintain calm and equilibrium in all your thoughts, words, actions and deeds, for in these times a simple smile will go a long way to raising the energies in the people around you. You are now the Emissaries of Light, the Patternmakers and role models to the people around you and it is important to stay in your highest integrity as much as possible, given the fact that each of you is still in the end process of this cleansing also. Rest as much as possible and keep your bodies hydrated by drinking pure, clean water.
Keep intending each day to be in the highest Christ consciousness that is available on the Planet at this time and daily affirm your sovereignty to remind yourselves why you are here, which is to raise the frequency and consciousness of Humanity to Ascension levels. This is an ongoing task but you have all become much more proficient at this task, however, there is one area that you need to become more aware of, and that is the need to practice shielding of your auric fields from the thoughts and energy fluctuations of others. Just ask your Guides and Angels each morning to protect your entire energetic field and keep it clear from the energies of others. Many times, you are suffering because you have unknowingly picked up someone else’s worries, anxieties and concerns and this can hold you back from living your lives with the greater ease, joy and happiness that you deserve and intend.
Take comfort in the knowledge that at some point in the raising of your frequency work, you will achieve a state of Being where your energy field cannot be infringed by others, knowingly or unknowingly. This will come as you begin to manifest as a fully realized Divine Human. Know that we are always with you and await your calls. You are loved beyond measure by your Family of Light.

Beloved Ones,
Each of you is caught up in the cleansing and clearing process which is making some of you feel that you will be stuck in this metamorphosis stage forever. Take heart, Dear Ones, for you are not alone. This is a mass clearing that is now taking place and there is no one upon the face of this Planet who is exempt from it. The higher frequency now manifesting in the atmosphere of the Earth is initiating great changes within every structure upon your Planet. Continue in your efforts to become in harmony with these energies in order to experience more grace and ease within your bodies and your daily lives.
Know that you are always surrounded with a myriad of Angelic helpers who assist you with great joy and dedication. You have but to ask and we come forth. We can do much when requested by you in the clearing and taking away of your old paradigm programs and mental patterns that needs removal. Make your requests and then sit quietly visualizing your Angel teams pulling the old habit and mental patterns out of your crown chakra with a vacuum and replacing the energy vacuum this procedure created with greater Light, golden white Light. We see that many of you find it hard to remember from day to day the intent of diligent practice from the previous day. Do not beat yourselves up about your perceived failure to do so…just rest and be open and receptive to the new programming and templates that are being given.
Those of you who have done the work and persevered throughout all these cleansing activities will be finding your Path opening up into more happier and joyful activities which will lead you to your Divine purpose and mission. The activity of anchoring your Light into the crystalline core of Mother Earth is helping her to adjust and recalibrate. She is ever so grateful to each Beloved Human who takes the time each day to set this intention and anchor in the Greater Light from the cosmos. As with each Human, the changes begin within her and then spread across her entire energetic structures. Expect the unexpected and stay in equilibrium no matter what transpires. You are ready – you have great strength to stay balanced in every situation.
Many of you are finding in fact, that the time between creation and manifestation is much shorter than used to be. You are actually seeing the results of your visioning efforts take place before your eyes. It is now such a time upon the Earth, where you as a co-creator with the Source are employing the power at your disposal and seeing how benevolent and supportive it can be in its response. Every time you speak your truth and stand in the Light that you are, the new energies support you so that now it is a most opportune time to create magnificence both within and without your Being. All the good that should have been coming to you throughout the course of this lifetime and didn’t is now coming back to you unhindered by its opposite polarity. This might take some getting used to for some of you until you realize how wonderful your lives are truly becoming and that this is your Divine right as a child of the Creator of All.
Continue in your efforts and your observations of the workings of the new laws that are making your lives better in all ways. This will require your faith and belief until you recognize this working within your daily experience. Be in joy with it, Beloved Ones, accept this new way and become the walking Ambassadors of this new way of Being. Let your every action, word and deed reflect this godliness as you daily labor.

Beloved Ones,
As you go through each day in your daily activities, please understand that all that you think, feel and do has its reflection upon the malleable astral plane and this in turn has influence upon the atmosphere surrounding Earth and affects the All through it. This is why we advise you to become cognizant of the need for self discipline and self responsibility. You are walking the Earth now as powerful energetic Beings and everything you do makes a difference. When we say that your Light makes a difference, we mean just that!
You are each stewards of your own bodies, thoughts and emotions. We understand that there are many of you who are dealing with recycling energies that keep coming back for further resolution and that maintaining discipline is sometimes very difficult. To this we say, do the best you can and forgive yourselves for any setbacks that you experience, they are temporary in nature and cyclic in occurrence. This too shall pass. You may have noticed that each time these cyclic issues come forth, that the emotional and engaging charge is more diminished than before and that it is becoming easier and easier to release and let go.
It is also important to be aware as you do this, that you have the option of changing your thoughts to a higher intent each time the same old thoughts come cycling through. Take some time to establish which thoughts and habit patterns are still coming up and then write out a statement of intent to repeat instead, the next time such an occurrence comes up. This will eventually establish a new pattern within your mental body and will imprint your five body system with a new program and pattern. This is what happens when you daily repeat your decrees and why suddenly you no longer desire to work with certain ones. They have served their purpose in helping you reach a higher potential and it is time to seek out a new one.
You are each so very diligent in your inward movement towards the Ascension path. We notice that what is required now is much nurturance of Self and we highly recommend that you take time each day to do something that gives a feeling of reward or pleasure to you. Love yourselves with compassion and mercy and forgive yourselves the many so called backward movements that occur as you learn the lessons that come before you. There is more to these lessons than can be discerned from the Earthly vantage point. There is a higher perspective that comes from your Great I AM and this is being played out. Have patience in the steps of your journey and put your focus on the step you are in Now.
The path is becoming narrow for the dedicated Lightworkers of the World, more adjustments are being made, more letting go of the temporal World is taking place in your consciousness and as this happens, the way opens wider for the Awakening Ones as they take their place upon the Path to walk boldly forward in the Light. Change is the name of the game, Beloveds. Each day is an adventure in itself for it is becoming difficult to make any plans, One just has to experience whatever is before them. Walk in integrity always, speaking your truth softly. You never know when your presence will be the perfect catalyst for positive change in another’s life.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you are finding yourselves with a feeling of sleepiness that comes on in the early evening and you have no choice but to go to sleep, for the feeling is so strong. This is a period when we are working on adjusting your energy fields and this is best accomplished while your physical body is at a deep rest. If you are experiencing this symptom then know that it is your turn to be attuned and adjusted. Each and everyone of our Lightworking Family is being given this personal attention in order to accelerate the process of transformation.
Be nurturing and understanding of yourselves when this happens, you are not being indolent or lazy, it is simply part of the process, accept it and let it be. Some of you are feeling uncomfortable in your bodies at certain periods of the day – this, too, shall pass. Listen to the signals you are being given and rest when it feels necessary, take action when you are feeling robust and stay in a positive, uplifted frame of mind as much as possible. If negative thoughts come into your mind, shift immediately to an uplifting thought. In this way, you are mastering your thinking patterns.
Your heart chakras are opening wider each day and this can sometimes cause palpitations in this area. If this occurs, just relax and rest for a few moments until they pass. There will continue to be many unexplained pains coming and going in various parts of your body and this is a sign that attunements and adjustments are taking place. It is a time of acceptance of what comes rather than resisting because of preconceived expectations of what should be. Many projects might have to be put on hold as you each go through this process. Know that all will be taken up again when the timing is right and all will flow smoothly and with grace and ease when this happens.
You may have noticed the personal interactions between people are undergoing a positive change. Many people are now voicing their innermost feelings and thoughts much more readily than before and this is a very positive step towards unity consciousness. When we can all accept each other without criticisms and judgments, it opens the way for deeper and more meaningful communication to take place. This fosters trust in one another and in this way, the true person behind the mask that used to be in place can shine their Light unto the World.
Be proud of who you are. In the entire Universe, there is no other exactly like you. You are unique and an integral part of the whole. Without you in this World at this time, an important piece of the Whole would be missing. Practice holding loving and blessing thoughts as often as you can throughout your day, this will help anchor in your Christ Self. Identify as strongly as possible with the higher attributes of your Self, honor your Self and bring it into manifestation. Where your thoughts are, there you are also. These times require due diligence of each of you and you are each doing this. Our hearts are filled with Love as we watch you walk each day in your highest integrity, Dear Ones. Know that you are each surrounded by the Family of Light and that we walk with you.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you have been noticing the spirit of unity, thoughtfulness, kindness, helpfulness and cooperation within your fellow Beings as you together change the World by changing within yourselves. It is true that the only person you can change is yourself and you who read this are becoming Masters in this arena. We do recognize that it can be disheartening at times, for as you change yourselves sometimes the expectation is that others around you and all of your loved ones should be changing also.
Know, Beloveds, that there are vast changes taking place within each Human heart whether it is physically visible or not. The heart centers of all sentient Beings upon this Planet are opening wide and it is bringing forth a lot of extraneous energy that does not belong as each of you align to the higher aspects of your Being. This is in reality a welcome sign, for it means that the Light is entering your systems and continues in its cleansing and purifying activities. All that is not Love is now leaving, all that is not your true Divine nature is being routed out so that more Light can be housed within your physical bodies in safety and protection.
This process as stated before will continue and will be accelerated as the year unfolds so we ask that you stay focused upon your goals of Ascension and continue to stand in your Light. Follow the promptings of your body and do what it asks of you, whether it is to eliminate the eating of foodstuffs that do not help you to purify within your physical and mental bodies, or the practice of habit patterns that no longer serve. It is time to put the lens of scrutiny upon all areas of your life that need updates and changes in order that you continue to move forward with grace and ease.
Continue to walk gently upon the Earth and see yourselves as the powerful Beings that you know deep within yourselves that you are. The veils of illusion are lifting daily and remembrance of your unlimited capacities to rise to your greatest potentials is at hand. Take the high road in all of your choices and let it always be for the highest good of all. This is a time of the completion of all that was initiated to be experienced during these times. There is a sense of closure that occurs when a project that was taken on before these times has been fulfilled in honor and integrity. There is much action taking place in each Being’s life at this time, as each recognizes with great anticipation that a new day is dawning and they want to be ready for it.
On a higher level, all is known and all is working in Divine Order. All is taking place in perfect timing and synchronicity. Be at peace, Dear Ones, and stay balanced and in equilibrium. This is of the utmost assistance at this juncture to all within your sphere of radiance. You are the Radiant Ones, who heal and bless wherever you may walk and who have learned that it is the pure and humble heart that holds and wields the greatest power in the Universe, the power to Love unconditionally, the power to effect change through the letting go and transmutation of all old paradigms and programs that have kept Humanity chained to the vibrations of fear, doubt and lack for far too long. You are each Loved beyond measure and we say again, you never walk alone.

Beloved Ones,
The higher energies of Cosmic Love are continuing to permeate the atmosphere of the Earth and more and more people are beginning to have long hidden or unresolved issues come up for review from within them and this is creating a lot of anxieties, questions and worries within themselves. Be alert to these energies as they come up in those around you, including your family members and be compassionate but detached. It is no longer necessary for you to take on the concerns of those around you. No matter how much you love them, realize that it is they who must comes to terms with what is now surfacing.
Love yourselves enough to give permission to continue to enjoy the fruits of your labor, that you have already done your work in this regard and that you are now in a position of strength and can give support through maintaining calmness, balance and level-headedness in every situation that comes up. These situations will be as varied as the people who are facing them. We ask that you use your power of Love in every situation and be kind in all situations that come before you, for what is required now are these qualities and also that of patience.
Most of you have learned how to do this without sacrificing your own goals of moving forward towards Ascension and our message here is to reinforce the knowledge that you have already gained about this process and ask you to extend the wisdom you have gained in your own experiences into supporting the experiences of others at this time. It is true that we are all One and until each person upon the Planet experiences wholeness within their Being, our task is not done. This has been an ongoing task for untold ages. Through your daily disciplines you have learned to overcome Earthly limitations and keep yourselves in equilibrium no matter what transpires around you.
Use this ability that you have gained as the many shifts take place within people and events. It is vital that you hold the space for your brothers and sisters as they awaken further to the truth that there is so much more to their existence than they previously experienced or expected. They will need Love and support as they struggle to come to terms with what is occurring in their World. It is time to be the beacons of Light that you have been training for and just by being in their vicinity you encourage resolution to their experiences. By your presence, they will be strengthened and supported energetically to have the courage to see their challenges brought to a successful completion.
Try not to match the energies that are inadvertently directed towards you and you will be fine. Each of you is being further upgraded in your own metamorphosis of becoming more crystalline in your bodies on all levels. This is a challenging time for all upon the Earth plane and order must prevail. Please call upon your Family of Light, your Guides and Angelic teams to support you in everything that you do each day and open yourselves to our guidance. Many of you are seeing our presence amongst you as flashes of different colored lights and orbs. Know that it IS your Divine support teams who surround you.
Above all, we ask that you continue to feel the joy of the connection within you to your Divine Source. It is the feelings and experiences of joy and gratitude that sustain the new energies within you. As you do this they increase in magnitude and this is how you become a living blessing to All. Keep your hearts and intentions pure and noble, Dear Ones, and all will continue to be well in your World.

Many of you are discovering that as you each stand in your Light and in your truth without fear, without anger, that you are being supported by the new energies that are permeating the entire atmosphere of the Earth. Those who try to work in the old paradigms, in the old ways of doing business on Earth are beginning to find that they are not being supported in their endeavors. All that has been done in secret and behind the scenes now comes to the Light and scrutiny of Humanity as a whole.
You who have been diligently and sincerely working on releasing and yes, embracing, those aspects of yourselves that were less than Love are now being supported in all of your requests for greater empowerment in all aspects of your physical lives. Please note the magic words, ‘your requests’, Dear Ones. It is a Universal Law that you must ask before it can be given. For those who have been sporadic in this area, please understand that you are now into the Ascension of your person and your Planet. Everything that you think, say and do makes an imprint on the new Template for your new World.
Keep on observing the thoughts that well up from deep within you and be easy on yourselves. Understand that these thoughts may have originated in other lifetimes and are a carryover within your genetic structure and as these come up, bless them and send them on their way into transmutation of the Violet Fire {Violet Fire Decree} By now you might have noticed that those who follow the higher Path ALWAYS pray for others as they pray and decree for themselves. It is an automatic response to your calling to give out in blessing that which you receive.
This year will require of each of you to move far beyond the confines of all of your formerly perceived limitations and into the Mastery of the Laws of Attraction. It is becoming an easier and more joyful experience and we advise you to continue to play with the creation energies, creating your deepest desires from a joyful and grateful heart. Put all of your energy and focus on that which you WANT and release all that is not working for you. It is all about you and what you experience within you, Dear Ones, and not what others around you choose to do…this is what is meant by becoming a Master of Life.
Each Being is responsible for their own energies and how they choose to use them. Those on the higher Path ALWAYS choose to create blessings and good for others. It is not difficult, it is not impossible – all One has to do is intend it and make a daily habit of this and you will see the results as they flow back to you in perfect synchronicity. Keep affirming that all is well and everything is perfect and you will stay in the sublime and blissful energies of the NOW moment. There is a greater purpose behind this, for you are now, well and truly, standing in your Light and holding your higher visions.
The support you are receiving from your Family of Light is tremendous and the enthusiasm with which your requests are supported is both heartwarming and awesome to behold. Move into the 5th dimensional way of being now, Beloved Ones. We stand ready to welcome you and to support you. Everywhere you walk, a blessing be!

You may have noticed that as your bodies – mental, emotional and physical, transform as you daily walk upon your Planet, that even though you still experience challenges of the opposing forces within you, that there exists also, a lightening of your spirit, a lifting of the denseness that has kept you chained to the old paradigm patterns. It will seem much easier to step around the pothole of repeating thoughts and patterns rather than falling into it again, and you will realize that you are gaining in Mastery of these.
Life will seem more joyful and good humor will surface and want to be expressed in many delightful ways. Allow this, Dear Ones, for it is time to feel the release of the heaviness of Being and to seize the joyful moment as they spontaneously rise up from within you. This is the lightness of your Soul, newly cleansed and purified that now comes forth to lead you into a new adventure into uncharted realms. You have done the work and are now aligning with your highest aspects and this will become more clear to you as you move into the year of 2012.
You will be a shining beacon of Light to those who cohabitate with you and to those in your community. Your feelings of joy will be contagious and your calm in the midst of the storm will be greatly appreciated and looked up to. Even though many of you have felt unseen and unnoticed for being the Light and truth of your Being, what now transpires is a loving response from the Universe. Look for wonderful synchronicities, signs and symbols in your lives, these will be the validations showing you that you are on the right path and that all is well.
Daily affirm that you are the Light and that you are Love. This helps to set the intention to be living your highest potential in all that you do. You ARE the ambassadors and living examples of the Christ vibration and this will become evident as this year unfolds. Stay true to yourselves at all times and honor your inner knowing for this is the truest guidance from the deepest part of your Divine knowing, you will never falter or be led astray. There will be much that will try to capture your attention to move you away from this guidance and distract you from your path but you are equipped to discern and overcome these energies as they happen.
You are each firmly on your Ascension path and the changes occurring within your bodies on all levels of your Being will seem miraculous to you. It will require adjustments in your acceptance levels but these adjustments will be happy and satisfied ones and not something to be feared or avoided. That which you have worked so diligently towards is now here. The Ascension is ON! Focus, focus, focus!

Beloved Ones,
Let the mantra for these times be the word “focus”. No matter what is occurring in the World around you, focus your Love on it, bless it and shower this Love whenever and wherever you may walk. Know that you are each representatives of the Divine and that your every thought, word, action and deed has become most important in the bringing in of the New Earth reality. There will be many in the days that lie ahead that will try to distract you from this focus and it falls upon you to remember your vision and your purpose for being here at this time.
Find a way to spend as much of your free time as possible in a quiet environment that will allow you to focus on your goals of personal and Planetary Ascension. This is the time to take action and the days of passively waiting for others to come to the rescue are now over and done with. YOU are the Creators, Beloved Ones. All that you have accomplished and overcome to get you to this point is now to be put into practical use in service for the highest good of All. It is crucial that your Light and your feelings of Love and compassion, daily reach out into the people and places around you.
Try to hold onto the feelings of joy and bliss that the New Year energies bring in. When you feel these powerfully uplifting moments, take note of these and learn to bring these feelings up within you at will throughout the rest of your year of incredible changes. Believe in the miraculous and watch the wondrous synchronicities begin to occur. Open your hearts to ever greater downloads of Light, Love, upgrades and attunements and always remember to ask and intend these, both morning and night.
It is time to bask in these uplifting and empowering feelings that the new energies are helping to invoke within you and as you do this, you invite more of these feelings to be divinely attracted to you. The Universe will ensure that you be on the receiving end of many blessings that are waiting to come forth and become an integral part of your life. As changes take place in every part of Human society, the blessings that come forth for you will multiply in their appearances in each of your lives. Enjoy each moment, live in the moment, focus, focus, focus! Let all that happens flow through you and around you while you stay in the fluidity of each moment.
Allow the Love that is within you to shine through you in all that you feel, say and do. Bless every happening that takes place in your lives and express your gratitude constantly for all that you are given. By choosing the state of Joy, you allow more grace to enter your Being and your daily lives. Capture this feeling of Joy and embellish it often by your expressions of it in all that you do. Feel joy, BE joy, radiate joy in total and sublime purity and innocence, believing in the magic that comes through because of it, for it is not naivety to cultivate this essence within you, it is a power that infuses everything in your life with blessings that multiply.
Set the tone for the rest of this year by the great power created by your determination and intention to BE your highest and greatest potential and watch it unfold for you in wondrous ways. Dare to dream BIG, dare to do all that you have longed to do and somehow never got around to do. Believe in your own value, uniqueness and worth and see yourself as a Master in all that you do. Write a new script for the great play that is your life and then LIVE it! If you can dream it, you can BE it! All is waiting to manifest and accommodate your deepest desires. Claim it each day and watch it unfold in magical ways.

Beloved Ones,
You who have walked the lonely path of Light are soon to be joined by many, many others who will begin to walk their path with you. For every sacrifice you have made for the highest good of all, the Universe is already bringing to you many wonderful synchronicities, miracles and gifts. All you have to do is open your hearts to receive and be in trust and in joy. Watch for these in your daily living, recognize them, receive them, enjoy them and record them. Soon you will begin to know without a shadow of doubt that you have always been loved and cared for and that you never walk alone.
Along your trail blazing path, you have encountered much that was not love and being empathic, took on these energies thinking they were your own. The time has come when your power of discernment and intuition will grow by leaps and bounds and you will find the ability to detach from the energies and challenges of others while still giving Love and compassion. Each of you have had tests and trials that have been making you turn yourselves inside out in your quest for transparency and purity. Even as these old energies are still being brought out from the depths of your Being, know that it is only a matter of time before these fall away from you forever, leaving only wonder and awe in its place.
Your higher senses are now coming to the fore and we ask you to be prepared and cognizant that these will open up the ability to perceive others thoughts and inner motivations before even they are aware of them. It is important to use loving detachment when these occurrences take place and not take what you tune into in a personal way. Become the observer and scientist and instead of dwelling on the revelations of the inner workings of others, dwell upon and record the synchronicities, the revelations, the frequency, the timing, the intuitive promptings that happen so that you can begin to perceive the new you beginning to manifest in a totally new way.
The true test of higher abilities is to stay in the energy of Love in all ways, even when your perceptions reveal that the underlying motivations of others that are crystal clear to you are assumed to be hidden from you. Just observe and do not judge or react. Practice loving kindness and compassion. This is a temporary stage that could bring discomfort to you but it is the next step on your journey to higher consciousness and perception and the continued Mastery of your self. Like a diamond cutter, you have been cleansing and polishing your outer self to better reflect the brilliance and purity that lies within just under the surface waiting to emerge as sparkle and shine.
Your Light now reaches a much greater distance around your physical body and can have an effect on the energy fields of those with whom you come in contact. This will grow in its power so it is most important that you practice inner and outer discipline and walk the way of peace and harmony so that all that you touch will be empowered and blessed. Staying balanced in your daily life is key and when you feel yourselves out of alignment in any way, bring yourselves back into balance as quickly as you can. You have at your disposal many tools that have been presented and now is the time for you to use them. Self discipline is another requisite to the Mastery of self along with discernment and can only be administered by your intention.
Try to filter every happening through your heart chakra so that you train yourselves to be a heart centered person rather than one who processes through the mind. Many times, the heart will lead you straight to the core of a matter with a directness and clarity that will bring you freedom from all confusion or doubt. Know that you are each Loved beyond measure and enfolded always in the energy of the Angels as you walk upon this World in service to the Divine Plan for the highest good of all.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you have been feeling the powerful downloads of energy moving through you into the crystalline core of Mother Earth during this last week. This activity is a service you have all agreed to perform in order to bring in the highest Cosmic energies through your physical bodies that you can each withstand. As transducers of the Light and Love energies, your voluntary service in this capacity is most needed in order to bring in and anchor the Cosmic Christ Light. There is a side benefit from this service, for as you serve the All in this way, the more Light your own physical being can absorb and bring in.
This activity can translate into feelings of tiredness and sleepiness and sometimes the opposite of this, which is sleeplessness. This is a natural part of the process of preparing your physical bodies for a greater influx of the higher energies. Anything that is still waiting to be cleared from within your DNA and every cell in your body that is not Love will be coming forth for acknowledgement and release. Again, we advise that you just observe the thoughts that come up, the mental and emotional patterns of pain, sorrow, sadness, anger, feelings of resentment and other feelings that leave you wondering whether the clearing process is a never ending cycle of repeated history.
What is occurring is that your awareness of these cycles and patterns can turn these moments into a practice of alchemy, into the mastery of your thoughts and emotions, for as these come up for review, you can quickly change your thoughts to ones that are uplifting and empowering and in this way, gradually lessen the effects of these thoughts and emotions until they are fully dissolved, cleared and dissipated. It is difficult, we know, to overcome the egoic need to become involved once again in these cyclic patterns, but with persistence it can be done and once mastered, this process will be a tool you can use throughout your lifetime. Mastery of Self is what being in a Human body is all about.
Continue to take the time each day to intend and decree the highest good for yourselves, each and all of your loved ones and their loved ones, and for all of Humanity. Acknowledge the Light each day when first awakening to set the template for the rest of the day to follow your Soul’s higher purpose and calling. Picture the dove of Peace circling your Planet bathing all in her loving embrace. Affirm that Peace will prevail on Earth. Practice calling down your tube of Light to surround you so that you are always protecting yourselves and then immersing yourselves in the Violet Flame. Every aspect of your physical Beings are being transformed into greater Light and Love and as this continues in the weeks and months ahead, you will be amazed at how far you have come in such a short space of time. Love each other as the Creator loves you and forgive everyone and everything, for this is the sure path to lifting yourselves to a higher level and frequency. When there is true and heartfelt forgiveness, there is a balancing of karma in whatever situation that you have been seeking resolution for and most importantly, forgive yourselves for first setting these situations in motion either consciously or subconsciously. It is all for a greater purpose, Dear Ones. All is well and everything is perfect.

Beloved Ones,
The energies of Cosmic Love gather in intensity as you move into a new phase of integrating the newest aspects of yourselves that are re-uniting their essence with your energetic field. As you embody more of your Divine Christ Self, your physical body is adapting and going through a metamorphosis in order to accommodate this greater energy and frequency level. All is in a state of motion, even when you are feeling as though you are stuck in a static position. In reality, the new reality, there is much preparation and movement occurring.
These greater influxes of higher frequency energy continue to bring out all that is not of matching frequency from within each person. All recycling energy and patterns of expression that have still not been transmuted into a higher order of manifestation will come forth yet again for release. Allow this by willing to let it go now as it comes forth and bless the situation, person or event that was a part of it. This will help you to release and let it go and be filled in return with the higher frequency energies of Divine Love. As you open your heart to this possibility, much healing within will take place.
Allow yourselves to feel the grace of the Creator to permeate your Beings and your World. Accept that you are worthy of the love of God and the love of others, and that you have the capability of loving all and in this love, you are secure. This is the time of year where it is much easier to feel the energies of altruism, goodness, loving kindness, generosity, peace, goodwill, happiness and joy. Use this time to cement the vision you have for the New Earth reality to take root in the fertile soil that you have cultivated and made ready for most of your lifetime and plant your seeds of new beginnings with faith and hope.
Continue in your work to raise your frequency levels as high each day as you can possibly go and give your physical vehicles time to adjust and adapt by being good to yourselves and loving yourselves. Transformation of your four lower bodies will result in you having the ability to bring in your Divine aspects in grace, ease and protection. This process is an ongoing one and proceeds according to the needs, requirements and intentions of each individual. From our perspective you are all evolving and transforming with flying colors, literally. You would not need to string your colored lights if you could but see yourselves.
Each of you is in varying degrees of completion with many people, places and things and the most important thing to remember is that in every completion comes a new beginning. Always, there is more to learn, to accomplish, to discover and to manifest and this is the area we are now moving into, the manifestation phase. Be of strong heart, mind and spirit, Beloved Ones, and be in gratitude. The new way of Being is to be in Joy.

Beloved Ones,
Each of you is feeling the pressure of opposing forces within yourselves. These
energies are being brought into alignment within your Being and these energies
manifest as a great feeling of tension, especially in your solar plexus area.
Much strength of will is needed at this time in order to stay firmly on your
Path. Daily align with your Divinity and see the Divinity in others and all will
be well. The opposing forces within you are the last remnants of third
dimensional thought patterns, habits and traits and though it is difficult, the
only way through them is to experience and accept them by finding the point of
balance within.
The calibration of your energy fields continues and sacred geometric codes are
being sent to all of Humanity and constantly bombard the Earth. Each of you
receives these codes by your intent to absorb all that you are able to
assimilate and integrate each day. There are cycles of receptivity and there are
times of rest and assimilation. You are now in the cycle of rest and
assimilation and this will continue for some time. Honor yourselves and listen
to your body elemental and follow the inner promptings you are given. Many of
you are resting and sleeping a lot and this means that you are processing and
assimilating these new energies that are intensifying and creating changes
within your bodies as the transmutation continues.
Continue to observe all that wells up from within you and clear these as they
come forth. These energies that create such discomfort within you are soon to
dissipate and you will find your way much easier and more filled with grace. You
are in the midst of the between time of the closing of one cycle and the
beginning of another. All can be created anew and this is why we encourage each
of you to decree, affirm and intend that which you want to see in your personal
lives and in the World that you live in. Your dedication to the new cycle is
known and recognized and we work with you to bring this into fruition. Seeing
yourselves as embodying more of the Light can be very helpful at this time.
Walk with joy in your daily lives and be grateful for all that is coming forth
for you, for gratitude tends to bring more of what you are grateful for into
your lives and this sets the tone of the unified field of consciousness which
surrounds the Earth and impacts everyone who is connected to it and where ever
greater insights and growth are occurring and as this happens, remembrance of
your reason and purpose, of more of the aspects of yourselves that you were not
ready to bring forth before, are now coming into your awareness. Ask each day to
integrate these newer aspects of yourselves and accept them fully.
The power of Love continues to work its magic upon each and every person on the
Planet and when first amplified within each Soul, allows the space for that
which is not Love to exit and be released. There are myriads of ways these
receding energies could affect you if you do not practice detachment as they
leave. Do not partake when these come forth but merely recognize and celebrate
that they are leaving your system never to return. Soon the Path before you will
clear and more understanding will enter your consciousness. Be at peace, Beloved
Ones, love yourselves and each other and know that we are ever with you as you
journey further on your Path to Ascension.

Beloved Ones,
This week will see you integrating and assimilating all the downloads you have received and still are, receiving. It is a time for quiet reflection and contemplation and is the time to be good to yourselves in simple ways. Contemplate the beauty around you and glory in each new day. You are alive, experiencing being in a beautiful human body which is a wonder of biological functionality. Through this wondrous vehicle, you can use your senses — the breath through smell, the touch through the sensory experience of your fingers, the sight through the most magical lenses of your eyes, the taste of the food that you partake and the sound of the voice of your Beloved or the birds in the trees.
You are now coming into a time of becoming more aware of other senses that were previously not as obvious to you. Although the majority of you have been experiencing many of these other senses such as precognition, telepathy, clairaudience, clairvoyance, and clairsentience, these have been sporadic and in the realm of a miraculous occurrence for most of you that came as a flash and then was gone. These have served as an interior warning system to keep you safe as you walked upon this World. These senses and many more will now become a more common occurrence than ever before within each human and as this begins to take place within Humanity as a whole, it will create a totally new way of doing and being in your World.
When one person can easily discern and see the aura, for example, of his neighbor, there is no room in any interactions between them for dishonest motivations, thoughts or intentions. All becomes transparent and obvious to those who have this ability, so relations between humans will of necessity become more honest and truthful and based on integrity of Being. As these senses come online within you, it will become challenging to you if you have not yet become proficient in the art of detachment, for as humans, you tend to take things personally and so there might be some amusing incidences of a person’s reactions to knowing the inner thoughts about them that another person feels within them. There will be an adjustment period that will take place as these abilities become more apparent within each person on Earth.
These newly re-discovered abilities will have a far reaching effect on the behavior patterns of Humanity and each person will just naturally begin to cultivate qualities of Love, compassion, honesty, integrity, generosity and helpfulness. This will come about in a surprisingly natural way as more humans are Awakened to their higher potential. As the new crystalline grids are brought into full power, Humanity will have a connection to it that will create positive changes by the power of focused intention and in this way, there is created unity and cooperation between Humanity and the Creator that will lead to great peace and harmony on your World.
As we enter into ever greater frequencies, life will become filled with greater ease and the expressions of joy, gratitude, laughter, humor, and enthusiasm will manifest in Humanity’s interactions with each other and life will then be lived on Earth with joy, peace and harmony as the constant in daily existence. These times are coming, Dear Ones, and a new way is being created by each choice that is being made in this moment of Now.

Well done! Your focus on the 11-11-11 portal helped to set the pattern for the New World that is in the process of recalibration, the raising of vibration and frequency. Celebrate and rejoice in this accomplishment for this was an important and crucial step in the progression towards the new beginnings that are now set to come into manifestation upon your Planet. There is much that waits to unfold and it but requires the integration of the energetic downloads you have and will continue to receive. Your Light is growing ever brighter and wider as you begin to remember your true identity.
All unfolds as set forth in the Divine Plan for your personal and collective destiny. As a unified voice Humanity has sent a clear message to the Creator that Humanity is ready to assume responsibility for their Planet and that you are willing to take positive and peaceful actions that are necessary to start the process of healing and of change in every facet of life as you know it now. Many more of Humanity is starting to awaken and this metamorphosis will continue in the months and years to come.
Each of you is fulfilling the tasks your Souls set as contribution and service before you incarnated upon this Planet. Your Soul was eager to contribute the energies that were necessary to set the awakening Path ablaze with the Light of your Love and uniqueness. There now follows a period of adjustment, integration and recalibration within each of your energy fields which will have a long term and lasting effect upon your physical bodies which are in the process of becoming more Light filled.
As this continues, there will be the now familiar energy fluctuations taking place within your system that makes each of you sometimes erupt in high levels of irritation, frustration and emotional volatility. This is part of the process that happens during the activation of your RNA/DNA strands which occur as your frequency levels increase and is something that one just must adapt to and take in stride. We suggest listening to beautiful harmonious music to soothe your Beings during such times. Some experimentation with different types of music will lead you to choose the ones that bring you back to harmony and peace.
On the higher levels, there is much activity as the new grids of Earth are brought online and recalibrated and we work in unison with our galactic brothers and sisters in our efforts to ensure the smoothest possible transition to the new Earth frequency. There is already a great increase in the electromagnetic frequencies which has been brought about by the activation of the Great Crystals and unified human thought and as this activity increases, it will connect the higher consciousness of all Humanity all over the World and will facilitate the development of the new Human who is destined to walk the face of the Earth in the new Golden Age.
This electromagnetic grid is destined to become a highly beneficial influence in a myriad of ways, helping the development of higher spiritual connection between all of Humanity and to link Humanity with the Earth while strengthening her magnetic field in the Light. This grid will be used for communications with the higher dimensions, healing, and support. The increase in frequency will further open Humanity to the concept of Oneness and this will lead to many benevolent and far reaching changes for all.

You are moving into a higher than ever energy week and staying grounded during this time is very important. Touching base with the tree family and being out in Nature will be very beneficial to you. Also, soaking in a tub of warm water with Epsom salt or sea salt will help keep your auric field in good repair. And of course, the most important element during this time is to keep your thoughts and intentions on your highest vision of yourself and your World, for what you focus upon will create the New Earth First Light manifesting on Earth. Be present and accounted for as one who co-created this into manifestation.
You are moving into higher dimensions of Love and this will affect each person in different ways but will most definitely be a profoundly felt experience. The worries and concerns that have been carried within the hearts of All will cease to make such big impact upon your daily lives as each person turns within, gratefully releasing the last vestiges of third dimensional consciousness and surrenders to a new higher level of union with their Angelic Self. From this place of awareness and consciousness will come empowerment to cooperate and co-create a new Earth, one in which Universal consciousness can become our reality.
Many who have been doing the work will have their epiphany moments and will expand their knowingness to a greater level of awareness of the current opportunity to create more beauty in the World with our Love. As you become more conscious of the habitual patterns of expression that need to be changed in your quest to develop a more Universal consciousness, greater amounts of Light can enter your very cells and as this occurs, a greater expansion of your multi-dimensional operating system will begin to unfold. Learning to observe yourselves from a higher vantage point will help you take a quantum leap into higher consciousness as you begin to understand how to step out of the old paradigm and create your new reality.
It is all about you, Dear Ones, you have vast potential within you. The seeds you are planting by the new Path that you blaze will take root and grow in wondrous and magnificent ways that will bring Unity within yourselves and will then radiate out into the World around you. You are the catalysts that foster creative and peaceful change as you step forward in your true and authentic Self and thus empower those in your sphere of influence to view their own unlimited possibilities. Many changes are taking place within you during these times. Your cells are being changed to facilitate the transformation of your body into a less dense physical body. This will be a lengthy process well into the year of 2012 and even beyond. All depends upon the progression and readiness of each individual as they continue on their spiritual journey of experience on Earth. Some of you will be transformed fairly quickly and will be the Templates of example for those who come to this process at a later time.
Each of you have taken on the task of the transformation of your physical being on all levels, even though most of you do not really know what it will entail. Still, you have chosen Ascension in your physical body and so the changes within you continue to occur. During these times, the downloads of new energies continue to spiral through you, creating a greater frequency within you which in turn activates dormant RNA/DNA strands that sets into motion, profound change.
Know that you are always supported and assisted by your Family of Light. We monitor each one of you and make any adjustments that are necessary in order that your transformation can be made with greatest comfort, grace, ease and protection. Most of you have been making adjustments in your daily diets and have voluntarily given up many foods and substances that are not conducive to wholeness, vitality and health in your body elemental. Know that these choices are brought before you on the higher dimensions and all is explained to you so that the correct choices for the most graceful changes within take place in complete safety.
We work together in partnership and equality, for we are here to serve you during these times. We have been with you by our own choices to stay with the evolution on Earth and be of assistance in bringing the Earth and everyone and everything upon and within Her through the monumental transformation of the process of Ascension into higher dimensions of Being. It is our humble and greatest joy to be with you during these times and to watch with wonder and awe at the incredible progressive strides that Humanity has been making, most especially in the past six months.
Much that once was on the Earth is changing rapidly and all across the Planet the good people are making choices to take their stand for a better way of living, acting, doing and Being. Through peaceful means, there is an unspoken realization on the part of many that all they have to do is make their choice and persevere in their determination to create positive change for the benefit of all upon their Planet. This trend will continue into the year of 2012 and will create many benevolent changes in the quality of life of the citizens of your World.
Seen from our perspective, there is a definite movement forward towards the Light and all that is needed is being provided, meaning that always you are guided by your Higher Self to move in directions that are for your highest and best good. Your Higher Selves are very active at this time, preparing for greater assimilation with you as the change from one dimension to another takes place in the coming days. Beloved Ones,
As the Cosmic energies keep building in intensity, many people on the Planet are beginning to awaken from their sleep and for many, it is a very uncomfortable process. It is not easy, as each of you all know, to face the true reality of life upon Earth that has been passing as life, and coming to the realization of how much one did not know before. As this continues to occur, there will at first be feelings of anger which in turn galvanizes many into taking action to change the World into a better home for all.
The protests continue to grow in every town across the face of the Planet. The good people of Earth are standing up for their rights as citizens of the World and in the Universe. As our team members of the Family of Light brigade, you are asked to maintain calm and peace in your every thought, word and deed. We understand that each of you are going through the final stages of cleansing and purifying and that there will be moments when you purge all that no longer aligns with your higher Self and your higher good.
We see, Dear Ones, that a lot of you carry a tenseness within your solar plexus, and this is the weight of the human consciousness grid that is manifesting at this time. It is difficult to completely transmute this collective energy at any given time because it is always in a state of flux. As you seek to maintain calm, it helps to create this in outer expression. You are each Radiant Ones and your ability to reach further from your home in ever widening circles is helping to keep a balance of the composite energies that are building.
Simply put, love is the answer to every challenge that you face. It is the bottom line in every situation you are challenged with in your daily lives. This always requires a conscious choice on your part, for choosing love is an empowering action and intention that has a wide reach in its effect. To love another when they hurt you is empowering not only for the one who chooses love, but to everyone around them and this radiates out into the collective consciousness field to heal and bless all Humanity.
Such is the power of your Beings and how you affect your World around you and your Planet Earth, so you are asked to maintain your highest resolve and forgive yourselves for any momentary relapse as you clear all that no longer serves you. A greater Light now encompasses and envelopes the Earth and your World is filled with Light, if you could but see it. The Earth’s energy field is growing and expanding as we work in synergy with Her to safely ascend into the higher dimensions with all her inhabitants upon Her.
Have faith and believe in your power to continue to make a positive difference in the progression of all towards embodying greater amounts of Light. Slowly, gradually this Light has expanded until now this Light supports every Being upon your World. Every day more miracles take place within the hearts of Humanity and within all the kingdoms of the Earth so that there is a greater cooperation and empathy between you. This feeling will continue to grow as Humanity begins to carry more Light within their physical bodies. The more Light that is absorbed within all cells in the physical form, the less density is manifested.
It is important to affirm the Light each day and align to your own highest and greatest good and to the source of All That Is. Keep walking your Path in determination, resolve and feelings of joy, for truly the miracles abound!

Beloved Ones,
The focus for the coming days is to continue to stay grounded, alert and calm. Let the energies flow through you into the core of the Earth and back up to the Great Central Sun in a continuous and benevolent flow. Allow yourselves to release whatever remnants still remain for clearing as they surface, remembering that no matter in what manner they came forth, it just means they are moving out and away from you. Try not to get drawn back into the loop of these old energies, just intend that you are done with it and when it feels complete, ask Mother Earth to take those energies, transmute them and use them wherever she needs it most.
The Awakening Ones continue to gather in great numbers in every city, town and hamlet across the World. There is a groundswell of impetus that has not yet reached it’s peak and these gatherings will continue until those in power are forced to start making the changes to the system that are demanded. Gone are the days of those in positions of power who heeded not their people. A new day in the ways of governing the affairs of country and nationhood is looming on the horizon of possibilities. The Awakening Ones will not relent in their demand for justice for all that has kept the good people in every country chained to impossible systems of control.
It is now a time of grace for you Dear Ones, who have toiled unceasingly through many, many lifetimes to bring the current events to fruition in order to accomplish the Ascension of the Earth and all upon Her. As you continue to experience the release of all that no longer serves your Ascension Path, you will find yourselves supported in your daily lives in wonderfully synchronistic ways. Ask for whatever you need and then watch for it to be answered in quick and wonderful ways. Your Angels are eagerly waiting to serve in whatever way they can to help you move through this stage. Remember, they love you unconditionally and hold no judgments within them about anything you are experiencing. It is simply an experience, one that you chose yourselves, in order to learn specific lessons or gain specific insights and skills before you ever came into incarnation.
As you go through these experiences, know that there are millions of others who are also experiencing their own particular tests and challenges for their own spiritual education and learning and so, in your own realm, you are truly not alone. Do not become discouraged when the way seems dark, just keep on keeping on. By setting one foot in front of the other, miracles can be achieved. Adhere to your daily disciplines as best you can, get plenty of rest and relaxation and spend as much time as possible out of doors in Nature amongst the tree family so that they might give you support and healing when possible.
Find the means within yourselves to detach from any seeming chaos that comes forth and maintain those powerful visions of a better World for all upon your beautiful Planet. Daily focus on your heart chakra and feel the pulse of your love reach the hearts of everyone upon, within and around the Planet. It is your love united in Oneness that will change this World. Let all that you think, say and do reflect this.

As the intense energies pour forth into the Earth’s atmosphere much that has been stubbornly resisting this great Love flooding the Earth shall start dissipating in all areas of your lives. There will come a sense of release from all that previously troubled you in your minds and you will find yourselves feeling empowered in all that you do and all that you are. A greater clarity of purpose and the desires of your heart will suffuse your Being and much that prevented you from moving forward shall be gone from your experience.
Many tests have been successfully overcome and overlaying all of it is a greater sense of knowing that what has been endured was exactly what was chosen by your Soul and Higher Self as the experiences that needed to transpire in order to bring you to this present moment. You are all poised on the edge of a new beginning, of living life with greater emphasis on the more sublime in experience. There will be a desire to experience the simple pleasures that are readily available for your partaking at any time and all that is required is the consciousness of appreciation.
As the changes continue to come forth within every facet of life as you knew it on Earth, and within your own Beings, there will be a flow to life that was previously not understood before. There will be more profoundness of thought and reverence to all life around you. Many outward distractions that occupied your time and focus will fall away naturally as the realizations come to you that life is meant to be lived, enjoyed and experienced in each moment directly while being fully present in your consciousness rather than simply being an observer of it.
A greater appreciation of Nature will bring much relief from the stresses that assail your physical bodies and your energetic fields. In this environment the new energies and the codes within them can be assimilated and integrated with greater ease and grace, for being in Nature is giving reverence to the Planet on which you live, move and have your Being. There is a symbiotic relationship exchange that takes place between you and this is something that will now become more apparent to you.
This period is a time of reflection and going within, of connecting deep within the core of your Being and becoming more attuned to your own rhythms in life. A state of relaxation and quietude will facilitate greater awareness of your Higher Presence and what your Presence wishes you to know. Open yourselves to the gifts that are filtering down into the atmosphere of the Earth while in a state of reverence and gratitude for this grand opportunity. It requires awareness on your part that these gifts are available to you and that you wish to assimilate them into your Being. Make this your intention whenever you are out in Nature and Nature in turn will assist you in receiving them.

As you go forth in your daily lives you are finding that your ability to discern truth has grown by leaps and bounds. No longer are you held back in self doubt, thinking that you might be in illusion. Now you are on track with your Divine destiny and everything around you will be reflecting this back to you. Accept and allow the Universe to support you as you continue upon your Path. Have faith and trust that all that you need will be provided to you when and as needed. Everything that you need for your next step will just beautifully appear before you in perfect, divine timing.
You have all earned this right. You have labored many, many lifetimes to arrive at this point. Take heart and embrace this new condition. Relax into it and give yourselves the nurturance that you so richly deserve. Stay centered within your heart and continue to make this part of your physical Being the most important focal point of concentration. BE love in all your thoughts, words, deeds and actions. Feel yourselves loving unconditionally, everyone and everything that you come into contact with and continuously bless all that manifests before you, for what you put out into the World you live in shall now be returned to you in greater magnitude of blessing.
Make discourse with the Higher realms a daily part of your day and we mean this in a literal sense. Talk to us, tell us your hopes, dreams and Earthly concerns. Ask for our assistance with your current challenges, then look for our answers in reply. Our answers come in many ways, through thought transference, through images, words, thoughts, impulses, through the words that are spoken to you by others. Learn to observe all of life around you and you will begin to discern the daily miracles that manifest all about you. Life around you teems with endless possibilities; all that is required is that you believe that it is possible and open to them.
Many cycles of Earth and soul evolution are coming to an end and a World of wonder and newness is now on the horizon. We know that you are weary, that sometimes, as the old thoughts and emotions you thought you had mastered and long ago transmuted come back for cycling once again, and that you feel so ready for something fresh and new. This period will soon be behind you and the old patterns and programs of the old paradigms of Earth shall gently recede from your memory and in its place, you are even now creating new templates of conduct and discourse.
It is the time to go deep within yourselves and begin to understand and know yourselves completely, to accept yourselves just as you are completely, to love yourselves unconditionally, to affirm your wholeness and perfection. You have done the work and there is more work ahead of you. Know that now the support from the Higher realms that has been available to you is so much easier to connect to and discern. Look for us as you daily labor, for we are with you always. We come as flashes of light in the periphery of your vision. You have all seen this many times.
Continue to walk your Path with the highest honor, honesty and integrity, for it is in your example that those around you will begin to look for answers, for a better way for themselves. They will seek to emulate that which they perceive and admire within you. They will want to possess the pearl beyond price which you possess. Your Light and the Light of all Lightworkers worldwide will be eagerly sought, for they will be magnetically attracted to you as moths to a flame. You have everything you need within you, Beloveds. Shine forth and shine brilliantly!

Beloved Lightworkers,
This is a time to nurture yourselves and to listen to the inner messages that your physical body is giving to you now. With the infusion of intensely high energies in the past few days, many of you are finding yourselves sleeping more hours than before. This is your body’s way of integrating the energies and allowing the transformation to occur within. Each of you is becoming a template of the New Human operating system and as such, you have been at the forefront of this process.
Moving your body during these times and stretching your muscles, tendons and ligaments and doing deep breathing helps to keep the energies moving through you in a balanced way. Following good dietary habits and drinking large quantities of pure water is essential during these times. Many of you get so engrossed in your daily activities that you forget to give your body the hydration and exercise that it needs in order to go through the changes that are occurring with greater ease and grace. By remembering to do these simple steps, you will alleviate much distress.
It is of the utmost importance to keep your thoughts in equilibrium as these times with the increased energies will manifest with greater rapidity that which you dwell upon. If you find yourselves in the process of releasing negative emotions from deep within yourselves, it is essential that you quickly fill what has just left your system with several positive and powerful decrees, affirmations or intentions. Remembering that you are connected to the Divine will help to continue to keep you on track.
The Earth also continues to stretch and move her tectonic plates and surface changes will continue to take place. All is in a state of constant shift, change and movement. There is no longer any such thing as staying still except as you go within yourselves and this stillness within as a daily practice is an extremely important gift to give yourselves as the days continue through the rest of this year and into the next, for staying centered within your own core essence is profoundly vital.
You will start to notice positive changes taking place within your body transformations, as a greater feeling of lightness will now become the norm and a greater sense of well being will begin to replace the feelings of tenseness and anxiousness that has been prevalent amongst you as the increased frequencies hit the Earth’s atmosphere. These feelings will now begin to ease and as the energies of human consciousness are further uplifted, many positive signs of peaceful metamorphosis will become more and more evident.
These are exciting and challenging times for all upon the Earth and much good is being accomplished, however, these are not broadcast through your mainstream media and so the masses of Humanity are not generally made aware of these. Many of you are now remembering your Divine roots and the gifts that you bring and are taking your places upon the Earth to be of greater service in the coming days. Unified efforts bring forth powerful results. We continue to support each of you through the changes and applaud your continued efforts to anchor more Light to the Earth.

Beloved Ones,
You have all been integrating the incoming energies at an incredible rate. The feeling of unease in your Solar Plexus area requires more relaxation on your part and the practice of deep breathing, preferably when outdoors. There continue to be many changes taking place within you and as this process continues, a greater ease will be felt. Some of you are already feeling the greater ease within your four lower bodies and these Ones will find life becoming more joyful and filled with grace.
The veil between the dimensions is becoming much weaker and there are many instances of interplay between them. These are moments when some of you just shake your heads and think that you are experiencing a momentary aberration in your perceptual field and this is, in fact, what is actually happening. These can be very confusing times that could take you off your Path. Call upon us each morning and ask us to come closer to you for your guidance and protection each day as these aberrations will continue to come through with greater frequency.
Everywhere around you there is a greater awareness taking place and humanity is starting to step up to the plate and is beginning to understand that taking a stand for what they believe is right is having its powerful effect. As people join each other in adding their voices in many different projects and focuses to end the blatant disregard for the citizens of this World and the resources upon this Planet from those who want only to maintain control, the realization is dawning within the Awakened Ones that there is great power in numbers and this realization is having a domino effect. As more people rise up and stand up for their rights and the rights of all upon your World, change will come about in incredibly peaceful ways.
As the Beloved Lightworkers and the Awakening Ones across the Planet take part in joint meditations and other focuses that are held at the most opportune times during each month, the mass consciousness grid is being cleansed more efficiently than ever before. As more space is created for the higher energies of Cosmic Love to permeate everything upon, within and around the Earth, these higher energies are then being assimilated by everyone and everything on and in the Planet. You might have been noticing that for the most part, people are much more willing to be more patient with each other than they used to be, they are more filled with humility and kindness towards each other and are willing to stop and listen to each other. This trend will keep on growing stronger as each day goes by.
All that you have held in your visions for a better World is now beginning to come to fruition and so we beseech you to keep on keeping on, even though it might seem darker than ever before as you view the World events around you. This is but the illusion all have lived under for lifetimes now being brought up for review, attention, realization and learning, and most importantly, for clearing and dissolution. Many new and viable solutions to age old problems will begin to surface within the consciousness of many and new ideas will begin to take root that will revolutionize the World into one that is worthy and able to become a part of the Galactic Family of Light once again.
Stay in the moment, Dear Ones, new history of the New Earth is now being written and you, each of you, are an integral part of it. Live each day as and for the Glory of God and all will continue to be well. Faith and patience can indeed move mountains.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you have learned very well how to align yourselves to meet the energies expressed from those around you, with equilibrium, insight and clarity. This is a good skill to carry with you as you traverse the Cosmic energies that are now flooding the atmosphere around you and which are helping to create great changes in all aspects of life upon the Earth plane.
Align yourselves with who you really are, feel this in your heart and continue to let your heart/mind guide you through each day. You are learning to make all your decisions come from the heart rather than getting caught up in the mind’s constant chatter as to how to live your life. Knowing your own heart and the truth and beauty that reside’s there will help to keep you centered on what is truly important each day.
Our Scribe has obtained a good sized chunk of yellow sulphur rock and is finding it an incredibly quick tool for the cleansing of her energy field by quickly running the rock over each chakra, holding the rock for a minute or two at each chakra center. This rock is one that falls apart as a powder as one holds it so it is important to handle it as delicately as possible and keep it wrapped in bubble wrap when not in use. As most of you are very sensitive to energy movement, you will in all likelihood feel the power of this stone as it cleanses your field of all negativity, both your own and others, and this in turn, will help you maintain your equilibrium and balance as is necessary.
Again, we counsel that you spend as much time out in Nature as you can, for it is in this natural setting that the encodements coming through to you can be assimilated and integrated as you anchor your personal energy field into the Earth. It is important to remember that your task is to make room for your greater Self to begin to manifest within your physical Being. This is an ongoing process, it is not something that will happen instantly. As you release and let go of all habit patterns, thought patterns, unconscious patterns that have come up for your attention and acknowledgment, intend that the higher aspects of your Self, your Christ Self, will align more strongly to your physical, emotional, mental and etheric bodies.
Go wherever you feel at peace and in harmony within yourselves, and tell yourselves often that all is well and everything is perfect in your World. This establishes and aligns you to your highest and greatest good and by repetition, will bring what you focus upon into your daily lives. Many of you will be remembering your purpose and reason for being manifest upon this Planet during these times and beginning to express this in a more solid fashion as you go about your daily living.
It is important to nurture and love yourselves, for you cannot truly love another if you cannot love yourselves first. This is not a selfish quality to nurture, it is actually a very basic one, for by loving Self, One also loves the Creator and in turn, seeks to serve Creator in whatever way One is guided to. Learning to trust in the Infinite One and affirming this Presence within yourselves is very important at this juncture of great Cosmic events and happenings. Have faith, keep the faith and bless all around you in faith that you are exactly where you are supposed to be at this time. Everything is perfect and all is well.

Beloved Ones,
Those of you who have been maintaining your daily disciplines have been
discovering that you now feel more at peace within yourselves than you have
experienced for quite some time. The greatest effect that is still noticeable is
the feeling of tenseness in the solar plexus chakra. This is a result of the
incoming cosmic energies. Holding the Light will inevitably attract the higher
energies to you and as you transduce these higher energies and anchor them into
the Earth’s core for her use when and as she needs them, you are helping to
cleanse the human consciousness grid of all that must be dissipated before entry
into a higher level of consciousness for all.
There is much cleansing taking place and this activity is becoming more
noticeable than ever before. More and more people are Awakening and drawing
their lines in the sand, clearly delineating their personal boundaries so that
their own Beings are protected from too much input from the external World
around them. Your personal well-being matters and each of you must do all that
you can, to ensure that you have a peaceful sanctuary where you can go to
recharge and rejuvenate. As conduits of the higher energies, much energy
replacement needs to take place within your physical bodies. Always listen to
the signals your body is giving you and follow its direction.
Continue, Dear Ones, to practice the attitude of gratitude, for this practice
alone, will help you tremendously during these intensely changing times, for the
thoughts put out into the Universe is what the Universe will give back to you
manifested in your World of form in return. Mind is the builder and this is a
major key to creating the World you desire to live in, for what you constantly
dwell on in your thoughts will bring the manifestation of that into your daily
life in one form or another in order to meet the requirements of your
creation.
Follow the promptings of your heart, for, of all the chakras that are
activated in your four lower bodies, it is the heart chakra that is the most
powerful and active at this time of change, as the force of Love gathers
momentum to create miracles of transformation within your bodies at all levels
of your Being. The ups and downs you have been experiencing within your emotions
is an indication that your heart chakras are becoming wide open and this
increases the feeling of vulnerability within some of you, for you have learned
to protect your hearts in order to shield them from the pain of rejection,
betrayal, sadness, deception and separation.
Your task is to move beyond the fear and let your true inner Self become
manifest through you as you go about your daily life, and trust that you are
always surrounded with Love, protection and guidance in all facets of your
lives.
We commend you and applaud you for your continued persistence in the
application of the Love factor to all within your radius of activity and
influence. Thank you, each of you, for being a force for peace and good in your
World and on your beautiful Planet.

Beloved Ones,
The times of great transformation are now upon you. Each of you is undergoing tremendous alchemical processes within your four lower bodies and this can bring emotional outbursts as you try to cope with these changes. Be patient with yourselves and understanding, too. Your outbursts are temporary in nature and you must remember that it will pass. It is a process of integration, the integration of the masculine and the feminine energies that are within you and these are igniting to a greater degree at times, which leave you feeling bewildered and pondering how you could be expressing all that you are not, so often.
Each of you is in different stages of initiation which occur mostly on the inner planes but the accompanying tests and trials are reflected within your daily living situations. These are part and parcel of your spiritual path and must be expected as you continue your journey to the greater unfoldment of your spiritual abilities and gifts. Do not give in to discouragement after you experience one of these episodes and remember to call upon your Ascension Angels to help you with this process. There will be periods of fluctuations in the emotional bodies during these times and the best thing that you can do is to recognize when this process is upon you and take steps to put yourselves in a peaceful environment to bring harmony back within you.
This is the time to keep on keeping on, as the energies continue in their relentless push forward and upward. The greatest attribute you can give yourselves in these changing and turbulent times is the gift of compassion, not only for others, but also for yourselves. This is a higher form of love, and compassion for oneself and one’s challenges and all the emerging aspects coming forth from within you that you didn’t know existed requires a steady and all encompassing love of all that you are. Practice random acts of kindness upon yourselves first and spread it outwards from there.
For in truth, as you go within in stillness and bring yourselves into alignment with your Greater Presence, these challenges fall away and greater ease is experienced once again. As you become more familiar with these energetic cycles as they occur within you and which might find expression in outward manifestation, you can then be ready for them with your toolkit of all that has helped you to maintain balance at these times. Remember to consume plenty of good, clean water to keep yourselves well hydrated and eat foods that contain greater vitality and life force, which are in their raw and natural state.
These practices will help you align more easily with the vision and intention that you hold for yourselves, your loved ones and the World you live in. When feeling challenged, always do those things that give you joy and pleasure so that you feel replenished and rejuvenated. Taking time out to be good to yourselves always has beneficial repercussions for yourselves and all those around you. Lighten up when necessary and cultivate laugher, for sometimes that is the best medicine.

Beloved Ones,
We see you Beloved Ones, as staying true to your course. During your busy daily lives, you still make the time to maintain your Light and frequency and this is helping you to stay centered and in balance. There is greater detachment from the dramas of the duality paradigm that is now beginning to slip away from your consciousness. Each of you has at times experienced a period of lucidity and clarity, just knowing, without knowing why. These periods will increase in their appearance in your daily lives and you will begin to discern your right action and right path without the previous confusion that many of you have been laboring under.
As the days of this month progress, it is the quality of clarity that will become more noticeable and prominent; things will just seem to make more sense for you to move in one direction rather than another. Trust this quality that is coming to the fore within you, it is your Higher aspects manifesting within you and through you. You have now started on the road to a new adventure – the adventure of moving beyond your previously conceived limitations and going for the gold in all your highest aspirations and ideals. Believe in your abilities to bring these forth into greater manifestation and never stop reaching for the stars!
Truly, a whole new World of wondrous possibilities lies before you now and there will be so many possibilities opening to you that making a choice as to where to focus your attention can be a daunting task. Choose that which brings you the greatest joy and fulfillment. As you learn to do this, everything will fall into place and wonderful synchronicities will begin to manifest in your lives. By following the path of the heart’s promptings, you will experience inner calm and equilibrium and what used to cause you anxiety and stress will now just be registered by you as these move through you and away from you, never to return.
This is a sure sign of inner Mastery taking place within yourselves and it says much about your level of evolvement beyond third dimensional reality. It is your continual dedication and effort on a daily basis that has brought you to this state. It is not the end of your journey, Beloveds, it is a new beginning, the path of the enlightened One. This path requires a new focus and dedication, for always it is so, for Earth is a Planet for soul evolution and this is accomplished through personal effort, understanding and willingness to undergo the trials and tests that come before you.
Your capacity to endure has increased a hundredfold, as your Mastery of Self continues ever onward and upward. Remember that growth occurs in spirals of activity and begin to take note of these recurring times in order to gain mastery by becoming aware of them and taking appropriate actions to work in tandem with these spirals of activity. When it is time to rest, do so with great gratitude and enjoy every moment of your down time. By working with these cycles as you become aware of them, you will continue to make great strides.
Move forward with grace and ease, Dear Ones, and learn to utilize your energies in areas that bring the greatest good to yourselves and those whom you love and care for. Let go of the distractions that have kept you in bondage to the plane of duality and rise like the phoenix in freedom and majesty to a new level of the game of life. We are ever with you in admiration and support.

Beloved Ones,
Life on the Earth plane begins to take on a faster pace than before. There will be many happenings that occur that will seem to be miraculous and hard to believe. As these events take place, remember to keep your equilibrium at all times and be at peace. As the dimensions converge into closer and closer proximity, there will be greater feelings of joy and anticipation felt within the hearts of all and the sense of impending freedom will begin to take root.
It is time to take your steps to the next level, that of self responsibility and self mastery. Focus completely on what you desire to manifest and take shape in your lives and in your World and do not let anything distract you from this focus. The coming weeks and months are times of opportunity to make great strides forward in your spiral of evolution to achieve Mastery of your human selves and begin to make progress towards encompassing greater abilities and talents than previously thought possible. Each of you is capable of achieving greater things than you have ever dreamt possible.
As you step up to the plate, know that as you take back your personal power and sovereignty, you make a choice that is for the highest good for all. Every positive and focused action that you take counts very much in the overall scheme of things and it behooves you all to create a new game, one filled with joy, infinite goodness and wholesome possibilities. Believe in the innate goodness and greatness of your fellow humans and hold this vision with all the strength you can muster each day no matter what takes place around you.
The great task that is before you now, Dear Ones, is the shattering of the band of deeply embedded negative thought forms that have formed as a field of low density energy that surrounds the Earth. The new Cosmic energies that are coming in are assisting in this process but you are the ones who must state your intentions to make it so. On a free will Planet, it is the inhabitants who must exercise their sovereign and Divine rights to restore this Planet to its original Divine blueprint by intending that this is so. Practice your rights as co-creators with the Divine Source of All That Is by daily intending alignment with the Divine Plan for the Earth and everyone and everything upon Her.
Make it your intention each day to align with your Holy Christ Self and to follow Divine Will for the highest good of all. There is and will continue to be many, many distractions that will pull you away from your central core if you allow it. These times require discernment and the following of your hearts promptings, even if you do not currently understand the reasons why. You are all learning to follow a higher vision, the vision of your Great I AM Presence and this will require surrender of human will in favor of Divine Will. Believe that your Higher Self desires only the very highest and best outcomes for you and all those whom you love and trust that all will be well.
Visualize yourselves as Light Beings about 12 feet tall and play with that vision daily. Imagine and feel yourselves as powerful Beings who can effect great changes just by being here during these momentous times. Feel the love of the Creator in your heart chakra and radiate this out from you in ever growing concentric circles and know that your Light and your Love is truly making a difference.

Beloved Lightworkers,
As the days of summer go forth one after the other, you will find yourselves
feeling ever greater effects of the energy upgrades that will be occurring which
can have the effect of making you feel overwhelmed by all the changes within you
and around you. It is very important that you stay focused and determined to
stay the course. If you have not yet followed the simple rules of staying
grounded, now is the time to start seriously considering it.
Take long walks in Nature, sit by a river or lake, listen to the sounds of the
birds around you, close your eyes and visualize roots growing from your feet
into the crystalline core of Mother Earth, listen to soothing, uplifting music
that fills your heart with joy and peace, do something nice for someone else
without being asked, read a good book, stand against a tree and talk to it and
wait for an answer; there are many ways to feel grounded and fully in your body,
just intending by stating out loud that “My intent is to be fully and 100
percent grounded into the crystalline core of Mother Earth throughout the day
and night. So be it and so it is.” will also make it so.
As the increasingly intense energies continue to flow, many Earth changes will
take place upon your Planet and the people of the World will be challenged to
keep track of them all. The Earth is also transforming and as that alchemy takes
place, it must be remembered that this is a time of great opportunity for soul
growth and evolutionary expansion for all and great leaps in consciousness can
take place during these times and so it is very crucial to keep on with your
disciplines and intentions to be aligned with the Divine Plan and to practice
these each day.
Another key during these times is to find many things many times each day to
feel grateful for. Make a list each morning or sometime at least once each day
listing all the things and people in your life that you are grateful for. You
will find that this practice will bring a smile to your heart and consequently
to your face and will keep you positive and uplifted and feeling confident that
all is well in your lives and everything is as it should be. Remember that your
thoughts are things in that what you think about and dwell upon will start to
manifest in your life and this is something that is now beginning to happen
within a shorter period of time than it used to. Ensure that your thoughts are
about what you really want and desire to become manifest in your daily life.
Call upon the unemployed Angels who are waiting to be remembered by each of you.
We understand that there is much that is occurring within your lives and in the
World that keeps you distracted but it only takes a few moments to call them in
and to ask for their assistance in any way that you need in each moment. There
are Legions of these beautiful Angels waiting to be of assistance to you Dear
Ones. It is their and our, your Family of Light’s greatest pleasure and greatest
joy to help you upon your Spiritual journey. If you cannot see us, just have
faith that we walk beside you with each step that you take. Talk to us as you
would to your dearest friend, for truly there is nothing that we do not know
about you and we can give insights that you might not see otherwise.
Above all, Beloved Ones, give kindness and compassion to yourselves and honor
your Spiritual journey and the incredible growth that has been taking place
within you. If you look back even one year ago, you will see that you have
accomplished much and most importantly, you are here and making a real
difference!

Beloved Ones,
As the frequency of the new energies increases in intensity, many people upon the Planet are feeling various emotions, ranging from great joy to great sorrows, regrets and feelings of loss and pain. These feelings are not only those that have been deeply held within each Soul since early childhood. Beloved Ones, these feelings are all part of the collective consciousness or rather, unconsciousness, that has been gathered as a field of energy that surrounds the Planet. This is held to the Planet as a vibrational field that has kept Humanity imprisoned within this field for millennia.
As the months continue, your Light is working to dismantle this field of energy and the more that you all unite in deliberate focus, the greater the impact upon this field is made. The most powerful of days occurs on November 11, 2011 and this will be an exceptional opportunity to shatter that field of energy and set Humanity free from the oppression of this limiting field of thoughtforms that have kept all upon this World in a constant state of oppositional forces from within that have been extremely difficult to transcend.
By your united willingness to add your Light and energy during these times for the remainder of this year of 2011, you are being the change that you have wished to see in the World. It is time, Dear Ones, the time is Now. Make every minute count for the Divine within you. Choose to create blessings of Love and healing to each member of your immediate family and to your greater Family who are manifest upon the Earth in these challenging and transforming times, never before experienced in this way. Each moment contains vast universes of possibilities, for the higher dimensions are now superimposed with the lower and there is a gamut of seeming chaos at work.
It only means the Light has come and as it sweeps the atmosphere of your World, inner changes are occurring within the hearts and souls of Humanity in all corners of the Planet. These changes are initially felt as intensely difficult, especially for those who are not used to processing and observing their inner dynamics such as our more seasoned Lightworkers. It is a very difficult process to be willing to honestly look within and see the parts of oneself that are not anchored in the Divine and then be willing to do the work to make the course corrections that need to be made in order to align further with the Divine within.
You, our Beloved Lightworkers and Awakened Ones, have been in this process unrelentingly and continuously for most of your lives. All that you have endured in your personal lives which has always seemed as though you were swimming against the current in its impact, has now brought you to this point and here you are, co-creating a new World and a new way of Being. From this point on, depending on your choices, your efforts will become easier and more filled with feelings of joy, of grace and ease within. For you are One with the Angelic realm, One with All That Is and your work now moves forward into achieving greater wholeness from within and consequently, greater achievements will be made in the overall higher perspective of this World and out into the Universes.
Keep your anchor in the Divine, Dear Ones, and if you find yourselves taking a step backwards at times, be immediately forgiving of your humanness as you transform within your physical bodies, your mental bodies, your emotional bodies, for it is all a learning and expanding experience and you are all greatly admired for your bravery, resoluteness and courage. Remember that you are each loved beyond measure and that you are much needed during these changing times.

It is important that this proceed at a level of safety, grace and ease. This is a time to honor yourselves, to listen to the still, small voice within you, for in truth, this voice is becoming much clearer and more direct as you follow the dictates of your heart and become more fully attuned to your Authentic Self. Anything that does not resonate with your Holy Christ Self is now leaving as quickly as you allow it. All you must do is recognize when these come up for review and intend and command that they leave your energetic field never to return. Always ask that what has left is immediately replaced with the Highest Christ Consciousness that you are able to assimilate in your moment of Now. You are still in the beginning stages of bringing in your Higher aspects and this will translate in different ways for each of you, for you are each unique and myriad in your personal journeys.
Spiritual growth occurs as a spiral dance and there will be times when this is intensely felt as resistance upon your Path. This is a sign that what is required from within you is a heartfelt surrender of “not my will, Father/Mother God, but thine be done in and through me”, and requires faith that you are being led as gently as possible upon the Path that you chose to experience at this time of immense changes. For most of you have done this work before and what is gradually coming through now is remembrance of your unique qualities, skills, talents and gifts that will break through into your consciousness as you assimilate the sacred geometries that are now flooding the etheric airwaves.
Our advice as previously given is to spend as much time as possible out of doors in Nature, absorbing the Sun’s rays when possible for at least 10 or 15 minutes each day, for the Sun has many encodements and messages for you. Follow the dictates of your body elemental, rest as needed and allow your Being to flow with the new energies and insights as they come in. Trust in this process knowing that you are taking the final steps to greater consciousness and integration of the Ascension energies as they come forth. Keep focused on your daily disciplines to ensure that this process comes through you and manifests within you in relative ease and grace.
If you find yourselves becoming discouraged by the energy patterns that still arise from within you, remember to just allow yourselves to feel what you feel, voice it, and then be done with it, then turn to a creative pursuit such as writing a poem or story, painting, songwriting, reading a book or whatever it is that you feel joyful in the doing of, for in this way you are aligning with that which feels good and uplifting to your spirit and you will find that the previous moments of discouragement have dissipated and that you feel renewed and invigorated. Also recognize that sometimes, the greatest help for you is to retire early to bed and get extra sleep so that you awaken the next morning with greater equilibrium. In all things what is very important is to know yourself so that you can fulfill your own needs as they arise for your acknowledgment. You have all the answers within you, Beloved Ones. Take the time to listen.
Arising within you in the days to come will be greater feelings of joy, happiness, fulfillment, peace and a sense of the incredible possibilities that exist for you. You will experience many moments of wonder and delight, of increased awareness and clarity, with many revelations and insights that will help you to complete your cleansing and purification process.

Beloved Lightworkers,
Each of you are into the deep cleansing and purification of all remaining issues that have lain hidden and buried deeply within your subconscious minds, and a lot of these are issues that you thought had already been resolved. Understand, Beloved Ones, that this will continue to come up for your review until every facet of any remaining shadows rises to the surface to be seen in the Light of illuminated consciousness. Watch for synchronicities in the words and comments of others around you, especially after you have done clearing work, for often, these stubborn areas that have remained unresolved will come up after deep clearing work. What is required is to recognize and acknowledge that this is a long buried aspect that has not experienced resolution in certain areas of that situation.
Have patience with yourselves in these situations, Dear Ones, for this is an important part of the continuing process of preparing your physical Beings for Ascension to a higher consciousness. In order to embody your Holy Christ Self, all that still needs clearing of the Old World thought patterns and ideas will continue to come up for review until all is clear. We observe that most of you have come a long way in this process and will soon be able to move forward to the next step on your spiritual journey. You have all the help you need from the higher realms, all you need do is ask for any assistance you may need help with. You are surrounded by loving Beings of Light who love you unconditionally and without judgment.
We remind you again that your daily disciplines are very important and that neglecting this important aspect in your daily life will possibly bring on lethargy and a state of confusion. The energies now coming in are intense in their effects upon your physical, mental, emotional and astral vehicles and when you experience these ups and downs within yourselves, we remind you to be good to yourselves and take the needed breaks and rests that may be required to regain equilibrium. Do not give up in your efforts to continue upon your chosen Path, for the next step will appear before you as soon as you are ready to proceed further.
Observe the messages within your body, mind and emotions and try to correlate these with the current thoughts that you have been experiencing. You might try to keep a journal each day so that you can keep track of the manifestations of your thinking that occur. Become the passionate and joyful detective of the inner workings of your mind and how your thoughts manifest in the outer world. In this way you gain mastery over them. Life is meant to be an adventure and what must be remembered is that stepping into the physical realm was an event to be relished and thoroughly experienced and enjoyed for the sheer pleasure of it.
Continue to try to imagine yourselves as the great Beings of Light that you truly are and act as if you are that. Practice makes perfect in all things and before you know it, you will begin to remember your true nature as the Divine Being you are. It is the dawn of a new era and all things good are now possible.

In this time period, there are many little tests of one’s faith and patience. The patterns of thinking, feeling, reacting or responding that are coming up now for review and contemplation are those that still need to be addressed by looking honestly within Self and also by observing Oneself through that which is mirrored to you by those who surround you. Each and everyone who is in your sphere of daily life is playing a role that can bring to you the lessons and insights that might still be needed to give the final insight and revelation to enable you to finally let go and release the old patterns and ways of behavior that no longer serve the Christed Being you are beginning to embody.
Each of you has been feeling the weight of the World upon your shoulders and in a very real sense, this is the truth of it. Know that by the personal experiences and situations you have been grappling with, you are helping to clear these same issues from the collective field of Human consciousness and by utilizing the spiritual tools that have been given to you through various channels and scribes from the past and the present, you have been assisting to literally lift the density in the collective field of consciousness. You are like salmon swimming upstream against all odds to their birthplace spawning and seeding new life by their sacrifice, determination and perseverance. Remarkably, you have overcome so much by the practice of your spiritual disciplines with these most admirable qualities of the Spirit.
By your dedication and will, you are creating a New World, one that allows each Being to experience life in a Human body in ways that their Soul has chosen, to complete their education in the realms of lower density. Those of you reading these words are in the final phases of the completion of karmic contracts and lessons that you took on before incarnating upon this Earth in a physical body. Know that all is as it should be and that you are successful in your spiritual goals. You are the Awakened Ones and have come to lend your considerable spiritual power to assist the Earth and everything and everyone upon Her to Ascend to a higher order of Being that will bring about greater expressions of goodness and greatness within the hearts and Souls of Humanity as a whole.
Observe the workings of the Universe by the reflections you see manifesting through the people in your circle of influence. You will begin to comprehend that, indeed, you are being supported in ways that you never dreamt possible before and that your Cosmic bank accounts are now overflowing with the goodness you so richly deserve. When you see this manifesting in your life, stop for a moment, acknowledge and give thanks for the blessings that are flowing to you and by this acknowledgment you thereby bring more of these blessings to you. There are many seeming miracles taking place and they have been happening so subtly that One could overlook its occurrence in their daily lives. All about you everything is changing and transforming at an incredible rate.
Now is the time of miracles, of the fruition of your dearest hopes, dreams and desires. It may take a while for you Beloved Ones to relax and allow it to come forth, for you have been so used to pushing uphill against the tide for so long that the appearance of your good now seems too good to be true. This is the beginning of a new phase and cycle of life and it will be filled with great joy, wonder and miracles beyond current imaginings. Believe that all things are possible, Dear Ones, and so it shall be!

Beloved Lightworkers,
The energies of these times are very intense and are galvanizing many of you to get deep within yourselves and seek a more conscious connection with your True Selves. There have been many layers and masks that you have donned during your current lifetime and from some previous lifetimes that are at this opportune time, coming up for acknowledgment and release. Many of these masks you have worn have been put on in self defense, as you learned early in your lives, that it was necessary in order that you live your lives in relative peace, turning the other cheek, so to speak, in order to gain approval from your family and loved ones.
Now, during these intense energies, these masks and layers are being dropped away as quickly as you are able to discern them for what they are and be willing to have them leave. All is about discernment of who your True Self is and this will be an ongoing process in the times that are before you. You are reconnecting with your Higher Selves and as you let go of the person you were yesterday there will be a transient sense of loss and sadness. Do not stay too caught up in this process, for all that is necessary is to recognize what comes up for what it represents to you, bless it for the lessons and expansion it has brought and watch it leave.
Those of you who got caught up in reliving your past experiences will have a harder time of letting it release but know that you have the tools within you to make it so. Determination and persistence is the key and the ability to detach from all emotional charge and recurring mental patterns within the situation you are currently working through. It is a time of self reflection and introversion, for as these layers and masks drop away, more of your True Being shines forth and more of your own personal power and sovereignty is returned to you to acknowledge and be grateful for.
Each of you is a Divine Child of the most High Father/Mother God. Your presence here on this Earth as you reconnect with your Divine Essence is helping to create and maintain the critical mass needed for the Light to continue to grow and expand through everyone and everything upon, within and around the Earth. This was and is your primary function and you have done this with great dedication and persistence to the point that success is at hand on the road to Ascension of your Planet and every man, woman and child who inhabit Her.
As you continue to work your way through feelings of inertia, lethargy, tiredness, irritation, listnessness, aches and pains in various points of your body that differ each day, remember to nurture yourselves and each other, for you are all in this together and keeping together is of mutual benefit and for the highest good of all. There is power in groups, whether a family unit or whether you join in worldwide meditational efforts to anchor more Cosmic Light and Love energies into the core of the Earth. Finding the energy each day to repeat your daily decrees or affirmations will help you re-energize.
You are all in the thick of the Ascension process and this is a very exciting development for it means that you are succeeding in the work you have come to do. Despite all current appearances in the way you might be feeling, you ARE moving forward and are on the right Path.

Beloved Ones,
As you go about your daily lives in this coming week, take time to be out in Nature and soak up the rays of the Sun for at least 5 minutes each day. There are healing and energizing qualities contained within these rays that are highly beneficial for those who have been on the Ascension path. Visualize little Suns coming into each chakra starting at the crown chakra all the way down to the root chakra and try to feel them pulsing and expanding. This practice will help you connect with your Light Body and establish a stronger connection.
Also walking for at least 15 minutes each day is excellent to ensure that your energy fields are flowing properly and that no blockages occur. Deep belly breathing is very helpful to inhale the new pranic energies that now abound in the atmosphere around you. Drinking two glasses of water first thing on arising each morning is good, as well as a glass about one half hour before each meal and one glass before bedtime and of course, whenever you feel thirsty. With these daily practices along with your regular spiritual disciplines, acclimating to the higher frequencies will be much easier.
The strange weather patterns will continue and it is well that you each say prayers for the protection of the people as these weather patterns show up in various places throughout the World. These are the dense energies being cleansed at this time and there is just no way to get around this cleansing wherever and whenever it occurs. Remember, that just as each of you are becoming radiant Beings of Light, so too, is your Planet, as Her core is radiating greater Light from within in concentric circles through the layers to the surface and out into the atmosphere.
It is a very good time to go deep within in and find stillness for as long as you are able, for connecting with your core is essential to maintain harmony and balance during these chaotic times. Always intend the Highest Good for all and be prepared for many around you to attempt to make you a ‘dumping ground’ because of your Light. Remember that it is an indication that the Cosmic Energies of Love that are flowing upon your Planet are doing the work of purification of all that does not and cannot enter 5th dimensional frequencies.
Maintain your Highest visions for the Highest Good of all, Beloved Ones, for you are the foundation of all that is good and wholesome in these changing times.

Welcome back, Beloved Lightworkers,
During the past week a shift in mass consciousness occurred and you will be seeing evidence of this in the coming days. Many of you have been creating Pillars of Light and in fact, you ARE Pillars of Light and this activity is adding to the collective field of Humanity and the atmosphere of the Earth. All of these are very positive changes and it is now going to become a little easier to hold and anchor the Light because there will be so many more of you who are engaged in this activity.
Within each of you there has been a feeling of increasing lightness of Being which is having the effect of a greater sense of well-being and peacefulness and this will have a most beneficial effect as you go about your daily lives. Most of you are now feeling the increasing presence of your Higher Self within your crown chakra and this is most noticeable when you are involved in your spiritual disciplines as very noticeable vibrations in that area. You will begin to notice a greater response from your Higher Self in your mundane activities and do not be too surprised to discover yourselves carrying on a telepathic conversation at the oddest times.
When this occurs, it is an indication of greater activity in your multi-dimensional selves. You will find yourselves involved in taking part in a reverie in which you are partaking of various adventures in your “imagination”. This is active involvement occurring on the higher levels and dimensions. You are all active on other levels during your sleep times but now you will start to notice this occurring during your normal daily routines. Life is becoming a greater adventure and the only limits are those that you set upon yourselves. Dare to dream big and create these lovely scenarios in your everyday lives. Create and feel wonderful changes taking place for you and your loved ones and in the World around you.
Whatever you, the conscious Creators, create now within your own lives is added to the whole collective consciousness and many will Awaken because of this. Your Light and activity for the Light is creating greater openness in the minds of an ever greater mass of Humanity. Always intend that what you create be for the Highest Good of all and of course, for your own Highest Good. Your God sanctioned Guides and Ascension Team work diligently with you as you go about your daily affairs. A request from you first thing in the morning upon awakening to ask them for every assistance as you go about your day will help set the tone for the rest of that day.
Be observant to what still comes up from within you and continue to just observe and release rather than get involved in the emotional charge of it. It can become easier the more you become aware that you have this ability. This is Mastery of your Selves in action. This is alchemy being consciously practiced. Soon you will be observing that you are now creating wonderful situations and occurrences in your lives rather than having to release more surprises from the depths of your inner Being. Life will feel much easier the more you practice this.
We are ever with you, Beloved Ones. We work as One now. You have Legions at your side each and every day and night. You never walk alone. Our Love is always with you.

Beloved Ones,
Your beautiful Lights shine ever brighter upon your Planet. Many of you feel weary and need to do much resting and this is highly recommended as you encounter this situation. We would also like for you to know that your extreme weariness might also mean that you are journeying to multi-dimensional realms for meetings and consultations as your physical body is resting. This is an exciting time and many consultations are taking place to ensure that all is well and continues to be so.
You are each learning to live from the heart and this has required the opening of your heart chakra in a way that leaves you feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable. Many of you do not realize this and so there is a feeling of tension that you feel as you go about your day. This feeling comes from no longer having your protective shield around your heart space and also will explain the increased emotional reactions to observations of life that move you to tears. This means that your feelings of empathy are now expanding to include all aspects of life, even those that you shielded yourselves from before.
As your empathy towards all of life expands, greater feelings of compassion, mercy and forgiveness begin to be felt and it becomes second nature to share these with others around you. The Cosmic energies of Love continue to increase in intensity, and creating and expanding your Pillar of Light each day will be of great help, just set the intention and request that your Pillar or Tube of Light now expands to a 12 foot diameter as you go about your daily activities. You have been increasing your energy fields considerably during the last year and this is now possible.
The areas of your solar plexus are being cleansed and adjusted so there can be feelings of anxiety, tension and uncomfortableness during this process. As before, the process of cleansing and purifying continues to greater and greater depths within your physical bodies. Your cells are being cleansed, renewed and bathed with Light and your bodies are becoming luminous. When you perceive yourselves in the darkness, you know that you are Light. Many things are changing slowly, others are transformed quickly. This all depends on each person’s path and the work that was previously done to begin this process, so there are no set rules of how this might look. It is a different experience for each of you individually but some occurrences are more universal in their impact.
Continue your steadfast devotion to your chosen roles and know that we are ever with you, more so than ever before. We communicate with you on a regular basis and this is becoming much easier than before, as each of you begin to recognize our Presence when we come to you. Continue to gather together for worldwide meditations to add your Light and your energies of Love to all upon the Planet and to the Earth and all her kingdoms. As you know, it is much needed now.

The work continues. It requires now your steadfastness in maintaining your highest vision for the Earth and all upon and within Her. Maintain your central core of identity and never lose sight of your purpose for being here, for it is time now to let your Light shine forth, to release the last vestiges of the personality self and allow your Higher Self to manifest in and through you. The Love in your hearts now shines through with golden white purity and this is what you are meant to allow through you into the World around you and as you do this, you radiate and touch others with the love of the Christ within you.
This is the time you have been waiting for and your purpose is now being fulfilled. Each of you may never be recognized and acknowledged for the Light that you bring, nevertheless, without your presence here, the changes upon your Planet would be too terrible to bear. By your presence you have made a difference and you still ARE making a difference. By combining forces and joining together at opportune times, the Light created by and through you, can and does bring about the highest outcomes for all.
Trust that all that is occurring is bringing about the greatest and highest good for all even though it is difficult to see this in manifestation as you are experiencing the changes in your personal lives. Be at peace, Dear Ones, and maintain your calm acceptance of what is occurring, knowing that it is bringing through the highest outcomes for the Earth and everyone and everything upon and within Her. Your inner strength, resilience and courage, all gifts of the Spirit, will continue to lead you, one step at a time into greater and greater downloads of Light. As these downloads occur, you will experience a fluctuation of greater and lesser energy in your 5 body system.
When the energy is great, creativity will blossom forth and flourish within you. Many beneficial works can be created during these times. When your energy level is low, it is a time to rest, contemplate, meditate and integrate all that has been given. Your inner growth continues and by working with the energy cycles, you will be in greater awareness and ease in order to assimilate and make use of these energies. Those of you who are open channels such as our Scribe, will sometimes be hard put to muster the energy necessary to bring our messages through and when this occurs, it creates an energy drain that requires immediate sleep and rest. We ask for your understanding if and when this may happen and our messages are delayed, for the Scribe is also undergoing extreme transformations within her five body system as are the rest of you. Sometimes, the messages just can’t come through on time because of these inner transformations.
Yes, it is difficult, and yes, you are each eminently qualified to work through these transformations, just allow the nurturance and compassion for yourselves as it is required and honor yourselves in times of low energy levels and know that it is temporary. Know that higher energy influxes creates a feeling of sleepiness in most of you initially and by working with these cycles and honoring the needs of your body elemental, you will continue to make progress.
We are ever with you, no matter where you might go. Our connections have been well established and much communication is occurring between us on the inner dimensions. We are as One.

Beloved Ones,
As the energies pour in with great intensity, you will find yourselves experiencing many multi-dimensional interludes that seem to occur simultaneously to your normal everyday activities. All of a sudden you will realize that you were `away’ and bring yourself back. This is an indication that you are processing the higher energies and bringing them into greater alignment within your physical vehicle. It is important to maintain equilibrium during these times and focusing upon alignment with the Ascended Earth timeline is of utmost importance. The more of you who do this each day, the stronger the energies to align to this reality for each of you, for your combined energies create the space for a greater number of Souls to awaken and seek the Light.
Each of you is now a continuous lightning rod for the higher Cosmic energies which pass through your physical body into the crystalline core of the Earth. There is a greater synergy flowing between you and the Earth energies and Mother Earth/Lady Gaia are in deep appreciation for the extra efforts that are being made during this auspicious time to intend and ask for the New Earth reality to come into being. Hold always the space of peace, love, joy and harmony within yourselves, for this is most important to keep anchored into the Earth at this time. Daily affirm, decree and ask for the shift into the higher dimensions of consciousness and Light to take place. This is most important for you to do.
The work of aligning yourselves with your Higher Selves is moving forward and much progress is being made at this time. It is important to keep the focus on bringing in your Higher Self and Great I AM Presence. Ask that your body be prepared to receive a greater portion of the Christ Love energy as it spirals down to the Earth. Open your hearts to this experience and feel the joy of wholeness, integration and well-being. Communicate with your Higher Self verbally, if possible, on a daily basis in order to establish communication at the Higher levels, for like anything else, you must cultivate and train your minds and body elementals to do your bidding.
We ask that you daily decree “The Great Invocation” (Below) during this week to the count of nine times each time. This will help anchor the new energies with greater ease and grace. Know that as you do this, your efforts are increased a thousandfold and we of the Ascended realms join with you, and the Angels sing the notes that will bring in the alignment to Galactic Center. Allow yourselves to feel and experience the bliss of these changing times and allow the clearing and transmuting to continue within yourselves. All is in Divine Order, Beloved Ones, the Great Work continues.

Beloved Ones,
The time has now come for moving up the Ascension rung to the next step. It is time to turn the Inner Light switch on within you. You are each Luminous Beings and are now radiant with a glow which superimposes your physical body and can be discerned by those who have the eyes to see. Many of you are beginning to experience the magic and wonder of wonderful synchronicities taking place in your daily lives and many blessings from the Source are coming into manifestation for you. This is a time of the manifestation of all that you have desired which is now flowing into your lives in wonderful ways.
Make a point of writing down each wonderful occurrence as it happens each day, each miracle, no matter how small it appears. At the end of one week, you will begin to see how many of these there actually are in your daily existence which you may have taken for granted. All around you, life is blossoming and flourishing with new potential and possibilities and Nature’s bounty is joyously bringing forth the miracles of the cycle of new life and new growth to bless you with its beauty and goodness. Learn to become more attuned to the rhythms of Nature and give thanks each day for all Her blessings. At the beginning of a new cycle of growth, giving gratitude and acknowledgement to the Elementals, the Devic and Nature spirits will attract these Beings to you and you will notice many wonderful improvements to your gardens of vegetables and flowers.
Lift your head to the Sun in acknowledgement for its life giving rays of golden light and warmth and honor the Moon as it shines its silvery feminine rays upon you in the night. Seek to listen and become aware of the playful energies of the wind and air as they kiss your forehead on their way to destinations unknown. New life is aborning in the cycles of change upon the Earth, all that was old is made new again and begins its dance of life. Breathe deeply and drink in the sweetness of the air as it fills your lungs and moves down all the way to your root chakra, hold this sweetness for as long as you can and then expel it vigorously through your mouth until you have emptied it all. This will invigorate your body elemental with new energy.
Dear Ones, as these days of great changes come upon the Earth, keep strongly connected to your innermost Being through your heart chakra, for your heart is the key. Align your emotional body with peace and love and maximize the natural ebb and flow of the Universe. Raise your consciousness and physical form to a higher vibration that aligns with well-being, joy and abundance and embrace Unity consciousness which is the consciousness of wholeness. Remember the vastness of who you are and shine your brilliance through the lens of your life. Align yourselves with Universal principles and embody consciousness in every cell of your Being.
You are made of wondrous stuff! Allow yourselves to experience and play in the energies that swirl and eddy through you as you move about, notice with awareness everything about you. Practice focusing in the now moment and live your life fully. Make it an adventure, Beloveds.

You are looking upon your tasks as a great adventure and opening yourselves to acceptance of new experiences and new ways of looking at life in order to find better, more peaceful solutions to the problems and challenges that assail your senses each day. Life is in the process of change in each moment and most of you are firmly established in the places where you live so that you can be counted upon to be the anchors of the higher energies for your areas and ground them into the Earth.
As you do this, it stabilizes the forces that are at work to a certain degree, and it is your Light that makes the difference and this Light is growing in its power and radiance. We see that you are all working on yourselves in those areas that still need to be cleared and released from within your Beings and that it can feel as though there is no end to this process. Know that many of you have cleared most of that which needs to be cleared in order to bring in your greater Light Body and it now remains for you to continue your purification process in order to accomplish this. As you eliminate all the mental body and emotional body issues, your physical body also begins to cleanse and release much toxicity and dross, for suddenly, as the other areas and issues are cleared, there is more energy available for this to occur in your physical body and this is many times not pleasant while it is occurring but cannot be avoided.
Your work with the Light is literally helping to change the atmosphere around the Earth. There has been a great outpouring of Love to those areas and peoples who have been and still are being affected by the Earth changes that are occurring and keeping this focus in the times ahead is very beneficial and for the highest good for all concerned, including the Earth and all her kingdoms. As you do this, you are all doing the work for which you came and the days of wondering what your mission was are coming to an end soon. You will definitely know that you are now doing the work for which you came. It is a labor of Love, an unceasing and unfaltering focus and desire to bring in the new Golden Age upon this Planet. By holding these words and intentions within your hearts and minds, you ARE creating positive change. The chaos only means that greater Light comes into play creating the opportunity for the changes in consciousness to take place within each person.
This work is not for the faint hearted amongst you, it requires courage and constant dedication and holding of the focus, it requires the Awareness that you ARE making a difference by maintaining your focus. It requires the faith to persevere even when it seems that your work is not producing the results you wanted and have strived for. It requires diligence and the belief that by your constancy and purpose, all is in Divine Order and the Light prevails…and it is so, Beloved Ones, it is so! Hold fast and radiate your Light each day to the people around you and to the areas of the Earth that are in need of it. You are each powerful forces of energy that can create much change for the betterment of everyone and everything upon this Planet. Let your refrain constantly be “not my will God but thine, be done in and through me”.

Beloved Ones,
The energies of renewal are now coming forth in the flow of life and the cycles upon your Planet and bringing with them the energies of a new beginning. How this new beginning translates in your personal life is dependant on your attitude and perceptions and your ability to become the Master of your thoughts and emotions and your intentions to create a better way. There are cycles within cycles within cycles and upon your Planet and in the Cosmos, many of these cycles are now converging into alignment with a far greater Plan than has been understood by Humanity to the present time.
Much depends on the thoughts and emotions of each of you during the times ahead. Most of you have learned to love with a certain sense of detachment that allows you to lovingly accept that others have their own choices to make and Paths to follow and you allow them to do this without any attempts to control. This is what is known as unconditional love and it releases you from feeling responsible for the actions and choices of others and sets you free to experience your own direction with greater clarity and focus and most importantly, enjoyment. Life in a physical body is an opportunity to experience the gamut of an entire range and depth of feeling, emotion and creativity that allows for a richness to blossom from within.
As you become multi-dimensional in a more conscious manner, you will realize that you have, in fact, been accomplishing much more than your previously limited perceptions have allowed you to comprehend. Work on the higher dimensions involves the use of creativity, visualization and thought and each of you does this so easily that you tend to not recognize that you are doing this. Try to become more cognizant of your creative thought processes and as you do, you will become more clear about the Universal Laws that you have been working with and how your thought processes bring to you the manifestation of your predominant and many times, subconscious thoughts.
The time is now to begin to discipline your minds to focus on what you want to manifest in your lives rather than what you do not want, for the Universe is impartial and will give you what you constantly focus on in your thought processes, and the Universe is alive with power and energy and will create for you what you desire, or what It perceives that you desire by your repetitive thoughts, visualizations and creativeness. Care must be taken to ensure that what goes forth from you will in turn be what you truly desire to have come to you. This is why daily decreeing is a method to bring to you that which is for your highest and greatest good and in these times of great change, the discipline of decreeing helps one to focus and stay grounded.
For those of you who need to have such a focus rather than using meditation each day, much can be accomplished through the power of the word spoken verbally to bring out the higher aspects of your own Self and increase your vibrational frequency, for sound has vibration and creates powerful energy and most of you who use this discipline understand how powerful this process is in your personal and Planetary transformation. Even one decree each day for your personal protection and growth and one decree such as the Great Invocation repeated each day can bring about a higher frequency in your energy field as you repeat them in repetitions of three, seven, nine, eleven, etc. It is the intonations of each word and the repetition of these words that creates a more powerful and centered You and helps you to become a more conscious Being creating and manifesting in this octave of life.
Conscious creation can bring to you more joy, freedom, grace and ease once self discipline is employed to your thought processes. Make your mind the builder, Beloved Ones, the mighty tool of your own Mastery over every situation you encounter as you walk upon the Earth. We remind you that there are many unemployed Angels just waiting to be called upon and recognized as such, Legions and Legions of Angels…just waiting….

Beloved Ones,
As you move through the Equinox energies, you will find many answers to the burning questions that you have held within your hearts for much too long. Then will come clarity, as though you are standing from a high mountaintop able to see the valley below, looking at all things from that higher perspective. Truly, this is the next step, the next level of your Ascension process – clarity. With clarity comes understanding and greater comprehension of that which has transpired in your lives from the beginning of your incarnation in this lifetime and in others.
The Light is here to stay, Beloveds. It will take some time before this will become apparent in those around you but it will be easier to observe in the people around you and in your own neighborhoods than by watching the spins that come forth from your news media. That way, unfortunately, is the way of distraction, the way into fear. Those of you who avoid watching your news casts and even today’s lower vibrational movies have found that you can maintain balance and equilibrium to a much higher degree than the people around you who do not follow these dictates. You will know, without doubt, that all is well.
There will be more certainty in your thoughts and your actions and you will exude a great confidence in yourselves and your growing abilities. With the blossoming of these greater abilities will also come humility, for you will inherently know that to be given these gifts requires that you share them with others around you and not hold them to yourselves simply because you are afraid to shine. You will simply BE what you truly are and will become magnets for those who will now begin to see and recognize your Light.
This is also where your inherent wisdom that you have earned through the school of Earth and its lessons throughout the ages will come fully into your consciousness and you will begin to walk upon the Earth lightly, in reverence for the Great Spirit that resides within this magnificent Planet. It will become your Passion to restore to Her as quickly as possible the splendor of Her former glory before the grand experiment of duality came into effect. You will be keen to right all the wrongs that have been done to the Earth and to her inhabitants since that time.
In an amazingly short time, restitution will have been made to all for all that was done and the truth of which was then suppressed. All that was hidden will be revealed in all areas of life upon Earth. There will no longer be any place left that one can keep hidden from the view of others. All will be revealed in the fullness of time and it is in this now time that the practice of patience and perseverance in full trust in the Divine Plan will help Humanity to continue to move forward in Love, peace, harmony and good will towards all.
As the knowledge becomes known to all that Humanity was born of the Stars, a great collective moment of remembrance will take place and from that point, there will be even more rapid progress made towards unity in all things. Life as you have known it will be changed through the events that are now occurring and what will come forth will be a more Loving society that cares for and about each other, the Earth and all the kingdoms upon Her. Love is the greatest force in the Universes and Love WILL prevail.
Walk then the Path of Light, of Love, of unity and peace and practice the Golden Rule in all your affairs; in return, the Universe will bless and bring healing, abundance and peace to your World.

Beloved Ones,
We ask that you continue your invocations on behalf of the people of Japan on a daily basis as we do require your requests each day to continue in a more tangible way. This we are doing as you call upon us and much is being done to give assistance on the etheric levels. Many are being found that would not have been otherwise.
The World continues to move into the New Earth Reality with each wave of energy that moves upon the surface. Your news media has now been publicizing the fact that each earthquake and tsunami that has occurred recently has been shifting the Earth’s axis by degrees. The World is being nudged slowly and as carefully as possible into her new position in the Heavens in alignment with Galactic center. This is an incredible feat that is unfolding before your very eyes.
Hold fast to your intentions and beliefs in the emergence of a better World and a better way, for as you do this, Dear Ones, it is created and manifested. If you find yourselves reeling from the changes taking place all around you, go within and reconnect with your Higher Self. You are all being guided and are in the correct places for you to be in these most crucial times. Know that you are always guided and protected in all your activities, even those that take you away from your home. You never walk alone.
Beloved Ones, as we have told you before, there will be many changes taking place in this year and in 2012. You will be amazed when you look back at 2011 at the sheer magnitude of the happenings that have occurred and the changes in attitudes and perspectives that have taken place in the people of the Earth. Gone will be the old stubborn, opinionated ways of the human ego and in its place will be the sweet Spirit of Oneness, willingness and cooperation, putting the highest good of all as the number one priority.
Come into your power now, Beloveds, and command the Forces of Light to do their magic upon your Planet. We stand at the ready to restore and renew everything upon and within your Planet. Mother Earth is shifting, changing and birthing anew, like a phoenix that rises from the ashes, to lift into the higher dimensions that are in closer alignment with the Ascended realms of Light and Love, and, in symbiotic empathy, so too will Humanity rise right along with Her.
As the outpouring of Love to the people of Japan and all other areas continues, it changes the entire atmosphere around you and as a consequence, ALL is lifted up…this is the positive outcome from the personal and national tragedies that now befall the people of Earth. Send energies of Light, of Love, of Healing and Blessing, even as your Souls cry tears of empathy for your brothers and sisters who are caught in the most mighty changes that Humanity has ever experienced while still embodied upon the Planet.
This is a time that can only be experienced deeply…there will come a time when the records of this incredible period will be brought forth accurately and will be made available to every Being in our Universe and beyond, giving honor to the courage and tenacity of the people of Earth, who rode the waves of Cosmic change in such majesty and victory and endurance. We praise the Human Spirit within which lives the glory and majesty of the Creator of all that is.

Beloved Ones,
There will be a greater influx of Cosmic energies flowing and spiraling down into the atmosphere of the Earth in the coming week or two and as these energies begin to assimilate within the auric fields of Humanity, there will be a period of adjustment to these higher frequencies within Humanity. This will take many forms in outer expression in the coming months as these energies begin to create changes in perception, attitudes and thoughts and many limiting concepts will simply fall away as though they never existed. Much will begin to change in the way Humanity interacts with each other and there will be a greater harmony and cooperation between all peoples as the Earth moves into a greater vibratory rate.
The weathermen on your news channels will be hard put to accurately predict tomorrow’s weather as the elements adjust to the new waves of Light coming in. All is in a state of flux and change is the only constant that can be relied upon. It is very important for you to stay centered within your heart space as you go about your daily existence and that you practice kindness and much patience with those around you, for people will be feeling the irritation of their nervous system trying to adjust and balance as these energies flow into their physical bodies. Remember that you have all been there and done that and you have all had the benefit of these and other messages to steer you in the right direction and most of those who are now being affected do not have the understanding of what is occurring.
The best way to help in these times is to consistently and persistently stay in the higher frequencies and try to maintain calm and equilibrium in all your thoughts, words, actions and deeds, for in these times a simple smile will go a long way to raising the energies in the people around you. You are now the Emissaries of Light, the Patternmakers and role models to the people around you and it is important to stay in your highest integrity as much as possible, given the fact that each of you is still in the end process of this cleansing also. Rest as much as possible and keep your bodies hydrated by drinking pure, clean water.
Keep intending each day to be in the highest Christ consciousness that is available on the Planet at this time and daily affirm your sovereignty to remind yourselves why you are here, which is to raise the frequency and consciousness of Humanity to Ascension levels. This is an ongoing task but you have all become much more proficient at this task, however, there is one area that you need to become more aware of, and that is the need to practice shielding of your auric fields from the thoughts and energy fluctuations of others. Just ask your Guides and Angels each morning to protect your entire energetic field and keep it clear from the energies of others. Many times, you are suffering because you have unknowingly picked up someone else’s worries, anxieties and concerns and this can hold you back from living your lives with the greater ease, joy and happiness that you deserve and intend.
Take comfort in the knowledge that at some point in the raising of your frequency work, you will achieve a state of Being where your energy field cannot be infringed by others, knowingly or unknowingly. This will come as you begin to manifest as a fully realized Divine Human. Know that we are always with you and await your calls. You are loved beyond measure by your Family of Light.

Beloved Lightworkers,
This new week will be seeing each of you completing many projects and issues that have kept you engrossed for many months. You have been passing through many challenging situations that have brought out the very best within yourselves and those with whom you have been working with on these issues. Each challenge between people is bringing forth the higher outcomes that you have all desired, rather than a breaking away from each other. This is a very encouraging sign of the greater good to come.
There will be a greater outpouring of intense energies towards the end of the week and these will express as frequent emotional expressions as their impact reaches the Earth. For those who have done the internal work, these will probably translate into strong creative impulses that will see you working on your innate talents such as art, writing, sculpting, cooking, knitting and so on, whatever gives you joy. For those who are just Awakening or who have not, it will be more challenging in terms of maintaining emotional calm and poise.
Most of you are intensely aligning vertically in terms of spiritual growth by focusing on the present moment, acknowledging that now is the only moment there is, and that here where you are, is the only space. This has been a somewhat difficult concept to wrap your thoughts around as most of you have been used to thinking in terms of past, present and future and to narrow your perceptions to the now moment is proving to be a hard concept to focus upon. As with any thing else that is new, it will require a further expansion before a level of comfort with it will be manifest.
Everywhere you look, people and groups of people in communities are all beginning to look at the concepts of uniting in love, in cooperation with each other, in finding a peaceful solution to the challenges that are before them and making a clear choice for peace, for working together in common purpose and for the higher good of all. This is a movement that is just starting to manifest but will grow stronger and more pronounced as this year progresses.
The Earth and everyone and everything upon Her is in a state of transition from one level of being to another and you have been traveling backwards and forwards on your Paths as you traverse the energetic impulses as they travel in waves upon your Planet, shifting many old paradigms as they pass in a way that leaves the old way of doing things firmly behind as a new way is embraced and accepted. The old simply falls away with barely any notice and those who cling to these former ways of being and doing will find it hard to adapt to all the changes that are taking place moment by moment.
And so Beloved Ones, we advise that you do what you love and keep in the higher state of joy as much as possible during these coming months, for in holding the frequency of joy, you hold the higher energies in place upon the Earth. Be ever the observer of yourselves in order to grasp each lesson that comes to you and keep on climbing each rung of the ladder vertically as you reach for the highest outcomes in all things.

Beloved Lightworkers,
The changes that are taking place within each of you will continue and each of you are discovering that you are able to express your great capacity to love and forgive those around you with whom you cohabit and also yourselves, and as your awareness continues to expand into greater consciousness and you attempt to put yourselves in the others’ shoes to experience their viewpoint and learn to understand their concerns.
All is in flux right now and all that you are experiencing and working on is manifesting quickly for you so be more restrained in your thinking processes so that your thinking brings about that which you truly desire rather than its opposite. Every day, write a list of all the things that you are grateful for and all that you consider a blessing in your life, for this practice, along with a quick review of it throughout the day will help you to stay focused on what is truly important to you rather than becoming side tracked by that which distracts you from this.
Many people are stepping up to the plate right now as they Awaken and discover their own power to bring resolution to long standing inequities in their daily lives by those who have had control over them and they are saying “enough is enough” and this will continue in waves throughout this year. This is the time of the Great Awakening we spoke of last year and it is now in effect upon this Planet so it is of utmost importance for you, our Beloved Lightworkers, to stand fast and hold your Light and your vision for the Highest outcome and the Highest good of all. Let your Light and intention be constantly on seeing this good manifest, in peace and harmony.
Watching our Beloved Lightworkers, we of the higher dimensions can only shake our heads in wonder at your innate ability to adapt to all the changes occurring within your bodies, minds and emotions AND still daily send Light to all the areas of the World that are in need of it, for the highest good and outcome of all your brothers and sisters in those areas. Your Light does make a difference and is very much appreciated by the Earth, as this helps her keep more balanced. The energy of Love grows ever greater in its intensity and is being felt by all of Humanity at this time, and great changes are beginning to manifest.
Most of these changes will begin first in the minds and hearts of each person and this will become noticeable in those around you as they now begin to comprehend and understand what you have been talking about for years. Rejoice and enjoy these moments of connection in your minds and your hearts, for these will continue to grow and expand into greater and greater reality. Each day more wondrous happenings and miracles are taking place and this gives encouragement and impetus for “the silent revolution” that is occurring within the hearts and souls of all. The energy of Love is the mightiest force in the Universes and can resolve all differences as its beam is applied.
Always remember that you never walk alone, Beloveds, for we are always at your side. If you desire greater acceleration in your spiritual progress, do not forget to ask for our assistance each night, so that you can travel to our Temples of Learning and of Healing while your physical bodies sleep and rejuvenate and you will learn more about what is destined to come to pass within your daily life and your greater community of Humanity and how you might grow and expand your ability to become a Divine Human.

You are now entering the field of infinite possibilities and will be experiencing the easier manifestation of your dreams and desires. The feeling of wondrous anticipation that you have been experiencing is this new field of energy that is now pouring down upon the Earth and everyone and everything upon Her. Try to connect to the feeling of expansiveness and practice visualizing your outer self as an expanded, much larger Light Body, that glows with pure Light!
Although there is still cleansing and releasing happening within each of you, there is now a feeling of greater joy and lightness of Being, too. This is a good time to focus and write down what it is you want to experience in this New Year and keep this list ever within your vision and close to you in your sacred space at all times. When you feel yourselves waning in energy level, read back to yourself what you want in your life and your World and expect the highest outcome for the highest good of all concerned. Then, pull up your socks and trudge forward again!
We praise the Human Spirit that is so resilient and determined to manifest a better World and your ability to Love one another even if your own heart seems to be breaking. We encourage you once again, to substitute uplifting thoughts when those of a sadder and lower vibration come into your mind. Be bold! Be daring! See and experience yourselves as Magnificent and powerful Beings in your imagination, dance, sing, light up the stars in the night sky, and before you know it, your mood and your feelings have been lifted up to a higher and happier frame of mind. This is alchemy, Beloved Ones. You are the Creator of your reality!
Spend a few moments each day blessing the Earth, all of Humanity, and all the Kingdoms of the Earth and sending forth the Violet Ray to encompass all. You have no idea how much this action alone can help uplift the frequency of your Planet. Calling upon us before you start will enable us to join with you to magnify and expand the reach of your blessing to all corners of the Earth.
You have now entered a time of truly being the Light in every action, thought, word or deed. We know and understand that some old habits and ways are difficult to replace but if you persist, Beloved Ones, there will come a time when all is cleansed, and all that has been holding you back will have been overcome, and life upon your Planet will become the Heaven on Earth that you have all striven so diligently to manifest.
Hold ever to this highest Vision for the Earth and all upon Her, for in so doing, you are anchoring the Light and Goodness that you have desired your whole lifetime and which you are now bringing into fruition. We are ever at your service, as always.

Beloved Lightworkers,
Welcome back! In the coming week you will find many of the perplexing questions you’ve had burning in the backs of your minds begin to be answered and all the puzzle pieces will start to fall into place. You will begin to see more clearly what has been behind the events and situations in your lives. Most of you will be happily surprised to find that you were serving a higher purpose and function than the seeming dilemma’s and situations that you have been struggling to balance and bring into equilibrium. True, some of this is personal karma, but a lot of the happenings in your life have been the result of the great Love you hold for all of Humanity and the Earth and your willingness to take on more than your individual load in order to transmute greater amounts of density upon the Earth.
Each of you volunteered on the Higher dimensions to do this in order to ensure greater stability within and upon the Earth. Most of you are now in completion of this and many other agreements that you have made before you chose to incarnate upon this beautiful Planet. You will find yourselves experiencing a feeling of greater freedom and the sense of the lightening of a great load from your shoulders. The feeling of joy and happiness is now taking firm hold within your hearts and emotional bodies and it will be much easier for you to stay in a positive frame of mind with grace and ease, rather than the sense of struggle you experienced before. Know that we are ever with you and speak to you often, guiding and encouraging you upon your Path. You are truly never alone. Your shining Light attracts those of a Higher frequency to you easily and you are all known to us.
Your Love and dedication to anchoring in the Higher Cosmic energies through your physical vehicles, while processing the situations that have been occurring in your lives in the past year have brought about a greater understanding of that powerful force called Love and you are finding that there are many facets and degrees to this force called Love which has enabled you to open more fully your heart chakras. This, at times, can create symptoms that seem to indicate ‘heart problems’ and what is happening is an adjusting and balancing of the higher energies within your heart space. This occurrence is usually of a temporary nature and if you do not have heart conditions in your genetic lineage, then this will gradually lessen in its frequency of occurrence.
Focusing more of your attention upon your heart chakra at this time will help to open up more of the many facets of your human heart attributes and will allow more of the Divine attributes to enter this space and begin to manifest in your outer lives. It is a time to nurture yourselves in any way that feels good and gives you great comfort, for the process of inner transformation is upon you and will undoubtedly have an effect upon your physical bodies. Once again, we remind you to drink large amounts of pure clean water, for this helps move the energies through your system in a more harmonious way. Also, deep rhythmic breathing will help to move the new prana through your physical bodies in a way that will give you more vitality and energy. Breathing in to a count of 7, closing both nostrils to a count of 7 and then breathing out to a count of seven and doing this 7 times in repetition each day will help to balance your four body system.
The most important thing to remember in this current week is to feel and experience more joy in every moment of your lives. Seek out that which brings you joy and indulge yourselves in it. It is there for the asking and is easily created by your intention to have it as an experience in your daily life. If there are any worries or concerns that come to the surface, substitute joyful and happy thoughts instead of dwelling on the worries. Remember that you are training yourselves to become the masters of your four body systems and it can be done. You have all done this before many, many times in your sojourns upon many Planets. The knowledge is within you, all you have to do is do it diligently and it will automatically begin to function within you.
We are as One, Beloved Ones. Listen for our voices, our sounds and tones. We are calling, can you hear us?

Welcome back, Beloved Lightworkers,
Many of you are stepping into your new roles as the Light Emissaries upon the Earth. This is a great responsibility and requires that One has total self mastery on all levels of Being. You are beginning to realize the power that you hold within yourselves, that you have the power to heal or the power to hurt with just a few words. There can be only one choice as you progress and that is to choose the way of Love. Do you see now that wielding power is not for the faint of heart, that true power requires constant self discipline at all times, thus the need for the immense testing that each of you has been going through.
As you continue to experience the power of kundalini rising within you, you are learning about the ways and means of balance. The most important element of this is to ground your energies into the Earth each day and sometimes more often in order to maintain balance and equilibrium. This is a time when your Higher Self is slowly coming into your lower bodies and ‘testing’ the waters, so to speak. If your Higher Self came in all at once, it would most likely burn your circuits very quickly, and so great care is being taken to acclimatize your physical vehicles to the higher energies to make this process more filled with grace and ease. Your Higher Self is a Being of Immense Power.
There will continue to be great changes taking place in each and every one of you, Dear Ones, and you will find yourselves shunning and avoiding any lower energies that manifest within your fields until you have mastered the art of shielding yourselves from the energies of others. This is a difficult lesson to learn as you go about your daily lives, for you usually have interactions with many people throughout your day. It is important to start your day clearing and connecting to your own energy so that you can recognize when you start to take on someone else’s. The Tube of Light decree and intention at the start of each day is very helpful to set up a radiant field of protective Light to help with this possible occurrence. This can be found on the Scribe’s website on the “Decrees” page.
The mind is very busy and talks non-stop and so it is time to learn how to detach and disengage from the constant barrage of ‘ego talk’. What might be helpful is to distract yourselves with something else each time this happens in order to train yourselves to substitute life enhancing thoughts for every thought of worry and anxiety that bombards you. If you can make this a new habit, you will soon find yourselves in control and able to choose your thoughts in the direction of your true goals and spiritual progress. This practice alone will free up so much energy within you that you will be amazed and you will also feel so much freer in your physical bodies.
The more you walk upon your Path of Light, Beloved Ones, the narrower it becomes in terms of leaving behind earthly pleasures and concerns and you will find yourselves easily choosing to say no to habits and patterns of thought and action that will become undesirable to you in your more Light filled state. You may even find yourselves composing poems of great joy, perception and beauty to take the place of the former thoughts that consumed your every waking moments and the habits that kept you from feeling fully alive in your physical body and World. The more the denseness is transmuted, and the poisons removed from your cells, the more aliveness you will experience. The rewards are great for those who continue to persevere upon their Path and the feeling of joy will become a constant companion.
Walking this Path is not easy, we know, since we also once walked as you walk, that is why we have chosen to stay close to the Earth in order to be of service in this most amazing of times. Remember to call upon us, just choose one of the Ascended Masters or Lady Masters with whom you resonate and call upon them. We are here to help, guide and lead you into the new Golden Age. We just love to be called!

Beloved Ones,
The year end festivities are completed and the New Year has arrived with such a stupendous display of Unity in the form of a major Worldwide meditation with ten of thousands of Lightworkers such as yourselves all over your Planet saying yes to the remembrance and the embodiment of their Divinity. From our perspective, the tide has turned and the people of the World will be seeing many changes taking place, both within themselves, their loved ones, their neighbors and within the structures of daily life that have been in place for so long. We from the Higher realms were in attendance during this massive observance on the first day of your New Year and there were Legions of Angels assisting in the activations that occurred.
Each person who took part is a Wayshower and a Pattern Maker who realized the great potential of this major event to create positive change for Humanity and all upon the Earth and there will be many more of these taking place through the entire year of 2011, for this is the year of the unification of forces for good upon this Planet in a big way. What a wondrous boost to the Divine Plan this event was! We are still in celebration! Each of you is so powerful and so courageous in your determination to be the change you wish to see. The peaceful revolution we spoke of before is now upon us and we applaud you all! Your combined and individual energies have made a remarkable difference upon your Planet and this will become observable in your daily lives.
Continue to walk your Path of Light, Dear Ones, and hold fast to your visions for the highest outcome for the Ascension of the Planet Earth and all upon Her, for it is happening in this time of Now. Continue in your purifying efforts for your bodies, minds and emotions. Know that what comes forth and is cleansed and transmuted is creating room within you for greater Light to take its place and every time this occurs, it is another step forward upon your spiritual journey to Ascension. Remember that we stand ready to assist you in every moment of your life and all that is required is that you ask us, for we must honor your free will.
Your Higher Self is now working more assertively within each of you and it behooves you all to become aware of this and be willing to hand over the reins to Her/Him, stating daily “not my will but thine be done in and through me now”. This will help facilitate the unfoldment of your Divine Plan in an easy and graceful manner and will also bring about many positive changes that seem to happen without conscious thought on your part. Remember that your Higher Self can bring only the highest and the best outcomes within all facets of your life and is now endeavoring to establish a greater Oneness with You, Its outer expression in this World. This is a truly exciting development that is now taking place.
Be at peace, Beloved Ones, for you will be finding more Lightness of Being in your daily existence and will be feeling more extended periods of joy, happiness and bliss. Continue to practice your attitude of gratitude and daily list at least five things that you are grateful for.

This week as you bring to a close and completion the year of 2010, we applaud you all for persevering through the most trying tests of faith and trust in holding on to all that you have worked for and believed in. Truly, this has been a year of changes and transformations for all upon the Planet and most especially for, the Beloved Lightworkers around the World. We thank you for holding the Light steady and for the anchoring of the Greater Light through you, into the core of the Earth. This work has enabled a great leap forward for all upon the Planet.
As you look around you in the coming days you will see evidence of the value of the sacrifices you have made when you see your brothers and sisters Awaken to the greater Life and begin to set their feet firmly upon the Paths that you have cut for them. These Paths are shining with pure Light and those who come after you will widen these Paths so that the multitudes can know which way to go. Those who follow you will hold their vision high and will take the action that is necessary to create the positive changes upon the old outworn systems of this World. The World as you have known it is being changed moment by moment and even we of the Higher realms hold our breath with joyous anticipation.
The coming year will bring with it many wonders that seemingly materialize out of thin air and that which has been holding you back will seem to be far in the distance. The way before you, the Wayshowers of the World, will lead more definitively in the direction of the integration of the Higher aspects of yourselves. You have been valiantly releasing and transmuting the lead that has been dormant within you into the gold of your Higher Authentic Selves and this will translate into a greater freedom to walk this World in your true God given power and authority. Now it will be the task of the Creators that you are, to weave the filaments of your Being into an incredible field of Light that will literally effect peaceful changes upon the Earth and within every heart that beats in rhythm with the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
You will find yourselves more in tune with the energetic influx of the Cosmic flow of Rainbow Rays upon this Planet and what was once hidden and hard to discern will now become an open book. Each of your lives have taken on greater and greater transparency as you have striven to walk your Path in the highest honesty, integrity, truth and Light. From your current perspective, it has been a great struggle to maintain balance and equilibrium during these testing times but you have all come through with flying colors. The Path of Ascension for all upon the Planet has become a viable possibility and probability.
Each day that you walk your walk and be in the Earth in your multi-dimensional bodies is another milestone in the history of this Planet. Many inroads have been made and these you are aware of in the Higher dimensions in which you move and work at the same time as you live your daily lives here on Earth. The World is a better place because you are in it, Beloved Hearts, and all upon Her are blessed because you have chosen to be here now. You have met every challenge with strength, faith and courage and these attributes will be put to use as events move this World forward in the days ahead.
Accept the love and grace that surrounds you as you daily move through the lessons, insights and perceptions while you continue to balance any remaining karma that you have chosen to bring to harmony in this lifetime. Keep on keeping on, Dear Ones and know that you are loved and supported through it all by your Family of Light from on High. We strive to lift you up so that you may in turn lift up Humanity and help them rise in unison with the Earth as the Ascension process continues. May peace prevail on Earth as it is in the Heavens.

Your ability to keep the Cosmic Christ Light pouring through you into the crystalline core of Mother Earth and in anchoring and grounding it each day is helping our Earth Mother in her ascension process. During this Solstice, many opportunities are presented to each of you to become more conscious of the ‘unseen’ worlds around you. Hold to your visions and pour out your Love to all around you. Know that a single smile can light up an entire room and change the denseness of the energies in an instant. One person who daily works with Light can stabilize many chaotic energies. This is the task that is before you as you celebrate with your loved ones and help to transmute old energies and patterns between you. Great good is being accomplished to clear the way for the new ascended Earth reality.
There is so very much that is occurring multi-dimensionally within each of you. Many of you are feeling that you are functioning in several Worlds at once and indeed, you are! You have always been doing this but you did not retain this conscious awareness of it before. If you are not experiencing this yet, do not worry that there is something amiss with you, for each person’s personal path is unfolding slowly, gently, like the petals of a flower that blooms for all to see and enjoy. During the festive season, try to practice moderation in your choice of foods, snacks, drinks, thoughts, words and deeds, for you are now practicing alchemists who are wielding your power in constructive and loving ways in service to All That Is.
Keep your thoughts sunny. warm and bright, see a sphere of Golden Light surrounding you at all times and when you are in the company of others, visualize/feel this Golden Light beaming into their heart chakras. In this way, the road to true Sisterhood/Brotherhood is paved. Hold your heads high, Dear Ones, for you have been achieving victory in your quest for the Holy Grail, knowing that it is YOU! The Light of Purity that burns in your hearts is a delight to behold. The greater this Light, the more of your Christed Self may make Its presence felt in every aspect of your Life. You will know this when you start reacting/responding to old patterns in a more thoughtful, observant way and can maintain detachment in all ways although still being the loving Being you have always been.
As you release and transmute the old, intend that it all be instantly and permanently replaced with the Golden Light of the Christ Love and the Christ Consciousness and keep this vision firmly in your mind. Dare to think BIG, Beloved Hearts, for you are so much more than you can imagine at this time and you will take great delight in this exercise as events move forward. Beloved Ones,
The energy that is pouring upon the Planet has been increasing in its intensity and greater diligence is needed to be at one with it. More time is needed for each of you to be in stillness or deep meditation. Try to find alone time each day, even if for just five or ten minutes. It is a time of competing energies that are swirling all around you and being in tune with your core Self is most helpful during this time.
We remind you that this is a most magical time of your year. There is wonder and magic that abounds if you but look for it. It requires first of all, a change in your thinking by opening yourselves up to the possibility of joyous occurrences. The Universe is surrounding you with endless possibilities and opportunities and you have but to catch a falling star! This is a time of wondrous happenings and it all begins within you. Every day there is something wonderful just waiting to happen and you have but to be open to it. Start recording all these wonderful moments in a journal so that you can review them on a monthly basis and see how often they really DO occur in your life.
This is also a time to become aware of your thoughts as they occur in your thinking processes and just be an observer of them rather than becoming engaged. By being detached from outcomes you will find the enjoyment of life itself increasing. Each of you are here not only to help increase the Light quotient and frequency of the Planet but also to realize that you have been gifted life in a physical body and this is an awesome opportunity to explore what that means to you.
Send your beams of loving Creator energy to all of your loved ones and everyone you come in contact with. See yourselves as a Being of Golden liquid Light sending spirals of liquid golden energy to everyone around you. Send out your feelings of peace and good will and let the joy of this time seep into the core of your Being. Peace begins within you, Beloveds, and in turn, empowers you with confidence in your own uniqueness, talents and abilities. Have you noticed how much easier it is to feel peace during this time of year…it is when millions around the World have the same focus and it seems that wishes and dreams do come true or we are better able to discern that which is of greatest value and importance to us.
Remember in the days to follow that you are each Ambassadors of the Creator and your way is the way of the pattern makers, the leaders, the way showers. The ones you have been waiting for are here NOW and they are YOU! You are THAT wonderful, Beloveds! By your thoughts, words and deeds, you can change your World. A Divine Alchemist is one who changes their World by their thinking processes and intending only the highest outcomes for all.
Remember to ground yourselves daily by visualizing the energy of the Great Central Sun coming down through your crown chakra, flowing through your spine, your legs, the soles of your feet and into the Great Crystal in the central core of the Earth, anchoring through the Great Crystal and returning the energy of Mother Earth up through the soles of your feet and back up through your crown chakra into the Great Central Sun in a continuous infinity loop. Love is all around you and within you. Celebrate it by being it!

Beloved Lightworkers,
The great cleansing continues and each of you is making great gains and headway even though you may not be seeing this manifest in your daily life as yet. Be assured that this is taking place and your ascension process continues unabated. The Cosmic energies being beamed to the Earth and everything and everyone upon Her continues relentlessly and all is being cleansed, healed and recalibrated to Wholeness and the perfection of their original blueprint. This will continue, Beloved Ones, and believe it or not, it will become easier for you, simply because you have persisted in your disciplines and determination to be the highest and best that you can be.
Your brothers and sisters around you will find it somewhat more difficult as they Awaken further but the path of Light and purification that you have cut, that you have blazed goes before them and makes easier their way than it might have been. Truly you are mighty warriors of Light and you are the mighty forces of the greatest power in the Universe and that power is Love. As the holiday season comes forth, take this time to just BE and enjoy the energies and the peace and goodwill that abounds during this time of the year. It is a time of the joyful celebration of the greater Light coming more fully back onto the Earth and into the hearts of all of Humanity.
Trust the guidance and the intuitive impulses that come to you. Know that you are each Divinely guided to walk your Path in the highest integrity and moral standard that will become the moral signpost in the days to come, for no matter how much you have been tested, your deep and abiding love for the Creator and the Divine Plan for the Earth has always been your driving force and motivation. You will soon feel a lightness of Being and the feelings of joy will be your daily companion as you walk your spiritual journey into the adventure of a thousand lifetimes! The Universe is watching with wonder and awe at the glory that is now unfolding, and will continue unfolding in the months ahead.
Hold your heads high, Beloved Ones, you have stood your ground in your Light and highest integrity. You have loved all the dysfunctions that you found within yourselves back into the wholeness of the unified field of your Higher Being. Your Lights are shining brighter and brighter and you are all easily discerned and seen by we of the Higher realms and we add to that Light continuously, for as you grow in your Light and Love quotient, so too, does the influence of this spread outward in all directions to affect all within your sphere of influence. This sphere of influence that you wield is covering a larger territory now and it behooves each of you to visualize yourselves radiating your Light forth in a concentric circle from your home in a thousand mile radius around it. Take this to heart and consciousness, Dear Ones. You are powerful beyond your knowing at the present time.
Continue to walk in your Light each day, speak your truth in your quiet and loving way. The more truth that comes forth from within every heart and soul upon the Planet, the greater Light can come in. There are mighty events taking place in these times and gathering together in Unity and purpose will accomplish ever greater miracles. We are with you always.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you have been deep into introspection in the past few weeks and are evaluating all that has occurred in the year that is almost ended. It was a year of letting go of all patterns that have been subconsciously present in your cells for a very long time, sometimes for many lifetimes. This cleansing is very necessary and can be likened to taking a sponge, soaking up all that was spilled and then wringing it out until the water runs clean. In this case, the ‘water’ is prana or life force. All that has hindered the easy and natural flow of prana through your body system is being “worked upon” and each time you intend and decree Light, what comes forth from the deepest levels of your Being is all that is not Light until it is completely cleansed from your system. It is uncomfortable for you, we know, because you assumed that you had already been through this process, in your previous years of growth into your life as a wayshower and should have already been ready to take on the greater Light of your Lightbody.
Your Lightbody is anchoring within you in as comfortable a way as is possible and sometimes it does not feel comfortable, nevertheless, know that progress is being made and your cells are renewing themselves and holding more Light now. Our advice is to let go the ego and sit in surrender to your Great I AM Presence in utter simplicity of openness, love, trust and humility and just be still. Many times, Beloved Ones, you suffer because you feel you must be doing something actively in order to fulfill your own growth and potential and you become frustrated when it does not transpire. This then, is the time for surrender, peace and calm, staying in a state of waiting, incubation, if you will, while a metamorphosis takes place within you. Honoring the signals of your physical, mental and emotional body is very important at this time. If your body feels tired all of a sudden, listen and take time to lay down and rest. If you suddenly feel enormously thirsty, take the time right then to drink at least two glasses of water, blessing the water that you take into your body. Remember, you are now becoming conscious alchemists and learning to become very aware of self in every moment.
The mastery of this process will help you make leaps and bounds in your spiritual journey, for this is the way to understand yourself as the Spiritual Being who is embodying your body elemental for the purpose of experiencing Itself in you and through you as you. Learning to see the beauty and wonder in every thing around you is a big step forward on your Path, for everything upon the Earth is unique and incredible in itself, every little thing. Even the tiniest little cell in your body is a fully conscious entity and just loves to be acknowledged as such. All works in unison to provide a form that is healthy, whole and perfectly functioning for your Higher Self to experience in the here and now. Some of you are beginning to ask questions out loud and then answering yourselves. This is a conversation that is actually taking place with your Higher Self and we encourage you to continue in this practice, for it creates an open connection for the free flowing of insight, guidance and direction for you, each and every day, although we do understand, that talking to yourself while walking along an aisle at Wal-Mart might cause some curious looks from others around you! In this case, do it more discretely but do it, Dear Ones, for greater integration is now taking place on all levels of your Being, not just the physical.
We continue to assist when called upon to do so and literally stand beside you each day waiting for your call. Your growth to the next level is very important to the overall Plan in raising the Light quotient upon your Planet. Whatever difficulty you may have found yourself in, tune in with us and ask for assistance. We cannot live your life for you, but we most certainly can guide you onto the path of least resistance and greater integration. Beloved Ones,
And so the cleansing and healing continues for each of you and as this process takes place within your hearts, a feeling begins to take over, a feeling of hope, of peace, of joy and happiness. Savor these moments, Dearest Hearts, for in these moments, you have raised the frequency field around your dear Planet Earth. Each moment spent in joy is a moment for magic to occur, each moment spent in laughter is a moment for miracles to happen. Each moment is All That Is in the here and now. See yourself savoring the moment, if you are walking, know that this is where you are in this moment – walking. If you are washing your windows, feel yourself completely in that moment. Start to focus your attention always in the here and now and as you do this you will find that you are in the consciousness of your greater Self experiencing Self as you!
As you practice this discipline each day, you will discover your inner power and this will enable you to accomplish miracles in your life. Being in your body is a miracle in itself. It is a privilege, an honor and a great adventure. Become aware of the miracle that is you, observe your actions and if you do not like something in your life, change it. There are always new ways of viewing each situation, new and uplifting solutions that can overcome and wash away old issues and patterns just by giving these new ideas a chance to enter your consciousness and take root. This is the way to mastery of your Being, to come into your full power as a loving, enlightened Divine Being of Light, spreading your good thoughts and feelings everywhere you move, living each moment as the love that you embody and truly are. Let your luminosity from within shine forth!
Have you ever wondered why you are experiencing the feeling of darkness? It is because you need to recognize your feelings of lightness, to know beyond a shadow of doubt that you are Light, that no matter what difficulties you are experiencing, you are of the Light and you are never alone and that allowing love to enter your heart will transform the moment. Make love your bottom line, Beloveds. If there is something or someone that you cannot trust completely and it makes you feel unsure, take the risk and just love and allow, instead of resisting what apparently is. In the moment that you do this, a transformation takes place within you and your situation and your World around you is changed. Your personal World and the events in it do not happen by accident, it is all brought about by your thought processes and of course, the overlighting of your OverSoul or Great I AM Presence for the greater purpose of soul expansion and consciousness, for it is in your greatest challenges and frictions that the mastery of Self is honed and takes place.
Each of you is learning once again, the Mastery of Self whilst in a physical body. Each of you is an alchemist turning lead into gold. You are the gold, Beloved Ones and worth every effort you have ever made to bring this into being. You are the Golden children of Creator. The Golden Light of the Christ Consciousness flows through every cell and atom of your Being, through every chakra and power center, every pore of your skin. Take this thought and build upon it each and every day for you are THAT. Love yourselves unconditionally and practice manifesting through your Being each day the nine fruits of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness, and self-control. This is truly the road to Mastery.

Beloved Lightworkers,
There is a great feeling of excitement and anticipation being felt at our dimensional levels that is coming from the Earth plane as you take part or prepare to take part in the momentous massive Worldwide meditations that are scheduled to begin taking place this week. Truly, the energies are high! How wonderful it is to see people of all faiths from all over the World get together in common purpose to bring about a positive and lasting change upon the Earth. We applaud you all for the efforts that are being made and for taking action at the time of these events. Your Light radiates outwards in ever greater and greater waves of loving energy.
Many are now Awakening to the realization that there is more to life than the continuous and relentless distractions that keep them ever chained to the same old scenarios, day after day and they are realizing that they have the power to change their World by becoming more conscious of their thoughts, words, deeds and actions. All over the World, the consciousness of Humanity is rising to higher and higher octaves and this is creating change in a peaceful manner.
Most of you are now fully cognizant that there has been a great purging taking place within all aspects of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies and you are aware that this is a requirement in order for you to keep climbing the ladder of your ascension into greater Light and consciousness. We see you all so valiantly proclaiming the Light that you are and your intention to manifest your Christ Self in you and through you, even when you have just finished releasing all that is not in alignment with it. This is good, for it means that you understand the need for self forgiveness as you release these from your every cell. As you do this, remember to invocate and ask for more Light to come in and replace what has just been released.
It is time to relax into the knowledge that you are a Being of Light and that you are firmly on the path of restoring your innocence, your goodness and greatness. Much of what you are releasing has been planted within the cells of your bodies by the constant barrage of thoughts, words and images that have been constantly influencing you through your television shows and the movies that you watch until it has become acceptable to speak to one another using low vibrational words. As you continue to uplift yourselves, these will fall away from you easily and will no longer affect you or those around you with lower vibrations. The gross is falling away as you lift yourselves higher and higher into the octaves of joy, peace, harmony, wisdom and aliveness.
As this occurs within you more and more, you will experience greater and longer periods of the feelings of lightness, of joy and good will towards those around you and this will ignite in those with whom you come in contact and they in turn will ignite others. This is what a Peace Ambassador does by just being who they really are without any of the masks that they used to wear in order to protect and shield themselves and their vulnerable hearts. It is now time to blaze these wonderful hearts and the Light that they radiate out to all around you. Radiate your Light, for more than any other time in the history of your Planet, it is what is most needed in order to bring stability and order to the chaos around you. The chaos only means that the Light comes, Beloved Ones. It only means that all that does not align with the Light must fall away.
Continue your decrees, visualizations, and meditations each day, and join together in Oneness when you can, for this helps you to remain grounded and fully experiencing life as the Creator in your physical body. What a joyful time this is! Live, laugh, and love, you most wonderful and amazing Beings of Light!

Beloved Ones,
This coming week will present many opportunities for you to move beyond your seeming inertia and inability to DO, for once again, you are all deep into the assimilation of the energies that have been pouring down upon the atmosphere of the Earth since the 10-10-10. Although many of you are becoming more acclimatized to the ingestion of these energies and the direct effects they have upon your four body system, there are always ways in which you are able to tell that you are in the thick of the process and two of the ways are listed above. When you feel this happening to you, what is required is that you listen to the promptings of your body elemental and REST! As you are all well aware, these energies are increasing in intensity and power and it is well for each of you to allow yourselves to rest and to continue your process of releasing all that no longer serves the Light that you truly are.
From our perspective we see more of your Higher Selves integrating with your four body system and this will be an ongoing process to allow a more graceful assimilation of the greater Light becoming manifest upon the Earth plane through your physical body. We see more and more of you practicing decrees with the words “I command” within the decree. This is very good practice, Dear Ones, and is paving the way for your greater Light to anchor into your physical being. What you also have to realize is that each time you decree a higher vision for yourself, what first has to happen is the release of all that you are not in alignment with in your higher vision! This is how the higher energies can begin to assimilate into your body physical, so when you find yourselves bewildered as to why, when you have diligently practiced the decrees or affirmations or visualizations, to bring into manifestation your higher vision, you most always experience soon afterwards, more of that within you that is not resonating with that higher vision.
Be assured that this is a gradual progression into a more refined version of yourselves, for in order to be the Christed One walking upon the face of the Earth, you must work through the transmutation of all that has no place in this higher vision of yourselves. No one else can do this work for you, although you have a tremendous amount of spiritual help and assistance ever at your side should you decide to avail yourselves of this assistance. All One has to do is call upon your personal guides, angels and teachers to guide you through your day and then listen to the inner promptings to come through and follow these promptings in trust that you are receiving the assistance you have requested. We also understand that when you are in the throes of the transmutation and the feelings of inertia that befall you, that it is very difficult for you to act upon even a simple request for assistance. In this case, what is required is the resting of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies even if that means sleeping most of your time during the day and night. You will know when you have assimilated these energies by the return of greater energy and vitality within your Being.
Know also that as you sleep, you are being “worked upon” by your spiritual assistants and you will most likely feel tweaks and twitches, flutterings and bodily sensations as this work progresses. We are trying to facilitate the changes that are occurring within your bodies in a way that is more comfortable for each of you. The word for this week is PATIENCE, Dear Ones, with yourselves and with this process. You must understand that your Higher Self cannot just come in suddenly and take over, for this would be a great shock to your four body system and would negate all the effort and good that you have put in to achieve a higher vibratory frequency. This process requires the understanding of the cycles that occur upon the activation of the greater energy outpouring from the Cosmos and the willingness and intention to go through it no matter what – just hold the vision of yourselves becoming your Greater Selves, incorruptible and liberated from the influence of the lower energies that are running rampant through your Worldly communication systems at this time.
As a fully realized Human transformed into your Great I Am Presence, there will be no more stresses and concerns with the old ways of the business of life upon your World. All is changing and transforming and will relentlessly continue to do so in the months and years ahead until one day, your process will be in completion and you will walk the Earth manifesting a greater Light and as more of you go through your completions, your greater Light will add to the overall Light upon your Planet and all will continue to assist in facilitating changes at the Planetary Ascension levels. Always remember to assert each day that you choose the Ascension timeline and the Ascended Earth reality. Keep on keeping on, Beloved Ones.

Beloved Ones,
For most of you, this month has literally flown by. The sense of acceleration continues to be a significant factor in your daily lives. It is a time of doing your very best and allowing yourselves freedom from the stress of “should’s and must do’s”. This requires the ability to go easy on yourselves in every way and to accept that you are in a Human body and not only that, a Human body that is in the process of great transformation and change and that you do have certain limitations because of this. Accept this for the time being and realize that all good things come to those who persevere and that your Soul’s goals ARE being accomplished whether you may think so or not. Your Soul operates in spherical time, not linear time and implacably continues the blossoming forth of your personal and Universal Divine Plan according to God timing rather than Human linear timing.
Be at peace, Beloved Ones, you are all securely on the Path that you have chosen for yourselves. Each of you is doing your part as best you can, given your consciousness and comprehension of what is transpiring in your personal World (micro) and your greater World (macro). The trick at this time is to learn to focus on the moment you are in, with as much of your attention as is possible for you. This will help you to eventually attain Mastery of your life, for the more mindfulness you apply to each moment of your existence, the greater ease is created in your outward manifestations of your inner processes. Truly, we are in awe of the capacity you are showing in creating Mastery within yourselves and the creativity you show in accomplishing this is marvelous to behold.
You are all well on your way to the completion of the issues you have long been grappling with. It is still not clear to most of you the higher purpose of these issues and as with all those living upon the Earth plane, these events and situations are not clearly visible until much later, when you review the events from a different perspective of hindsight. We must say, that from our perspective, you Ones are all much too hard on yourselves and we say to you, the only failure is in ceasing to try! No matter how your “dark night of the Soul” has been manifesting in your everyday life, know that you are never given more than you can handle at any given time. It is also true, that for whom much has been given, much is required and what that means is that as you move up the ladder of Ascension and Mastery of yourselves and you conquer the temptations and the trials that have beset you, you gain in greater power and awareness and this power and awareness must then be used for ever greater and more enlightened purposes and not strictly for personal gain. As that biblical saying goes, from Mark 8:36 “For what does it profit a man to gain the whole World and forfeit his Soul?” Each of you knows this wisdom in your deepest Self and each of you have lived by this precept for many, many lifetimes.
Look for the positive changes within yourselves and that which is manifested in your outer self reality, these changes are discernible and you will find that greater synchronicities of a flow of blessings becomes a constant in your lives. You are becoming more attuned to Creator’s goodness and greatness and this can only manifest as an ever increasing flow of blessings in your personal lives.

Beloved Lightworkers,
There has been a great many physical symptoms occurring within you this past week as you each adjust your fields to the higher energies. You will find yourselves experiencing great tiredness from the assimilation of these energies and this week is the time to rest as much as you can. Your physical bodies are experiencing many changes and giving your body rest when it requires rest will help greatly to bring you back to comfort.
You are finding or will find, subtle or not so subtle changes, in the way people around you act towards you. It will seem as though they are seeing you for the first time in a long time. This is because the energy that you have been grounding into the Earth through your physical bodies has now expanded in a greater radius around you and it is affecting and increasing the Light quotient in the atmosphere of Earth and subsequently effecting a positive change in the people of the Earth.
Your loved ones will pour their attention upon you in an effort to connect and show you in many different, wonderful ways that you are important to them. What you will be seeing, Dear Ones, is good karma returning to you and it will no longer hold true that the “good girls and guys finish last”, for your past efforts will now begin to bear fruit in whatever way most pleases and fulfills you and brings you the greatest joy.
Feel the joy as it wells up within you and try to remember this emotion so that you can bring it up at will and use it to keep yourselves in this state as frequently as possible. The feeling of joy automatically increases your Light quotient and frequency level and this will help you in your anchoring of your Higher Self for a greater and more conscious connection. This is the next level now and it will be uncomfortable for quite some time as adjustments and attunements are made for greater integration. Remember to ask each day for assistance in integrating your Higher Self energies with grace, ease, comfort and safety and your Angelic teams will work unceasingly to help you to do this.
If you are finding yourselves with seemingly overwhelming symptoms, always remember to ask for assistance from your Angelic team and then lie down until it passes. Your bodies are going through tremendous changes and following the promptings of your bodies will be very helpful at this time. Listen closely and eat when you feel hungry rather than when it is your established routine to do so and make it a strong point to drink plenty of good, clean water throughout the day. We are noticing that so many of you get so busy that you forget this most important ingredient in your Ascension process right now. Water is a conductor of these energies and will facilitate the integration more quickly and in a more comfortable way.
Above all, trust in this process and that what you are experiencing in the situations in your lives are all for a higher purpose and even though you cannot see that purpose now, it will be very clear to you in retrospect. Become aware of each moment of now, for this is the way to your Mastery. Follow your heart’s promptings in whatever way it leads you even if it seems strange and lacking in common sense. Your heart knows what is necessary for greater progress in your expansion of Self. Practice focusing on your high heart chakra several times a day until you can feel it pulsating with energy.
Keep on keeping on, Beloved Ones, there is much change on the road ahead and you are cutting the path for others to follow. Remember that you never walk alone, that we of the Ascended realms and the Angelic realms walk ever beside you.

Welcome back, Beloved Ones!
Many of you are making great progress in understanding the dynamics of the challenges you have been going through. Each situation has helped your growth as a Human Being to expand your previous boundaries and now you are ready to let more Light and Joy into your daily existence. Look around you and breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the Sun’s rays upon your face. Imagine yourselves as a beautiful Sunflower reaching up to the Sun and unfolding its radiant petals and blossoming into joy. The work you have done is now ready for harvest and the further alignment that is beginning to take place this week will come into its fullness on 10-10-10. We advise that you take time in this next week to fully and completely throw yourselves into your decrees and affirmations, visualizing yourselves as the Masters of your lives in all ways.
It has not been an easy Path for most of you but you have stood your ground and kept your ‘line in the sand’, persevering in your belief and conviction that the power of Love will prevail in all the situations that have been testing you for most of this year. It has not been in vain, for not only has your personal growth and Light increased but also the Light quotient upon the Planet. Never underestimate the power that you bring for the highest good of all as you practice your daily disciplines. You ARE making a difference! As the Light quotient grows around our Planet, so too, do the Sleeping Ones arouse themselves and look around them and start their seeking and questing for truth and answers to their most burning questions about the purpose of life upon Earth, who they really are and the purpose for their being here at this time. As events happen in their daily existence, they begin their journey into the Light and begin to face what you have already worked your way through as you persevered each day. You have been the pattern breakers and are now the pattern makers, blazing a trail for those who come next. By your work, you have paved the way for these Ones, and though they must do their own individual work, they have at their disposal, a wealth of knowledge and information to help them on their soul journey.
You are all now ready to hone your receptivity to bring in your Higher Self into greater manifestation in your body elemental and the energies continue to assist you in this process. Be sure to continue the drinking of copious amounts of clean, pure water and taking time each day to be outdoors so that your auras and energetic fields are cleansed and strengthened. Be sure to rest when you feel tired and take care of yourselves, for this is a most auspicious time in the Cosmic calendar to avail yourselves of great progress, just remember that there is usually a price to pay as you ingest and assimilate greater energies into your Being and that there will be a period of adjustment while your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual vehicles absorb more Light and integrate with all aspects of your Being. Step by step, you are transforming and transcending all previous boundaries and belief systems and are daily proving that the Human Being is made of wondrous stuff and that you have within yourselves the ability to create miracles in your lives and in your World.
Hold onto your high visions of the World you wish to live in and keep on keeping on, Beloveds, firm in your resolve to be the Beacons of Light that you contracted for before you incarnated upon this beautiful Planet Earth. Continue to put one foot in front of the other and you will in good and Divine timing, find your Path before you paved with gold, that will open up limitless possibilities, bringing to you opportunity to transcend your former limitations and take your rightful place in the Garden of Eden that is even now beginning to manifest once again on Earth. Hold firmly and strongly to these visions and stay the course, affirming often that which you desire in your personal life. Daily state that you are willing to change all that needs to be changed within yourselves to bring you into greater alignment with your Higher Self and the Universe will respond with everything you need to bring this into manifestation. Above all, Love and honor yourselves and take the time often to give yourselves little rewards for a job well done. These small acts will bring more of the same into your World and it is time that you enjoyed the fruits of your labors. Remember that joy is not something that happens TO you, but is something created BY you! You, alone, have that power and choice. BE IN JOY!

Beloved Ones,
Your World is spinning in a more accelerated manner and in many ways for most of you, there is simply not enough ‘time’ to do all that you intend to do each day. We ask that you be patient with yourselves and try to relax when all that you intend does not materialize as quickly as you wish it, for there is a sense in each of you that time is speeding up but that you are standing still. Your perceptions are undergoing a radical change and this will become more noticeable as this year continues. Instead of fretting about how to meet your goals, just relax and go with the flow of what apparently is and stay connected with your inner core of Being, for in this way, all the changes that are occurring around you will not affect your equilibrium as much.
The Wheel of Life continues its inexorable journey through the Cosmos and you are privileged to be a part of it – all that is required is that you stay aware of your power to make choices that will empower you to be your own highest potential in manifestation. Know that by your presence and your persistence to be the Light that you truly are, you are contributing to the highest and greatest good of All. All is well and as it should be. You are the shining Lights and hope of the new World that is dawning and together we all create this wondrous happening in each moment of Now. By focusing your consciousness on the present moment as often as you can, you are practicing your Mastery of yourselves and Life and the end result will be of great benefit to you and all around you.
We remind you to feed your physical bodies with foods of the highest vibrations such as fresh fruit and vegetables and to drink plenty of clean water each day. Listen to what your body tells you it wants, even though it sometimes doesn’t seem to be the right desire in your conscious awareness. Rest assured, your body elemental knows what it needs for perfect functioning and excellent health during these powerful times. If you are feeling great waves of heat within your body, it indicates a metamorphosis taking place in every atom and cell of your Being, on all levels and this is the process of Ascension, cleansing and purifying in readiness to absorb the higher frequencies of the Cosmic Waves of energy that are now coming in. Take the time to be out in Nature as often as is possible for you, as this will help to cleanse your auras and energy fields and keep them operating at the highest possible levels and always connect and ground yourselves to the crystalline core of Mother Earth, especially if you find yourselves functioning too much in your mental body, with too many thoughts running through your mind.
The need to spend some time each day in a state of stillness by going within is almost a required practice in these changing times and will help you tremendously in maintaining balance. Remember that most of you absorb the energies and thoughtforms of others around you, and that you need to be aware of this so that your daily walk upon the Path you have chosen is more filled with grace and ease. By going within first thing in the morning and becoming clear in your own energy field, you will become aware when you go out in the World that feelings and thoughts that come into your consciousness that do not resonate with your high intentions are most probably NOT your thoughts and feelings. Ask us each morning to assist in cleansing your auric field of all thoughts, feelings and energies 24/7 that are not in alignment with your highest and greatest good and trust that you are receiving this assistance.
Much mental discipline is now required of each of you as you each come into more of your personal power, for as you do this, you become conscious co-creators of what manifests upon the Earth plane and the more you concentrate on creating a World of peace, Love, harmony and joy, the more this will become manifest in daily existence. Trust that your powerful intention to manifest the Golden Age upon this beautiful, evolving Planet is coming to pass. Follow your inner guidance and dare to be the grand and majestic Beings that you have always envisioned that you could be…in other words, DREAM BIG!

Hello again, Beloved Lightworkers,
Most of you have made great gains in the past week in terms of cleansing, clearing and releasing that which no longer serves you. There will still be some residual effects that will continue to surface from time to time, but overall, you have come through this period in leaps and bounds, in terms of Soul growth and forward movement. All is well and there will be much activity taking place in terms of the Awakening of your Sisters and Brothers all around you. Your work and your prayers that their Ascension process be easier and more filled with grace and ease than that which you have been experiencing, is in effect.
This means that their Awakening comes with less shock and travail than was experienced by our Beloved Lightworkers but there will still be those who have chosen to experience Earth changes for their greater unfoldment and this will take place according to Universal Law. It has been an interesting ride for each of you and some of what has been occurring still has some of you with giant question marks hanging above your heads and these questions will receive answers as you are ready to hear them. All is in Divine Timing and for the highest good of all. There is much to ‘tie’ up as you complete your assignments and step into your Mastery.
Mastery entails the ability to adapt to whatever situations that present themselves in your daily lives, for this is where you are of the greatest import. Life is to be lived and experienced first hand in order to transmute and transform that which still needs to be looked at, for it is through each of you that Creator moves and it is your hands, feet and physical beings that Creator uses to implement the Divine Plan for the highest good of all, so it is imperative that you understand that not all that has or is happening to you is because you have done something ‘wrong’. Not so, Beloved Ones! You are instruments of the Divine in the great unfolding of the Divine Plan for the Earth and you are much needed to bring balance at this time. Sometimes, there are words and deeds that you perform that have you puzzled and doubting yourselves, as to your Light quotient abilities and we wish you to understand that you are mirrors for each other, helping each other to see those parts of yourselves that need attention and awareness in order to facilitate changes necessary so that you can move forward.
This is a wondrous time to be on this Planet. Each of you is taking in more Light as you release all that no longer serves the Light and in this way, greater transformation of your physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies is taking place. You are becoming more attuned to the energies and vibration of the Earth and many of you can hear this constantly now. There is a low bass sound that permeates life on Earth, a ‘humming’ that is always apparent to those who are closely attuned to the Earth, such as yourselves, who have been serving in the capacity of Transducers of Cosmic Energies. This will become more important in times to come and will be a way to know and understand what is occurring around you, so if you have been questioning why you hear ‘humming’, know this is the reason and that you are blessed, for in this ‘humming’ flows much information through the Earth’s new crystalline grid, which will be getting another boost on 10-10-10 from the great crystals that have lain dormant for eons of time and that will be activated further and brought online again in a unified and integrated way. Many of these crystals and their functions were shut down so that their energies could not be used again for destructive purposes and all is in place to insure that this never occur again.
The times, they are changing hourly, daily, weekly and the sense of ‘time’ itself is greatly accelerating so that you are feeling as though you are not accomplishing all that you set out to do each day, which now seems to have a much shorter span, or so it seems. The Earth is speeding to her new place in the Universe and so all seems to be moving accordingly. It is important to attune to Nature, to watch the animals and how they act, for these are the ways that one now has to learn to be ‘in the flow’ with the Earth and all that is transpiring. Try to become more Aware of the tree family, the bird family, the animal family and if you watch them carefully, you will begin to sense impending changes that are about to take place and as you practice this watching and observing, you will begin to pick up clues and hints intuitively of the happenings around you such as weather changes and even Earth changes.
Know that you are all proceeding on your chosen journey accompanied by the Company of Heaven. You never walk alone, for we are always with you. Be at peace and be your wonderful, kind, loving and generous Selves, for this is who you really are. All of life can seem to be a risk but choosing Love in all instances and situations will see you through.

Many of you are now beginning to feel joy in your daily lives again. This is a sign that you have passed through the ‘dark night of the Soul’ in whatever form it took as karma to be acknowledged, released, transmuted and cleared and are now coming into completion with this process of Ascension. It means your test of faith was met with success and an Initiation into a higher consciousness is now coming to pass.
You it is, who have volunteered to be here in this present moment, successfully navigating the Cosmic currents and radiating those into the core of the Earth to be used for the Highest and Greatest Good of all. As you radiate this Cosmic Light, the effects ripple outward from your Being and make a deep impact upon the energy fields of others and these others then Awaken to many truths and revelations that were available to them before but which they did not understand or comprehend or even discern as important to them. This is now changing, Dear Ones, for the required number of Souls who are Awakened or are Awakening has reached critical mass.
Things upon your World will begin to move much more quickly now and whereas before you felt as though you were walking in molasses and feeling stagnation, you will now find that events will begin to transpire with a rapidity that might at times take your breath away. You are all ready now for the next step and this will become clear to you in your personal lives and you will begin to take action as you follow the dictates of your heart and your inner guidance. You will start manifesting much more easily now that which you have been affirming and it may come so quickly that you may not recognize it has manifested for you, so we ask you all to be aware in the days ahead that your every thought, word, and deed has an impact upon your World.
This is why we have counselled you to create more peace, harmony and joy in your daily living and to connect with the elements of Nature, for this is tremendously helpful in clearing your energies and holding your Light steady. When you sit quietly, and hear only the water lapping on the shores of a lake and listen to the seagulls or watch their antics come feeding time, you are connecting with All That Is and even if just for five minutes, this will restore your energy fields to optimum levels. This will become a more and more important practice for you to use and remember. Never forget that Creator manifests in and through Nature and is not distorted but remains pure as the Source.
No matter what transpires in your personal lives, realize that you have always had within you, all that you need and desire, and all answers come more easily to you as you practice “being in the flow”. Begin to discern your patterns and how they cycle in your interactions with others and how this affects the whole and begin to make those changes which will make you more the Master of your life. You are creating new patterns of Being on every level now and we of the Higher realms draw closer to you each day.
You are each deeply and unconditionally loved and we ask that you extend this by passing it forward.

Beloved Ones,
The coming week will bring much flux in terms of energy flow, with feelings of joy and happiness in the morning followed by moodiness, withdrawal or extreme sensitivity by evening. Try to anticipate this before it occurs by watching for cycles of occurrence and taking note of this and be patient with yourselves and others, for the energies now coming in are re-aligning your energy fields in a way that will bring in more life force energy and this will be felt particularly in the lower chakra regions. Practicing deep breathing to bring balance is very beneficial at this time as well as the drinking of more water so that the energy can flow more harmoniously through you. If you feel the energy being ‘stuck’ in one particular chakra, getting out in Nature and walking briskly will help to move this energy in a more balanced flow through all your chakras, revitalizing and empowering each chakra as it flows through you. Intending this to happen will make it so.
This is a testing time for all and will continue to be so in the months ahead. Your bodies are being transformed at an incredible rate, if you could but see it, but as it stands now, you only feel the various discomforts that occur within you such as great heat waves that come suddenly so that you feel that you will combust if you do not cool yourself down in some manner. Most of you are steadily feeling the energy flowing through your feet and have noticed this flow is getting stronger each day. Remember to state your intention to serve as a transducer of the powerful energies that are coming in and that they are grounded into the core of Mother Earth. As you do this, you will begin to feel the pulsation of the Earth and become more attuned to what is happening within her. Many of you have been feeling this for some time now and have sent your energies to the core with the intent that it be used by Mother Earth wherever she’s needing it the most and in this way have averted many drastic Earth changes.
You are becoming more and more the co-creators of the World you live in and as you practice your disciplines, begin to voice your intentions firmly, authoritatively, to bring into manifestation that which you want, be it personal or in world service. Practice being the Master of your life, and destiny, begin to see and feel yourselves as the powerful Beings you truly are and sense yourselves as being ‘larger than life’. Practice makes perfect and you will soon get the idea and begin to incorporate it into every facet of your life until you ARE the Master.
Do not forget that the most important element of this Mastery is the embodiment of your Great I AM Presence and walking again as a Christed One upon the Earth. This requires purity within one’s body, mind and motives and the focus must be within your heart. Picture a golden sun radiating its bright energy from your heart to everyone and everything around you. Beam a pink ray of Divine Love to the heart area whenever you meet with another person, for this is practice for living the Universal Laws which govern the Galaxy and is the standard greeting elsewhere in the Universe. This practice alone can create peace and harmony very quickly within all relationships upon the Earth. Simply beam Love to the heart of the other when you first see them. If you can train yourselves to do this automatically, you will have done a great service to all.
So we ask that you continue to keep on keeping on, Beloved Ones and practice, practice, practice. You have everything you need within you and you are now beginning to discover this. Do call upon us to join you and ask for assistance each day.

Most Beloved Lightworkers,
For many of you, there will now be a cessation of the situations that you have been trying to work your way through for many, many months and there will be more feelings of lightness and joy in your daily existence. This, too, is part of your task at this present time. The World you live on is in great need of the feelings of joy, happiness and well-being to counteract and balance the general mood of the populace at this time. The more you can stay in these uplifting feelings, the greater the upliftment of the frequency of the mass consciousness grid.
All is well and on track now. I speak to the Beloved Lightworkers of the World who have toiled ceaselessly to overcome the temptations of their human egos that have been operating front and center within the situations in your daily lives within your relationships, whether personal or work related. This is a time of trials and tests and it will continue in the coming months, and we ask you to stand in your Light and continue to stand as a Beacon of Light, Love and Peace in your very homes and neighborhoods, as this assists in bringing stability and balance to all.
All is changing around you and standing firm in your centre, the core of who you are, is of utmost importance at this time. Do not doubt yourselves, for each of you will be called to answer for the actions, thoughts and deeds of others within your circle and you must remember that you do not need to take on their challenges, for it is only through the facing of each challenge personally that growth and Awakening will take place. Each situation must be experienced firsthand and no one else can walk their Path for them. As they do this, they will gradually awaken to their greater potential.
You, Dear Ones, are to stay calm and radiate peace and love and practice acceptance of what comes forth from those around you. As you grow more proficient in this, you will realize that you have been coming into your own Mastery, and life will again take on the sense of great adventure and opportunity in these changing times. By your presence, you can transform situations and be pivotal in the influence of the Light in each situation that you find yourself in, for many around you will be purging long buried thoughts, feelings and emotions and you will have to remember not to take personally all that comes forth through them. It is not for you to take responsibility for these, you are just to observe and witness.
Your calm demeanor will have a steadying influence on those around you and your leadership will be sought by the people around you. Suddenly, you will be in demand for your insights and your services and you will be hard put to maintain a balanced way of life, but this you must do, for the most important thing is to keep the stability and balance in the overall energy of those around you. Call upon the Ascended Host to give support and assistance when you see the need and remember that we are here to help, guide and support you and that this is what we promised to do before you came here to the Earth. Your requests are heard and honored at all times.
Go beyond, Beloved Ones, and ask to experience more wonder, more magic, more feelings of inspiration and upliftment, for these will help to anchor the higher Cosmic energies into the Earth’s core. There is much that is waiting to bless and caress you – wonders that seem unimaginable at this juncture of Earth’s, and your, transition. You are creating your New Earth reality and your creation is good, Beloveds, so hold steady.

Beloved Lightworkers,
Many changes are now taking place within you and around you. The dimensions are beginning to come closer together and the veils that have kept you blinded are being lifted from you and you will notice that your perceptions are getting ever more accurate and your intuition is always leading you upon the Path you have set for yourselves before you came to the Earth plane. Look around you and notice how everything is feeling the Oneness of all that is. Those of you who have been doing your inner work are beginning to feel a greater Lightness of Being and you are beginning to experience more and more moments of joy and bliss, for no apparent reason other than it feels so good.
Our Scribe has now begun a steady thought stream of ‘thank you’ and is training herself to be in deep gratitude at all times. There have been and still are, many challenges in her daily life and in her beloved family members’ lives that have tested and are testing, each. As in the lives of each of you, our Scribe has had to walk the ways of this World and experience the many challenges that beset Humanity. Many seeming injustices have occurred without apparent purpose and yet, she has been able to keep her bottom line – and that is – that Love is the greatest force in the Universe. Each of you are also connecting deep within yourselves, at the core of your Being, and are emerging stronger and brighter than ever. We know it has not been easy, but it was necessary and there will come a time when all will be made totally clear to you.
Have faith in your Higher Self and Great I AM Presence and trust that you are each being guided to be in the right place at the right time, doing exactly the right thing. All is as it should be and the deeper purpose of many of these testings and trials will become apparent in retrospect, for this is the process of learning as it takes place upon the Earth. These changing times require you to be adaptable and flexible and able to change plans at a moment’s notice and also being able to bend and move as the Willow tree is important whilst at the same time embodying the qualities of the upright and mighty Oak, whose roots go deep into Mother Earth. Cast your roots down into the center of Mother Earth and take some time each day to connect to Her in whatever way works best for you. Feeling the Oneness is now the next step on your Path to Ascension.
Each of you will begin to express yourselves in a greater capacity than ever before and your words will carry the essence of the greater Being that you truly are. Do not sell yourselves short, Beloved Ones, for truly you are the Light upon this World and what you say, think and do has enormous impact upon the Mass Consciousness of this Planet. When you find yourselves expressing thoughts, words and feelings that are not of the Highest vibrations, realize that this is the cleansing process that is occurring and try to have a sense of humor about it, so that you have the ability to laugh at yourselves and to forgive yourselves for any seeming transgressions. Realize also, Dear Ones, that the more you decree the Light, the greater will be the resistance from those parts of yourselves that you have carried with you in this lifetime and other lifetimes as well, which are ready to be transmuted and brought into the Light. This is why it is important to PERSIST in your daily disciplines, for daily practice makes this process much easier.
Do not look so much at what is being expressed upon the World stage but tend to your own ‘garden’ to ensure an abundant harvest of all the good that you desire and deserve, for this is what will manifest, as surely as night follows the day. Always honor your selves and your needs and listen to what your body and your Soul wishes to impart to you. This process is ongoing and does become easier and more filled with grace as you work through them. Love yourselves and be patient with one another. All is well and you are all doing an excellent job! We are so deeply grateful to be working with you during these exciting times that are even now having a far reaching effect upon everyone and everything upon your Beloved Planet Earth.

Beloved Ones,
Time is speeding up as the last of your situations are clearing up and you will notice a definite improvement as the days go forth from this time on. Many of you have begun to understand that you have chosen to take on certain roles that have been puzzling to you for a long time, as these roles required that you act in certain ways that were totally foreign to your previous way of living, thinking, acting and being. These roles were for a specific purpose, which was to overcome the illusions that humankind has been experiencing for millennia in order to facilitate an easier time of it for your sisters and brothers who are just now beginning to Awaken to their truths.
Many of you are beginning to enjoy these roles and are realizing that you have been going through initiations and are coming into the Mastery of your selves. This is so exciting to view from our perspective, for we have watched as you have seemingly carried the weight of the whole World on your shoulders and have born and experienced the entire gamut of human experience and have come out sparkling clean and ready for your new day. This will now begin to manifest for those of you who are ready for next level. Well done, Dear Ones! The fact that you went into your roles in complete and almost total blindness and had to fly by the seat of your pants says much about the greatness of your courage and character.
Not all of you Beloved Ones have chosen to take on these roles, so if you feel confused by my words so far, then be assured that you have chosen another assignment that is equally as important. Each of you are volunteering almost constantly to use all of the tools of your multi-dimensional selves for the highest and greatest good of all and this is a sure sign that you are progressing into your world service. Each of you are special and unique and each of you came here at this time in the great and momentous changes that are taking place to be of service to the Divine Plan for the Earth and all upon Her. Many of you have been through this process many times before and are here at this time to be of assistance and to work upon your growth at higher and higher levels and as you know, the higher you go, the more you live your lives in service for the highest and greatest good of all, for that is the highest expression of Eternal Love.
This service is a sure sign that the tasks you each have chosen are leading to victory in the raising of the consciousness of Humanity and all upon the Earth to Ascension levels and this is a remarkable feat which is being accomplished in complete peace and relative harmony, even though it may not have felt that way as you have been going through the process. It is what you do, Dear Ones, in your Galactic service to the Light of God that never fails, for each of you are Galactic Beings who have been in service not only in your human form upon the Earth but also on other multi-dimensional levels. Your work goes on continuously and it is done with joy and gratitude and a great level of humor and fun.
There is much joy to find in expressing life in a human form, for there is a great infinity of experiences to feel and savor while manifesting in your human body. What a marvelous and majestic work of art your human form is, and is still becoming! It adapts and adjusts to all manner of energies and frequencies and has the ability to travel up or down the vibrational levels almost at will. Many from our vantage point look upon this opportunity you are experiencing with some envy and great applause, for it takes great strength to withstand the lower energies that have been rampant in your World and still strive to overcome them to create a better World for all and each of you are to be commended for all that you have done and continue to do. We know and understand that it has not been easy for you and that it requires almost superhuman strength of will to not react to your situations in the typical human manner but to strive to bring equilibrium and balance as soon as possible, while still coming from a place of Love and compassion in your hearts.
In so doing, Beloved Ones, you are bringing your gifts of Love to this World in a way that is harmonious and Loving and kind, even though some of your personal experiences have felt anything but those qualities – nevertheless on the higher levels of multi-dimensional realities, you knew what you were doing. Some of you have found that you played your roles most enjoyably and you have played them with zest until the novelty of that particular age old emotion was thoroughly explored and transmuted into a higher energy form. This is now in the final stages of completion for the majority of you who are reading this message. It is a time of completion and also new beginnings that are filled with limitless possibilities and probabilities for each of you that you could only call wondrous.
So be gentle and kind with yourselves and others and feel joy and gratitude for the lessons they provided in the various situations that you have been experiencing. All is as it should be and in spite of the seeming chaos, all is in Divine Order. Know this, Beloved Ones, and keep on keeping on!
