Humanity’s progress towards awakening is proceeding apace, and that is because you have reached the point in the process where you had previously decided to allow an enormous acceleration to occur in the rate at which you accumulate knowledge. Knowledge accumulation reduces ignorance and the limits that ignorance imposes. No longer are any subjects taboo. No longer is there any prohibition that prevents researchers from investigating the fields that interest and intrigue them. This freeing-up of orientation is accompanied by enthusiastic encouragement for those with new ideas that they wish to develop, leading to a mushrooming, expanding flow of information between diverse fields of knowledge, which further accelerates the accumulation of knowledge.
In your present state of limited consciousness – soon to be dissolved – ignorance has been one of the overriding limits that you imposed on yourselves. It is a very strange limitation because it encourages you to believe that all you know is all that there is to know! And your egos defend this belief most strenuously, hence your constant need to make the choice either to be right or happy! When you admit freely that you do not know something, you expand your sense of freedom, you allow yourselves to learn, and that makes you happy. The ego does not like that because it reduces its power over you (admittedly it is power that you gave it), and as you are well aware no one likes to lose any of their power, influence, sense of importance, or personal autonomy – which in some instances has been known to persuade people that they are above the laws that bind everyone else.
And of course it is well acknowledged that knowledge is power, so those who possess it have been, for the most part, very reluctant to share it. However, over the last forty or fifty years, a growing number of very intelligent and well-meaning individuals have been making it a career choice, making it their vocation to develop new ideas and concepts and to share them freely and without restriction in a most humanitarian manner.
The results of engaging with this kind and loving attitude is most apparent in your modern communications technologies which have grown and developed far more effectively, efficiently, and faster than would have ever been possible had those individuals chosen in any way to restrict the knowledge that they were so freely sharing. And of course others, the majority, who were also developing new ideas, were frequently very threatened if not outraged by this (as they saw it) completely irresponsible and patently insane behavior – this giving-away of power – which was so damaging to the established order and all it stood for.
Nevertheless, it is quite apparent now that these courageous individuals demonstrated great wisdom in their decisions to share their knowledge – knowledge they had worked long and hard to uncover – because of the enormous knock-on effect it has had. When you share knowledge freely and easily the knowledge base expands exponentially and everyone benefits. This expansion in humanity’s field of knowledge is one of the stimulants, one of the catalysts that is leading you rapidly forwards towards your inevitable awakening. Why? Because it is readily apparent that humanity has to cooperate generously and harmoniously if it wants to survive, and to cooperate harmoniously is to stir towards awakening.
You are now evolving spiritually at a rate that could not have been imagined just fifty years ago. The major wars in the last century were also major triggers to awakening because so many of you suffered and experienced at very close range the horrors to which aggressive and egoic agendas inevitably lead, and you resolved not to allow it to happen again. That resolve is now bearing fruit, even though violent conflicts are still occurring in many places. The utter insanity of war is now fully acknowledged and the concept of a “just war” has been most clearly demonstrated to be oxymoronic. Yes, some with strict, inflexible, and misguided opinions still believe that war can be justified, but few of them remain in positions of power or influence. War has become “unfashionable” and will shortly be unthinkable because you are currently evolving into a space which has no place for it and which will not permit it. A place in which a call to war would go unanswered even if it were made.
In the run-up to awakening, continue to remind yourselves that Love is the answer to every problem – without exception! In your quiet times of prayer, meditation, and reflection, focus on forgiving yourselves for any shortfalls or inadequacies you find within yourselves, and on forgiving others for theirs. Doing so will strengthen and nurture your sense of peace, of acceptance, and will encourage you to look for and see the positive signs and achievements, the indications of the major changes that are occurring all across the world as the moment for humanity’s awakening draws ever closer.

Here in the spiritual realms we are enthusiastically observing the enormous and rapid progress humanity is making on its path of spiritual evolution. This has always been the divine Will, so your rapid progress was always expected. Nevertheless, it is indeed a joy to see it happening. The very intense work that you Light-bearers and wayshowers are doing as you address and release the issues that are coming up thick and fast for you, and for humanity generally, is being most effectively implemented, and all on Earth are benefiting due to your efforts.
This is a momentous time to be experiencing life as a human. Many are depressed, as they suffer or observe the suffering of others, and feel quite helpless . . . unable to experience any form of consolation themselves or to offer it to others. The suffering seems too grave, too deep for anyone to bear. But the darkness will lift because there is only the Light! Deep within yourselves is the path to joy, to glory, and it is inevitable that you find it and follow it, because it is your path, the path that you chose and prepared for yourselves before incarnating. Hold on to your faith, your knowing that there is only Love – and It will find you!
Feeling lost, abandoned, is a state of mind that hides the Light from you, because you search frantically for an outside light to assist you, to comfort you, and yet the Light you seek is always within you, patiently waiting for you to slow down and return to your center where everything you have ever sought is enfolded in the Love that is your core, maintaining you, cherishing you, and supporting you through all the dreams and nightmares that have terrified you, seemingly for so long.
You are not lost souls adrift in an ocean of darkness; you are brilliantly shining jewels in the divine field of Love that is God. In your fear and your anguish, which are intense because you have made the illusion so real for yourselves, you have chosen not to see the Light of your souls, that inextinguishable Flame that is the eternal Light of God within you. You are eternally and inseparably connected to the Source of all being, your heavenly Father, where all consciousness has its existence. When you do not feel the peace and the security of that truth it is because you are choosing to see and be part of the fearful illusions that your mind has invented on your command.
The process that humanity is now undergoing is the release of all those old and stale images – images produced eons ago when you played mindgames in which you inflicted intense pain and suffering on others as you chose the experience of separation from your Source in an insane attempt to prove to yourselves that you did not need Him, did not need anyone, were complete in yourselves, and that you could live happily, productively, and most successfully without Him.
He is Love, and you decided to invent the opposite, but there is no opposite. Love is all that exists. So you effectively enclosed yourselves in a sheath or cloud of darkness – another concept that is impossible to create – which hid Reality from you so that you could play your games. And in that darkness you found doubt, dread, and terror. At first it seemed that you could impose these horrors on others at no cost to yourselves, and you got a certain perverse sense of pleasure or satisfaction in doing so. But it quickly became apparent that in the illusion no one was safe, everyone was in jeopardy, and in every moment conflict was present as catastrophe waited to engulf you.
And yet you continued to seek safety in conflict, convincing yourselves that it was possible to destroy those whom you believed were out to destroy you, and by doing so restore the peace and order for which you yearned. Finally, you have realized that conflict inevitably leads to further conflict regardless of the intent with which it was entered into. It is becoming undeniably apparent that to engage in conflict is to engage in it endlessly. And so you have chosen, collectively, to awaken from the horrific nightmare, but because of your experiences you find it hard to release the attitudes and behaviors which for so long you have believed were essential for your safety and for the safety of your loved ones. Attitudes and behaviors which tie you firmly to the illusion.
Nevertheless, you have realized that you must release all that is unloving, all that is in opposition to the divine Will of your Father, because only Love has any validity, any Reality, and yet you fear . . . . That is why you are receiving such an abundance of help from those in the spiritual realms. Release of all that is not in alignment with Love is the essential step you must take to break free of the entanglements of the illusion, and we are here to help you release the fear that encourages you to hold on, and even attempts to persuade you not to let go.
Collectively you have made the choice to embrace Love, and to release the unreality that seemingly opposes It. You cannot fail in your endeavor because you are fully, nay infinitely, supported in your intent by God, Whose Will is never in doubt because It is always achieved. Prepare yourselves for joy to surpass all joy!

Beneath the cloak of alarm and disaster with which the mainstream media blankets the airwaves, much of an extremely positive and beneficial nature is happening as more and more of you gather in groups to address the issues which have successfully divided you against one another for so long. It is definitely time for a major change in attitudes and perceptions, and this is now happening on a much larger scale than you might think, because peaceful and loving initiatives seldom make it into the papers, let alone to the front pages or to the major TV networks. However, despite the lack of mainstream reportage, an enormous amount of progress is being made very rapidly as those with the knowledge, the communication skills, and an enthusiastic passion to bring about the changes that the New Age symbolizes and will serve, get together, both in person and electronically, to develop and enhance the abundance of creative ideas which are exploding into the conscious awareness of so many of you.
Thoughts and ideas are the necessary precursors to action of any kind, and a vast selection of new and brilliant ones are currently being developed in what many of you might consider to be the most unlikely places. The best of these ― and they are also numerous ― are being developed very quickly and effectively to deal with the problems that your modern economic and industrial activities have so severely aggravated over the last few decades. The technologies and equipment needed to repair the damage caused to the planet by decades of use of unnecessarily destructive methods of harvesting both mineral and biological resources are now available and will be put to work first to mitigate the damaging environmental effects already caused, and then to heal the areas where destruction has occurred.
Those of you who have seen some of the extreme depredation that has been perpetrated in remote areas might think that the harm is beyond repair, but the planet is a valiant and powerful soul, and the remedies that are now available for assisting in her healing are quite remarkable. What you might think of as amazing results are beginning to occur as these remedies are applied.
And of course the new energies that have been flowing so freely and abundantly over the last few months are having a very beneficial effect on humanity as a whole, bringing into people’s awareness with increasing intensity the realization and the remembrance that all are one and that to care for self means to care for all. The art of caring is returning to places where it has not been seen for a very long time, and is bringing peace with it which enables spiritual renewal to spread through communities that have suffered division and conflict for generations.
The way forwards towards awakening is looking very bright and optimistic even in spite of the ongoing problems on which the media have been focusing their attention. A sea change in attitudes and behaviors has been firmly established, and although a little back-sliding may occur here and there, the onwards march of humanity to the moment of mass awakening will not be halted.
In your daily lives, make a point of looking for the bright moments, the moments of upliftment, and do not discount them as aberrant occurrences that are too good to be true; they are not. They are signs, very visible signs of the New Age that has arrived and is creating the strong foundations on which lasting peace, harmony, and abundance are being established.
All across the world people are standing up and supporting one another as they refuse to be cowed or suppressed any longer by seemingly powerful elites who would control them. Those days are coming to an end, although you will continue to see signs of resistance from those elites for a little longer as they attempt to defend their indefensible positions of prestige, remaining reluctant to release the power and authority they have enjoyed and still see as their “rightful heritage.”
Social change of a major nature is firmly underway. The Arab Spring followed by the Occupy Movement are just the first signs of this major social turning-point and it is irreversible. Moreover, further movements for change in which the peoples of the world reclaim and regain their sovereignty, their respect, and their dignity are building rapidly. Large numbers of those who supported the old order are having “Aha” experiences as they realize that it is not, and never has been, in their best interests to carry out the enforcement demanded of them.
Weapons are being laid down in many places as more and more of you come to the understanding that no problems can ever be resolved by resorting to violence. Animated discussions are taking place to resolve divisive issues, and it is becoming ever more apparent to those involved that this is the only sane way forwards.
Assistance from those in other realms and dimensions proceeds unabated, and the divine field of Love continues its task of penetrating all hearts and melting away anything it finds there that is not in perfect alignment with it. Look forwards brightly, optimistically, and enthusiastically in the sure knowledge that your collective will and intent is most definitely moving into a state of permanent alignment with God’s.

As spring turns to summer in the northern hemisphere the new energies are blossoming enthusiastically all over the world, and there are now very few among the wayshowers and Light-bearers who remain unaware of the upliftment that they are providing. Your mood swings may be greater as the stuff you need to address and release comes up more insistently for your attention, but you are mostly finding that it also clears much more quickly and easily, and you do not get stuck in anger, fear, or anxiety to the same extent as you did before the great energy shift of last December.
All that exists is conscious energy, and the basis of all energy is Love from which all was created. Depending on its stage of evolution the consciousness of an energy field varies from almost insensate at the most basic level of matter (as you perceive it in the physical world) to infinite — a vast field in which numerous possibilities for evolution are present and perpetually developing. There is nothing within creation that is completely insensate; everything that exists evolves to enjoy and avail of the fantastic creative potential with which it was created. Anything a human can imagine is possible, and far, far more besides, because God in His glory is limitless, and His creation is utterly abundant.
In your physical environment you have had access to and used energy in many forms, and because of your lack of wisdom and compassion (aspects of Love) much damage has resulted as abusive practices were encouraged and engaged in for short-term gain. However, with the energy shift that came into effect late last year your collective wisdom and compassion are growing, along with the intelligence to develop and use the vast array of energy sources that cause absolutely no collateral damage and which will enable you to heal yourselves and the planet which supports you so admirably. Assistance of a very wise and technologically advanced order is now available to help you bring the planet, with her multitude of integrated, interdependent infrastructural systems, back into a state of harmony and balance.
The new energies that now envelop you are in fact a far more spiritually evolved aspect of yourselves into which you have grown because it was your collective intention to do so. They have given you a great boost in awareness which can be recognized as the explosive growth in newly available information that was previously kept hidden by a small group of very intelligent people who arrogantly believed that they alone had the right to control and direct all activities on your planet. They have been disabused of this fallacious and dangerous belief, and their ability to cling to power and control is dissipating rapidly.
New groups of intelligent, wise, compassionate, and loving individuals are forming all across the world and are making contact with one another, sharing ideas, and producing marvelous plans that will enable you to achieve the state of harmony and balance on Earth that you so desperately and deservedly desire. The New Age is blossoming as spring changes to summer, and the climactic changes that have so worried those who have been studying them will usher in an epoch of more balanced and less extreme seasonal changes for the benefit of all.
This is a time of great opportunity, when humanity’s collective intent, ably assisted by the intent of those from other realms of consciousness, is going to permanently alter the attitudes and behaviors that have caused so much pain and suffering over the eons, as misconceived plans and stratagems to conquer and control others have been followed with sadly misplaced vigor and enthusiasm in almost every corner of the world. The reasons used to justify these activities have been just as misguided because, in your ignorance, you built and used narrow and inflexible ideologies — political, scientific, philosophical, sociological, and religious — in which you firmly and unquestionably believed despite the fact that these dogmas were frequently unconscionable. They were nevertheless enforced, often ruthlessly, in order to crush and maintain control over those you disliked.
Now, inclusiveness and the acceptance of the rights and dignity of all are replacing these insane ideologies. The vast majority of humanity now intends to live peacefully and harmoniously, honoring each other’s ethnicities and cultures, and embracing these differences as prospects for developing cooperative creative ventures which will benefit all of humanity. And this intent is being achieved.
When you take time out during the day to focus on discarding any aspects of yourselves that are not in alignment with the divine field of Love in which you are enveloped, remember also to hold the intent for humanity’s awakening very firmly in your minds, because, by doing so, you are making it happen.

Hello. This John with Saul’s message for Monday April 29th 2013. I have been tired and irritable these last few days and have had difficulty making a connection with either Saul or Jesus, and that is why there was no blog post last Sunday. So I decided to share with you the whole experience. I started receiving this message last Friday and got very little. Sitting during the weekend did not help, and finally I managed to unblock or release my irritation/anxiety today. And so we have a message. Enjoy!

Me: Good afternoon, dear Saul. Thanks for your last message. My energy, motivation, and tiredness have been rather up and down lately. Anyhow, please start dictation of a message to post tomorrow night on our blog. Thanks.
Saul: Good afternoon, John. Just relax and allow, and I will help, then we can start – there is much to report that will uplift you and our readers. (break from Friday 1.20 pm thru Monday 11.15 am)
Me: Well, I didn’t get far with listening to you! What’s going on? I feel disconnected, tired, useless, a waste of space. It’s not a case of “poor little me” even if it sounds like that, more a case of “no one home,” a kind of emptiness, waiting, but for what I know not. So, dear Saul, if you can get through my block, your input would be most welcome. Please talk, and help me to listen/hear. Oh, yes, I’ve also been feeling angry, irritated, and nothing sparks my interest.
Saul: Dear John, relax. All is as it should be, you are just resting, as you need to do, because on other levels you are very busy.
Me: What does that mean?
Saul: The new energies flooding the planet are very energy intensive and many of those who are consciously intending for humanity to awaken are feeling tired and dispirited at present, because these new energies are tiring for bodies which are still adjusting to accommodate them. Do not be alarmed. The necessary adjustments to your physical bodies that will enable them to ascend are taking place just as you and God intend. Many who made that intention before incarnating for this human life cycle, however, are now unaware of that commitment. But at deeper levels of their being they still hold that intent very determinedly, and it does add immeasurably to the power that is right now changing humanity’s collective intent so that awakening can occur.
In fact, there are only a very small number on Earth at this time who wish to maintain the old order of “divide and conquer” or “suppress and control.” They have been ably supported by many who believed that they would make personal gains from a relationship with those who seem to hold the reins of power. However, those supporters are just deeply asleep, and their true intent, like the vast majority of humanity, is to awaken, and they are now stirring in their sleep, and coming out of their state of unawareness of God’s Love for all of His creation.
Those who know that they are Light-bearers and wayshowers are finding it hard at present, partly because they expected that by now they would have ascended, and partly because of the demands they are making on their bodies as they continue determinedly holding the intent for humanity to awaken. Your success is divinely assured and your efforts are divinely honored. Keep holding the Light and demonstrating love in action and know that what you are doing could not be done by anyone else – you are utterly irreplaceable.
Truly, what you are waiting for is worth every disappointment you have ever had; in fact, infinitely more than that! Otherwise it would not be an awakening but merely a temporary moment of intense joy. When you awaken you will be shocked and inspired at the same time because what you will experience is way beyond anything you can possibly imagine. Even those of you who have had moments of enlightenment, upliftment, stunning but brief spiritual revelations, will be amazed and overwhelmed with joy.
Yes, those inspired moments of brilliant light or understanding that a very few of you have experienced were sent to you to grab your attention, as they most certainly did! However, do not think that they were rewards for unstinting service granted to a few specially chosen ones, as that is most definitely not the case. All are equally deserving in your Father’s eyes, and only He knows why some appear to be so favored. There is infinite Wisdom behind everything He does, everything He offers, and everything He demonstrates, and you all know this, so rejoice in the wonder that has been revealed from time to time to some of his earthly children, while remembering that you are all One, and what is given to one is given to all.
There are none among you who do not know that you are divine beings created in Love for eternal happiness. It is just that your illusory state of existence has temporarily hidden this divine truth from you. Let go of your doubts, of your worries, of your fears that suggest to you that maybe there is no God, no immortality, no divine Reality, because that is to support the unreality of the illusion which you are, with enormous help from those in other realms, in the process of vaporizing, dissolving, completely removing from your minds and memories by awakening.
You have experienced many setbacks, but your victorious ascension is inevitable, so when doubts, anxiety, fear, or exhaustion arise, place yourselves in that place of inner peace where you can release all attention to the outer unreal world and allow the soothing balm of that inner peace to envelop and comfort you, and remember . . . God has your backs, always! You are, therefore, invincible!

Humanity’s awakening from the illusion into Reality is a done deal — it always has been, ever since the moment of creation. Reality is where you reside permanently, and you are presently returning home there, from a seemingly long and arduous journey to a most glorious welcome. You have every reason to be in high spirits. Nevertheless, at the moment it is difficult for the majority of you to perceive this because the length of time that you have spent away from home has severely dulled your memory of the glory awaiting you there.
Life in the illusion has been exhausting. There have been many painful lessons that you chose to learn while engaged with it, and they have required much energy, determination, and persistence. Nevertheless, you have remained true to yourselves and your purpose as you struggled with the experiences that life in the illusion presented to you. Often, that has not been clear as you suffered the pain and sadness caused by the apparent separation from your Father, and at times it seemed to you that yours was a lost cause: “Was there really a heavenly Father, an infinite Source, a divine and all-powerful Intelligence, or was He simply an illusion?” Well, you held to your paths – all different, but leading to the same goal: to awaken into Reality – and you will find amazing rewards when you complete them and arrive home. Hang in there for these last few stretches of the journey that seems so interminable; the end is close.
A new day of brilliance and color unlike anything that humanity has ever experienced is set to dawn, bringing you unmitigated joy as all your fears and anxieties fall away, leaving permanent peace, harmony and contentment to replace them. This is the day you have all yearned, prayed, and hoped for since you started searching for the divine Reality from which it seemed you had been excluded, shut out, perhaps even exiled, with no hope of return due to your sinfulness. But as you know, deep within yourselves where the divine and inextinguishable flame of God’s Love for you resides, “sinfulness” is of the illusion and has no place in Reality. You are immortal divine beings, created in Love, who chose to play with an absence of Love, separated from It, as you experimented with the freedom and power with which God had endowed you.
You were created One with Him and chose to individuate to experience the thrill of separation and apparent independence from Him. This could only be done by building an illusion, an unreal environment in which to imagine that state, and the powerful abilities with which you had been endowed enabled you to do so. The time has come for you to dismantle that unreal environment and return Home, leaving behind all the trauma and suffering that you invented to amuse yourselves. Little did you understand when you decided to play these games how painful and terrifying they were going to be.
There is only God! All life is part of God, He is all that exists, and without Him there would be nothing – an impossible, implausible, and inconceivable state of affairs. So to build an imaginary and illusory reality separate from Him could only lead to terror. And consequently, you have all experienced terror.
The real state of Love in which you are eternally enveloped is permanent, changeless, utterly wonderful. That is why thought of change is so traumatic for so many of you. Your move into the illusion was a change of inconceivable magnitude which caused you instant trauma, as life was reduced from a condition of total loving abundance and harmony to one of unimaginable lack where it seemed that you had to fight constantly for your very survival. And that fear remains.
However, within the illusion change is not only possible, it is essential for your well-being. The illusion is formed from a collection of judgmental beliefs of right and wrong, good and bad, acceptable and unacceptable, which can only induce fear and dread. You call it duality, a state of either/or, whereas Reality is a state of and/and, oneness, indiscriminate loving acceptance, in which all are welcome, all belong, all reside in utter joy.
What you have to change are your outworn and inflexible beliefs — beliefs that you are separate, individual, unconnected, and threatened by one another. They divide and traumatize you, encouraging you to build barriers between yourselves that disguise who you really are and present an image, a shield behind which you can hide. But these images terrify you all; they are threatening and demanding, requiring you to defend them from aggression which is almost always present. They force you, out of fear, to maintain the unreal state of separation that caused the fear in the first place. A catch-22 situation.
The new energies are intensifying so that you can feel them, embrace them, and through them recognize and reclaim your oneness with each other in Love and Trust. You will become aware, fully aware, that all are one, that all are interconnected through the divine field of Love in which all that exists resides permanently, harmoniously, joyfully, forever. And then you will have awakened.

In the spiritual realms much has been transpiring as the new energies enveloping Earth have strengthened and intensified to assist in humanity’s imminent awakening. Yes, it is imminent! Much has been promised to you, and the moment for delivery is approaching rapidly. Nevertheless there is much to do to complete the essential preparations prior to the arrival of this divine and long-awaited event, and every one of you has an important part to play. It is largely about releasing judgment and embracing forgiveness, especially as your awareness of the misbehavior and betrayal perpetrated by those whom you have trusted grows in direct proportion to the number of whistle-blowers releasing previously hidden information about deceit and corruption in high places, and abuse of their positions by those holding them.
What has been done, in many cases, is quite unconscionable, but you are all divine beings, created in Love from Love, and you all chose to experience separation from your divine state. The result has been great suffering. There is no one embodied on Earth at this time in your evolution who, as Jesus tells us in the bible, “is without sin,” and therefore there is no one who is capable of making an honest, unbiased, and fair appraisal of anyone else’s behavior. Judgment should be left to God because He judges everyone as sinless and sees only their divine perfection.
Unconditional forgiveness is the essential path to awakening, along with the peaceful containment and restraint of those who would continue, unless so contained, to abuse others. Love, the Source-field in which creation occurs, accepts all, regardless of their sins, and by doing so dissolves the anger and resentment that leads people to sin.
“Sin” occurs when someone feels unloved, unaccepted, uncared-for, despised, inadequate, unworthy, shamed, or rejected. It is a desperate call for attention, loving attention, that has been ignored or dismissed. Everyone has at some time experienced that, and everyone knows what a wonderful sense of joy and comfort is experienced when unconditional acceptance replaces those unloving and fear-inducing conditions. So everyone knows, deep within themselves, that unless they wholeheartedly embrace forgiveness and offer it unconditionally to all whom they believe have in any way offended or abused them they will continue to be devoured or eaten away by bitterness, resentment, and anger.
It is a vicious circle because those who hold on to bitterness, resentment, and anger are resisting Love, frequently believing that they are unlovable, and then often feeling driven to behave like those whom they find themselves unable to forgive. To withhold forgiveness is like embracing cancer because it eats away at its host, preventing the experiences of happiness, joy, or contentment, and replacing them with an embittered but misplaced sense of satisfaction in the righteous refusal to forgive. You have an expression “biting off your nose to spite your face,” which is quite appropriate here.
To become peaceful, to experience peace, it is essential to forgive, freely and unconditionally. Many feel that this is impossible because they have been so abused, have suffered so severely, and believe that peace and contentment are only possible for them if they receive restitution and know that their abuser has been suitably punished. But it does not work. When justice has been delivered the pain remains, and the bitterness that the abuse aroused continues to grow. When the bitterness is encouraged and believed to be a right and a privilege onto which the victim can hold then no restitution is ever enough. The complaint “no one can give me back what was taken away” is quite true. But focusing on that violation of one’s personal sovereignty instead of releasing it means that life passes the victims by as they retain the memory of their violation as their most treasured possession.
Forgiving allows a person to move on, to re-engage with life, and to find solace and comfort where they possibly least expected to find it, namely, in the release of the extremely heavy burden that not forgiving entails. By forgiving you release that unbearable emotional burden which can never be released in any other way. Support groups often aggravate the burden by encouraging undue amounts of introspection and discussion which can strengthen the sense of being wronged instead of lightening the load you are carrying, as is their purpose. By forgiving you open your hearts to receive the abundance of Love that constantly enfolds you, waiting for you to accept It. The lightness that you will experience as a consequence of truly forgiving someone who has hurt you will amaze you.
Forgiveness is a great healer and humanity needs healing. Embrace it and enjoy the peace, the satisfaction, and the contentment — never mind the relief — that doing so allows and provides.

Humanity’s awakening from the illusion into Reality is a done deal — it always has been, ever since the moment of creation. Reality is where you reside permanently, and you are presently returning home there, from a seemingly long and arduous journey to a most glorious welcome. You have every reason to be in high spirits. Nevertheless, at the moment it is difficult for the majority of you to perceive this because the length of time that you have spent away from home has severely dulled your memory of the glory awaiting you there.
Life in the illusion has been exhausting. There have been many painful lessons that you chose to learn while engaged with it, and they have required much energy, determination, and persistence. Nevertheless, you have remained true to yourselves and your purpose as you struggled with the experiences that life in the illusion presented to you. Often, that has not been clear as you suffered the pain and sadness caused by the apparent separation from your Father, and at times it seemed to you that yours was a lost cause: “Was there really a heavenly Father, an infinite Source, a divine and all-powerful Intelligence, or was He simply an illusion?” Well, you held to your paths – all different, but leading to the same goal: to awaken into Reality – and you will find amazing rewards when you complete them and arrive home. Hang in there for these last few stretches of the journey that seems so interminable; the end is close.
A new day of brilliance and color unlike anything that humanity has ever experienced is set to dawn, bringing you unmitigated joy as all your fears and anxieties fall away, leaving permanent peace, harmony and contentment to replace them. This is the day you have all yearned, prayed, and hoped for since you started searching for the divine Reality from which it seemed you had been excluded, shut out, perhaps even exiled, with no hope of return due to your sinfulness. But as you know, deep within yourselves where the divine and inextinguishable flame of God’s Love for you resides, “sinfulness” is of the illusion and has no place in Reality. You are immortal divine beings, created in Love, who chose to play with an absence of Love, separated from It, as you experimented with the freedom and power with which God had endowed you.
You were created One with Him and chose to individuate to experience the thrill of separation and apparent independence from Him. This could only be done by building an illusion, an unreal environment in which to imagine that state, and the powerful abilities with which you had been endowed enabled you to do so. The time has come for you to dismantle that unreal environment and return Home, leaving behind all the trauma and suffering that you invented to amuse yourselves. Little did you understand when you decided to play these games how painful and terrifying they were going to be.
There is only God! All life is part of God, He is all that exists, and without Him there would be nothing – an impossible, implausible, and inconceivable state of affairs. So to build an imaginary and illusory reality separate from Him could only lead to terror. And consequently, you have all experienced terror.
The real state of Love in which you are eternally enveloped is permanent, changeless, utterly wonderful. That is why thought of change is so traumatic for so many of you. Your move into the illusion was a change of inconceivable magnitude which caused you instant trauma, as life was reduced from a condition of total loving abundance and harmony to one of unimaginable lack where it seemed that you had to fight constantly for your very survival. And that fear remains.
However, within the illusion change is not only possible, it is essential for your well-being. The illusion is formed from a collection of judgmental beliefs of right and wrong, good and bad, acceptable and unacceptable, which can only induce fear and dread. You call it duality, a state of either/or, whereas Reality is a state of and/and, oneness, indiscriminate loving acceptance, in which all are welcome, all belong, all reside in utter joy.
What you have to change are your outworn and inflexible beliefs — beliefs that you are separate, individual, unconnected, and threatened by one another. They divide and traumatize you, encouraging you to build barriers between yourselves that disguise who you really are and present an image, a shield behind which you can hide. But these images terrify you all; they are threatening and demanding, requiring you to defend them from aggression which is almost always present. They force you, out of fear, to maintain the unreal state of separation that caused the fear in the first place. A catch-22 situation.
The new energies are intensifying so that you can feel them, embrace them, and through them recognize and reclaim your oneness with each other in Love and Trust. You will become aware, fully aware, that all are one, that all are interconnected through the divine field of Love in which all that exists resides permanently, harmoniously, joyfully, forever. And then you will have awakened.

In the spiritual realms much has been transpiring as the new energies enveloping Earth have strengthened and intensified to assist in humanity’s imminent awakening. Yes, it is imminent! Much has been promised to you, and the moment for delivery is approaching rapidly. Nevertheless there is much to do to complete the essential preparations prior to the arrival of this divine and long-awaited event, and every one of you has an important part to play. It is largely about releasing judgment and embracing forgiveness, especially as your awareness of the misbehavior and betrayal perpetrated by those whom you have trusted grows in direct proportion to the number of whistle-blowers releasing previously hidden information about deceit and corruption in high places, and abuse of their positions by those holding them.
What has been done, in many cases, is quite unconscionable, but you are all divine beings, created in Love from Love, and you all chose to experience separation from your divine state. The result has been great suffering. There is no one embodied on Earth at this time in your evolution who, as Jesus tells us in the bible, “is without sin,” and therefore there is no one who is capable of making an honest, unbiased, and fair appraisal of anyone else’s behavior. Judgment should be left to God because He judges everyone as sinless and sees only their divine perfection.
Unconditional forgiveness is the essential path to awakening, along with the peaceful containment and restraint of those who would continue, unless so contained, to abuse others. Love, the Source-field in which creation occurs, accepts all, regardless of their sins, and by doing so dissolves the anger and resentment that leads people to sin.

Humanity’s interest in matters spiritual is growing rapidly as a direct result of the new divine energies flooding the planet, which was of course the intent when they were set in motion. You all need to seriously address your spiritual side, your 99%, which vast numbers of you have neglected because of the seductive, enticing, and demanding distractions with which your egos, through the mechanism of the illusion, are constantly bombarding you. Truly, when you are focused on third-dimensional issues, you are only about 1% present! That is all of you that your egos can access, even though it often appears to you that some people have enormous egos! Is that not amazing?
But it is true, because you are all divine beings of power and might who have chosen to constrain yourselves within the very narrow confines of a human body. And now the time has come for you to move on — to move up into the higher dimensions where your spirits shine out brilliantly through the beautiful Light with which God endowed you at the moment of your creation.
Your divine nature is to shine, and even as you hide yourselves in the depths of the illusion that nature shines through when you think, speak, or behave lovingly, compassionately, or forgivingly. The more that you do so the brighter burns your Light, which is very clearly visible in the spiritual realms, and which those in the physical realms can sense, feel, and recognize as goodness and holiness, which provides them with a safe space in which they can find acceptance and comfort.
You truly are comforters, because you are helping others to recognize that their sense that something is missing, that something much greater than physicality is calling to them is valid, and that it is most definitely not a sign that they are on the threshold of psychosis. You chose to incarnate to shine your Light so that others could experience the comfort and support that your presence provides. It gives them added strength to cope with and learn the lessons with which their life paths present them, so that they may awaken into the Reality from which it often seems that they are excluded.
Keep that Light shining brightly by engaging fully with the field of divine Love that constantly surrounds you, breathing its catalytic encouragement on the inextinguishable flame of Love burning eternally within each one of you. You are all Lights unto the world, establishing Heaven on Earth as you mix and mingle with family, friends, and associates in your daily lives. I do not exaggerate when I tell you this, because all that our Father has created, including every one of you apparently entangled in the illusion, are sentient immortal beings of infinite perfection and beauty.
The illusion does hide this from you with a thin veil that is as illusory as the illusion itself, but it suffices while you choose to focus on the egoic influence that is forever attempting to persuade you that life is uncertain, fragile, and likely to be snuffed out suddenly and inexplicably unless you take great care of it. But as you open your hearts more and more to engage with the divine field of Love your sense of insecurity, of lack, even of danger, recedes, leaving you feeling free of fear, free to offer love, to express love, and to share love with an increasing lack of discriminatory limits or conditions. In fact you start to demonstrate your true nature by living it. And that inspires and uplifts those with whom you interact, allowing and encouraging them to do likewise.
You have an expression, “coming out,” to signify someone who has admitted publicly to being of a sexual persuasion that is different from the accepted norm. I would suggest that it is time for you all to “come out” and admit that Love is your nature. You know from what has been occurring over the last few decades that to come out effectively slays people’s dragons, and frees them from the fears that have restrained and, yes, controlled them.
Now is the time to come out and declare publicly and fearlessly that your true nature, as a divine being, as a child of God, is Love, and that it is unchanging and unchangeable. The nature with which you were endowed at the moment of creation is perfect, beautiful, divine, and therefore absolutely unalterable in any way. It is true of every single human that has, or ever will, live. Once you fearlessly acknowledge that divine truth — because it applies without exception to every human being — it can no longer be contained, and it will spread and spread and spread until no one remains unaware, untouched, or immune to the recognition of it. This truth will indeed set you free. All you have to do is to acknowledge it.

The divine energy field enveloping you is strengthening and intensifying daily, matching your ability to meld with it more and more effectively, and of course its energy is Love, and that is permeating the hearts of those who are opening to It – the vast majority of humans – and helping you to release the attitudes and behaviors, the inflexible beliefs that so many have held for so long. The results of this are visible all across the world as new ideas to deal with the major problems and issues facing you are expressed and shared.
The old, inflexible beliefs and the tools used to maintain them are still in evidence, but their ineffectiveness can no longer be disguised by blaming others for their failure to resolve the issues that they were supposed to solve. The old order, the established order, has been in control, directing the business of politics, business, ethics, morality, religion — in fact, anything in which people interact together in any way at all — for a long time. This order has remained hidden in the background while directing the activities of public figures so that its hidden agendas were achieved unseen, discreetly, and easily.
And frequently, some of those public figures did act in good faith, believing in the integrity and honesty of these “wise, intellectually brilliant elders” – their mentors and guides in the art of leadership – whose stated aim was to bring peace and abundance to all on Earth. But of course those hidden ones, the elite, have always had their own completely self-serving, private agendas, and now the real intent of those agendas is being revealed, as more and more whistle-blowers find the courage to disclose the unconscionable secrets to which they have become party by blowing away the veils of secrecy under which so much has been hidden.
The old order is crumbling. It no longer has the world in the iron grip by which it has attempted to control you all for so long. Ironically, your mass communications are at the forefront of its undoing: it assumed that because it controlled the media, the politicians, the large corporations, and the major corporate-religious bodies, it still controlled all the primary information centers and access to them. It has now become quite apparent that this is not the case, as more and more information of a sensitive nature is becoming public knowledge, disclosing the vast and unacceptable scale of corruption in high places. The sheer speed of information exchange has stunned those who would keep secret the intrigues and corrupt agreements to which they are party, and which have personally benefited them enormously.
You can clearly see the collapsing house of cards that the global financial system has become, due to the unconscionable hubris and criminality of those who direct its activities, ably assisted by greedy underlings who proved to be totally bereft of any moral, ethical, let alone spiritual sense of responsibility. Systems that are corrupt will always implode, and the scale of damage that occurs when this happens can have very far-reaching effects.
A new system of finance is essential in order for global stability to be renewed and maintained, and a new one has been designed, put into place, and is ready to be unveiled. Those who have benefited by building fortunes through greed and corruption from the old system — which is now in the last stages of its final collapse due to their nefarious activities — will naturally be barred from holding any positions of responsibility or authority in the new one. They may well find that their ill-gotten gains will drain rapidly away as a result of being excluded from the new system, which will be totally transparent in all its dealings and activities.
There will be a certain amount of confusion as the new replaces the old, but do not be alarmed as chaos will not ensue. It will be as though an old and crumbling highway was closed off as a new one was opened to replace it. Some will not have learnt that the old one is closed and will find themselves temporarily in a cul-de-sac where they have to turn around and retrace their steps to reach the new one. But apart from a few minor teething problems while the change from the old to the new occurs, the transition should be relatively smooth.
The divine energies that envelop you are easing the fear and anxiety which the sight of the old systems collapsing has caused. Keep your hearts open, receive the Love that is constantly offered to you, and share it widely and inclusively, yes, even with those who have caused much of the damage if you find yourselves interacting with them. Blame, shame, and recrimination are not part of an awakened humanity, although those who have caused the severest damage will undoubtedly suffer much regret when they come to fully understand the extent of the suffering for which the bear some responsibility.
Love is the energy field in which all of creation has its existence. It is powerful, mighty, wise and compassionate, and It willingly and enthusiastically hugs all who seek comfort in Its warm embrace. None are excluded, although many may at first feel unworthy and hang back. But no one is unworthy, and as this becomes apparent by Its indiscriminate and unconditional acceptance of all who approach It, those straggling or holding back will also approach and be swept up into the field of infinite, divine Love in which they were created.

We are all one in God, our eternally loving Father, and because of that inviolable truth we are — each and every one of us, every sentient being ever created — guaranteed and assured of our place, our seat, our home in God’s everlasting Kingdom. Deep within ourselves every one of us knows and experiences that security, that certainty, and the Love in which it envelops us. Those seemingly experiencing life in the illusion also know it, but due to the limits and restrictions it places on awareness and consciousness, access to that knowledge can be difficult to achieve.
However, by taking time out regularly, in quietness and alone, you can allow yourselves to create a space in which you can relax, listen to, and hear your spiritual guides. For some it is an intuitive sense of the right words or actions to take dropping into your minds to ease, modify, or resolve issues that have concerned you. For others it can be a very definite experience of ”hearing” the wise counsel of one or even a number of your guides as in a conversation. Others may find themselves writing down a dissertation of great wisdom and timeliness that they know does not come from their normal conscious human mind. But in whatever form you experience this communication it is immediately apparent to you that it is something very different from the workings of your normal egoic mind.
Every sentient being has access to the wisdom of the spiritual realms; it is just a question of asking for guidance and then being quiet and allowing it to flow into the clear space that you have made available for that purpose. When you do this for the first time it is very likely that your ego mind will be listening too, ready to rubbish whatever flows in, suggesting to you that you are imagining it, that you are making it up, and it may then try to persuade you to cease and desist because, in its anxious and fearful opinion, what you are doing is insane.
I would suggest that you write down whatever comes through, without any attempt at editing or correction, until you reach a point where you feel you need to say “Enough.” Then take a break, because when you are receiving guidance or guided messages from those in the spiritual realms your personal energy field joins with theirs, and you may experience this as tiredness, stress, or fatigue. This is normal, and you will probably find that you cannot spend as long at this kind of writing as you could if you were just writing personal things in your journal.
Put your writing aside without re-reading it. Leave it for at least a couple of hours, maybe even a couple of days, then, when you feel unstressed, peaceful, go back and re-read it. It is likely that you will be most pleasantly surprised and uplifted by what you have written. It may differ quite substantially from what you think you remember writing.
It is certainly possible that your ego will have managed to sabotage your communication channel so that you only get a few words or phrases that are obviously from a wiser source than the one to which you are accustomed – your logical, reasoning, human mind – or you may get nothing at all. But if you persist, instead of being persuaded by your ego that you are wasting your time or are unworthy to receive your own personal spiritual guidance, and hold the intent to do so, then you will receive it. So, if your first few attempts do not result in wise guidance or a channeled message, do not give up, because you all have loving, compassionate guides waiting eagerly to communicate with you. You just have to practice holding that quiet unruffled mind space free from the distractions with which the ego will try to fill it, and into which they can “drop” their guidance or message which is personally directed to you.
Do remember that anything you receive in this way is for you, personally, in the first instance, although you are always free to share it if you wish. Also, remember that any spiritual guidance that you receive will always and unfailingly be loving and compassionate. You will never receive anything disparaging or judgmental directed at yourselves or at others. If you appear to be getting messages of that nature then know that it is your ego at work trying to draw you back into conflict, where it feels quite at home!
Know that you are loved and cherished by all in the spiritual realms at all times, and that you are never judged or found wanting, because we see you as you truly are – perfect divine creations, loving immortal beings of Light – and we want only to help you to become aware of and recognize the truth of this. And you are becoming aware of it. Share that awareness and that love indiscriminately, and enjoy the peace and contentment with which that knowledge fills you.

Humanity is on a roll! Yes, you really are. The pace of change in attitudes and behaviors all across the world is gathering momentum as the newly engaged-with energies that were released to you in December 2012 strengthen your collective intent to awaken and eternally enjoy Reality — your normal fully conscious and fully enlightened state.
In that wondrous state, Love is the engine, the creative energy, the divine power grid that maintains, supports, and makes possible all that exists. It is totally clean, infinitely abundant, fulfilling, and available, and from It all of creation receives everything it could ever need or conceive of to maintain infinite quantities of live, loving, intelligent consciousness, creating further abundance in perfect beauty and harmony, eternally.
The most practical form of allegory I can use to give you some tiny comprehension of Love is to compare It to electricity. Electricity flows easily and powerfully in many strengths and intensities to bring to life many systems, appliances, and convenience items that you nowadays consider absolutely essential to maintain an acceptable standard of living. However, unlike Love, the downsides of mere electricity are numerous: it can burn or kill you if incorrectly handled; it can destroy the item it is driving; it uses up vast quantities of non-renewable energy sources in its manufacture, which pollute your environment in their harvesting and burning; and of course without it, modern life, as you have become accustomed to living it, comes to a standstill. Your situation without it is not comfortable, but you would most definitely survive – and remember, many billions still live successfully without it.
However, without Love – an absolute and utter impossibility – there is nothing!
Love is the Oneness of the divine Source of infinite and eternal (just to be absolutely clear: no beginning and no end), loving, intelligent consciousness, creating harmonious and stunningly beautiful abundance just for the pure joy of it.
To awaken from the illusion is to re-enter that blissful state, and that is the process that humanity is undergoing, has been undergoing since the moment of apparent separation from the Godhead. The illusory world you built was very cleverly constructed because you wanted to be separate, independent, free to ignore your Source of Life and Consciousness. And it does seem that you achieved what you set out to do, except that existence separated from that Source is eternally impossible. You built an illusion that depends completely and utterly upon your collective belief in it, and while you maintain that belief the illusion is well-supported and enables you to play the games that you have been playing within it since you built it.
But it has brought you much suffering because you were created out of that Oneness for an eternal life of joy in the harmonious Oneness that is All That Exists – the Supreme Intelligence, the divine Source, God. One could allegorize again and suggest that life in the illusion is what life would be like for a human body devoid of its own working systems of the fluids and air essential for it to have a living conscious existence – permanently on artificial life-support in the intensive care unit of a large hospital – totally unaware of the intense hive of activity going on all around it.
Life like that has to be only temporary. Machines cannot keep a human body alive. They may give an impression of aliveness, but without the life-force it most definitely is not alive. It is being maintained. Some of you have had, or know someone who has had, an NDE (near death experience), and those artificial life support systems at the hospital enabled you to return the life-force to your bodies and continue life in the illusion. But the choice to return was a difficult one, because while you were out of your body you experienced a tantalizing glimpse of what life could and should be like. Others have been in that state but have returned with no memory of a heavenly experience, and that has always been their personal choice, as they decided that to return to the illusion with memories of heaven would be too crushing to endure.
Just remember that everyone on Earth at this time is here to assist in the awakening process, no matter how unaware they may appear to be of life in any form other than one embodied as a human being. You are all spiritual beings of vast knowledge and intelligence, created from and eternally one with the divine field of Love, of eternal existence, and you are going to be free to discard those artificial and inadequate forms, should you choose to do so, that you presently confine yourselves within and return Home to Reality.
Daily relaxation in your inner place of peace is essential to the awakening process that you are undergoing, because it is there that you are most receptive to and best able to hear the guidance and intuitive insights that you need to maintain awareness of, in order to awaken from the illusion. Those messages of guidance, those insights are as oxygen to a spark, inflaming the Light of Love that is within each of you and enabling you to bear it on high for all to share and enjoy. Love demonstrated is an energy of incredible power, and each one of you has that power within you in infinite abundance. Don’t hoard It, share It, and help to bring humanity Home.

Humanity is on the verge of a major breakthrough in its awareness of energy. Apart from the relatively small percentage of the Earth’s population that is spiritually focused, humanity as a whole has remained unaware of the individual energy fields that have always enveloped and surrounded each human being. This is about to change.
The new intense field of divine energy into which planet Earth moved on December 22nd 2012 has been touching and influencing every human since that date. The effect of this is becoming apparent as people, who before now were always dismissive of anything that suggested that there was more to existence than could be known through the body’s senses and intelligent intellectual reasoning, suddenly start taking an interest in the possibility that there is more to life than they had believed, that maybe there is life after death, and that life could exist without a physical form.
It is very difficult for anyone with firmly grounded beliefs on the subject, supposedly confirmed by scholarly scientific research, to accept the possibility that those beliefs were wrong, unfounded, and are in fact being disproved. Their opening to the possibility that a spiritual reality, of which they were unaware, could actually exist is shocking and amazing them. And yet, they are now finding themselves taking a keen interest in the idea.
Previously, they would have dismissed it out of hand – denial is the best form of defense! Now, however, the new energies are having a tremendous influence on their individual energy fields — energy fields of which they either had no knowledge, chose not to acknowledge, or to which they gave only reluctant acceptance, considering them merely adjuncts of the general chemical activities occurring in the body and that cease at the moment of physical death.
The result of this growing interest in exploring the field of spirituality is an explosion of awareness that humanity is responsible for its attitudes and behaviors because they affect everyone else on the planet. The awareness that it is humanity’s responsibility to be guardians, not desecrators, of the planet has been growing for the last fifty or sixty years, but that growth has now accelerated as the children and grandchildren of those earlier appreciators of your responsibilities take action commensurate with those responsibilities. It is wonderful to see this enormous change occurring as awareness grows.
You are the Golden Age for which you have been waiting! And you are beginning to acknowledge and accept that fact. The awareness that this entails is leading you forwards to establish institutions and organizations whose purpose is to promote and honor those responsibilities. Because so many are now involved, not only is this movement unstoppable, but also those involved are finding that they are not alone, as frequently they seemed to be, as they seek ways to repair the damage that has been done and to prevent further damage from occurring.
As the intent to be responsible, loving guardians replaces the urge to be powerful abusers of the environment, the whole collective consciousness of humanity is changing and adapting, and this is enabling the essential changes to your lifestyles to be acknowledged, discussed and acted upon, willingly and enthusiastically. The desire to be loving, caring, responsible partners with, and residents of, planet Earth is now the collective intent of humanity, and so it will be achieved.
Yes, a major breakthrough in awareness is occurring right across the planet, which will engage most fruitfully with the divine energies enveloping you and bring into effect the changes necessary to ensure an abundant, safe, and peaceful earthly environment which future generations of humans can enjoy and in which they can flourish. It is an illusion, but it is becoming one in which you will be able to delight and enjoy yourselves until you are ready to release it and return to your original state of oneness with God.

Humanity’s desire for a better way of living is strengthening as more whistle-blowers reveal disturbing and unpleasant secrets that your “authorities” wish to suppress or keep hidden from you — secrets that clearly demonstrate that they cannot be trusted and should not have authority over anyone. As they are revealed they further your desire for and intent to achieve major systemic change in all the myriad authoritarian organizations that have been spawned across the planet over the eons of your recorded history.
Histories are the stories that the winners and survivors choose to tell and write down, during or after the events they supposedly refer to, in order to show themselves as beings of wisdom and integrity working honestly for the good of all, when in truth they are always very heavily biased accounts, frequently offering out-and-out lies as truths to justify the chaos and suffering that they have caused in their determination to maintain their power and authority.
Humanity’s sojourn on Earth has, for the most part, been an ongoing struggle between rival factions attempting to set themselves up as the rightful authorities to whom you, the people, should happily and gratefully surrender your own personal power and many of the rights that go with it. Needless to say, those who attain positions of power always feel a strong need to protect this status either by means of the laws they have formulated precisely for that purpose, or, failing that, by physical enforcement, using police, militias, or, in extreme circumstances, the state’s army. And as your history shows, those in power have never failed to use all the means at their disposal to maintain their expropriated powers.
Even in your so-called democracies the citizens have given away far too much of their power to their governments, enabling them to declare war on other nations, or even on their own citizens when they deem it in their own best and self-serving interests to do so. That power needs to be reclaimed. It can and should be done peacefully without force of arms.
Power can only be maintained and exercised over others if these others choose to allow it. Indeed, there are many recent examples of governments being “persuaded” to change their policies due to popular and peaceful demonstrations against them. Many changes will soon be occurring, or have already commenced, because of these kinds of peaceful activities which are on the increase all across the world. You – the people, humanity – want a new age, a Golden Age, and you are starting to express this desire very forthrightly, thus bringing about the necessary changes to achieve it, for that is how change occurs.
A continuing outpouring of loving intent by you, the wayshowers and-Light bearers, for essential changes to occur in a peaceful, prompt, and efficacious manner enormously empowers this ongoing process. Do not let the apparent lack of progress, due to the mainstream media’s unwillingness to report it, distract or dissuade you from this important task. Remind yourselves regularly of the fact that not only are you powerful divine beings intending to bring in the Golden Age, but you are achieving that aim! By reminding yourselves you raise your spirits and you strengthen the power of that intention.
It is, as you have been told before, a done deal. Nothing can prevent the divine plan coming to fruition, but the more frequently and intensely you focus on bringing it about then the sooner will you see it happen. It has happened already, eons ago. However, you cannot presently experience the reality of it because the purpose of the illusion is to hide Reality from you and persuade you that things will never change, or, if they do, that they will only do so very slowly. That is not the truth. Time is a major aspect of the illusion, and by changing your focus, your perception, you will see through the illusion as it dissolves, and time will dissolve with it.
Collectively, humanity is changing the way it perceives its illusory environment, and it has been doing this with steadily increasing awareness for the last five or six decades. The older ones among you can definitely see that great changes have occurred and are continuing to occur during your current lifetimes, as the willingness to engage in the “romance” of just wars has died away. The wars presently being fought – philosophically, religiously, politically, economically, and physically – are the result of outdated ways of thinking, outdated philosophies of judgment, and the resultant condemnation of opposing viewpoints, followed by the emotional and egoic knee-jerk responses to situations that were never fully understood.
They are the last and doomed efforts of the old order — the self-appointed and arrogant leaders of authoritarian regimes trying to maintain their grip on power. The ineffectiveness of their attempts to hold on to that usurped authority are readily apparent to all who choose to see. The desire that all of humanity live harmoniously together in a state of peace and abundance, and the intent to see that aim achieved, have become so strong, so intense that nothing can prevent its delivery. Hold to your truth, to your trust in the supremacy of your loving Father, and know that His Will always prevails.

We are all one – humanity, other citizens of the Universe, and all in the spiritual realms – as you well know. However, on Earth it is very difficult for the majority of you, the vast majority of you, to acquire a true understanding of what that actually means. You experience life as individuals with individual needs – shelter, clothing, food, rest, an income – and to imagine yourself as one with all sentient life, let alone your immediate neighbors, is enigmatical to say the least. And yet it does make sense because you can see that what one does often affects another; and you feel compassion for the suffering of another, which you would not if you were not all connected, all one.
As all are one, to awaken is a collective event — an event for which you have been preparing for a long time, and now that moment is drawing closer. You have heard that before, many times, and it is becoming a little like a bad joke as you wait expectantly and see no sign of it. Frustration and disappointment have upset many of you, undermining your faith at times. But those periods pass, and your faith strengthens again as you maintain your intent and allow us to offer you succor and guidance in your daily interludes of quietness and prayer.
Those time periods are essential to your well-being, and during them you have an enormously powerful effect on the divine energy field enveloping the planet because you interact with it by opening your hearts to receive the abundance of Love that is the energy field in which you have your eternal existence.
Often, maybe most of the time, you do not feel it or sense it; but it envelops you always, and it shows itself when you make choices that bring you peace and relieve your stress or anxiety. You are never alone, unsupported, although in the physical dimension the opposite is definitely experienced. But when you accept that experience and surrender to it, its intensity decreases, because by surrendering you allow the divine energy field to strengthen and fortify you, and you experience that as a reduction in fear, anxiety, or stress, similar to the release that you feel in those daily interludes of quietness.
It is impossible to overstress the importance of taking time out regularly every day, to be alone, quiet, and relaxed, as you allow the divine energy field to meld ever more fully with your own. The more integrated these energy fields become the more easily you can relax into the Love that embraces you, letting it suffuse you and then flow through you to interact with all in your vicinity, everyone on the planet, and the planet herself, thus reiterating your oneness with all of creation.
You are divine beings because God created you as such, and that is a changeless, eternal state. You have just forgotten how to access it, and to awaken is to access it once more. Whereupon you will recognize it and recognize yourself as the divine being that you are. It is a wondrous state, quite beyond description or imagination while you believe in and support the illusion that you experience as so real and solid. Your daily periods of quiet solitude will bring you ever closer to that natural state as the stresses and anxieties of daily life fall away.
Initially your mind will be busy with thoughts rushing in to fill the space that you are attempting to make there in which to be quiet and peaceful, because it is used to busyness and feels uncomfortable when stilled. Do not judge yourselves as wrong or failing when this happens, because you have made the intent to still your mind and with practice you will succeed. Just persist, accepting whatever occurs – maybe streams of thoughts that you will want to judge as unwholesome, inappropriate, or evil! – because your ego-mind will do its utmost to engage your attention using the strangest and most unsettling of shock tactics in order to regain your attention.
However, these periods of quiet, undisturbed peace will become for you the most important parts of your day, because with practice they will deepen and intensify, and your mind will be less frequently disturbed by trains of thought that carry you away into distracting inner turmoil as you automatically and without awareness engage with them. When awareness returns, as it will, do not berate yourselves. Instead, be pleased that your awareness has returned, and honor it for doing so. To berate or judge yourselves as wrong or inadequate is just to follow another distracting thought train, until your awareness returns once more.
Ask for help and guidance during those periods you set aside daily for quietness of mind — and you will receive it. Oftentimes, any anxieties or worries that were unsettling you will dissolve during these quiet periods. The problems or issues causing them may not be resolved, but you will feel more at peace and better able to cope with them. Your quiet periods are essential for your health and happiness, so indulge yourselves by allowing yourselves to take time for them.

Humanity has collectively chosen to awaken. Of course it could not have chosen to remain slumbering indefinitely, because slumbering is an illusory concept that is only possible in the illusion, but it could have further delayed its decision to wake up. However, once that decision was made there was no possibility of reversing it, because that decision started the awakening process.
It is a little like raising the blinds on a sunny morning, allowing the daylight to stream in and rapidly clear away the fog of sleep. Full wakefulness demands your attention and gets it, filling you with energy and enthusiasm for the wonder of Life and all that that makes possible. It is the greatest of all the divine gifts that your Father has bestowed upon you, because it makes the others meaningful; without Life they would have remained unknown and unappreciated. Life in the illusion has been practically lifeless, and consequently most of your Father’s gifts to you have remained barely noticed or mostly ignored. When you awaken they will be instantly there to greet you, and your appreciation of them will burst into bloom.
Life, re-engaged within Reality, offers you astounding prospects the likes of which you presently cannot conceive of, because the limited sense of life and consciousness that you presently experience has no reference point that could meaningfully intimate Reality to you. You still need to heed the guidance that is offered to you from those in the spiritual realms, advising you to release yourselves from the grasping distractions with which the illusion endeavors to ensnare you, and then focus within, where you will uncover the truth of who you really are. That is a major step on the ladder to your awakening, so hesitate no longer; take that step and experience the new self-clarity with which it presents you.
Self-clarity is a major opening of your awareness that will occur when you disentangle yourselves from the distractions of the illusion. Quiet time alone each day is the secret to this task which most of you find very difficult. The illusion is extremely distracting because it seems to envelop you in every moment while those around you demand your attention either at home, at work, traveling, or during moments of social engagement. Taking time out, quietly and alone, releases you from these distractions temporarily, and helps you to learn non-attachment, a very useful and essential skill in your task of disentanglement.
Non-attachment allows you to observe the illusion without engaging with it. This brings you peace, reduces your stress levels, and enables you to avoid becoming emotionally embroiled in other people’s issues, worries, and fears. Then you can listen compassionately when requested and in so doing enable others to find some inner peace, because with the stable and accepting presence you offer them, they no longer feel a need to defend themselves or hide behind an attacking mask that serves the same purpose. And voicing their concerns in safety to a compassionate listener helps them to gain some clarity on the issues that are unsettling or disturbing them. Sharing your love and your Light in this way helps others to open to the loving energies that have always been there for them, but of which they were largely unaware due to the intense distractions that surround them.
You are the Light-bearers, the wayshowers, and the bringers-of-peace; and to carry out that task you must have found your own inner peace. Doubtless it will still get ruffled from time to time when the tensions others are holding cause emotional outbursts, but the very fact of taking time out daily to de-stress will most assuredly strengthen your resolve to be loving and peaceful whatever situation you may be dealing with.
Occasionally your own sense of being alone, surrounded by others who are seemingly unaware of any of their spiritual aspects, can be daunting for you. You feel that if you could communicate with another like-minded being it would be uplifting, strengthening your own faith in God’s infinite Love for you. If you cannot find a human with whom you can share your ideas, your anxieties, or your doubts, then do turn inwards for guidance. Many allow their sense of aloneness to distract them from their spiritual calling, and they seek solace by joining with others in social activities, but that only serves to move them away from it. Resist that temptation and go within. Persist. Ignore the distractions of the doubting mind — “This is not working” — “I cannot still my mind” — “Why would anyone in the spiritual realms want to help me?” — and you will find some peace and loving warmth because we are there, awaiting your call with compassion and understanding. We truly want to help when you feel down, depressed, or lonely. Please call. We will answer you, and you will feel comforted and supported.

These are exciting times for humanity as the intensifying energies of the New Age swirl around you, sweeping you up into an increasing awareness of your spiritual heritage: your oneness with one another and with God. Focus on the sensations that they inspire — an awakening realization that Love is the answer to every question, to every problem, to every conflict, to every confusion, to every fear . . . because there is only Love. That realization, stirring within the hearts of even the most staunch believers in the reality of the illusion, is leading you irrevocably homewards.
Love . . . Love . . . Love is where you need to focus your attention, because It is the divine energy field in which all of creation is conceived. It is abundant, kind, generous, inclusive, utterly accepting; and It contains all sensations – sight, sound, touch, taste, smell, and an infinite selection beyond those – which provide the constant experience of beauty and inspiration, gift-wrapped in Love, that your Father has created for your infinite fulfillment.
You can see from the reports on the mainstream media that there is still much behavior and activity across the world that can at best and most compassionately be described as unloving. However, the vast majority of humanity is finding it increasingly unacceptable as the embers of the original flame of Love within them stir and nudge them towards the awareness that will lead them to awaken. You are on course and on schedule for your grand awakening as you release anything within you that is not in alignment with God’s infinite Love for you.
Many of you are now finding that sensations of irritation, anger, even extreme rage, are among the unattractive moods and feelings that are rising up into your awareness to discombobulate and unsettle you. Do not engage with them; they will pass, although it can be helpful to scream, bang on drums, or hammer on unyielding surfaces to help with releasing the forceful and seemingly uncontrollable energies that have been set in motion. Do not project them onto others, even though something another has done may seem to have been the trigger that roused your ire and consequently makes it seem justifiable. These feelings are invariably ones that you have suppressed, buried, or denied, either because they seemed unacceptable or because it would have been too dangerous for you to express them at the moment they originated.
This is what psychology refers to as the shadow side. Every human has a shadow side, and it has to be fully integrated if you are to release the feelings of unworthiness, guilt, and shame that have accumulated over your many life-times. In the illusion there are countless opportunities to cause enormous harm to another or others – pain, intense suffering, death. What you have done in these circumstances is illusory, but because it appears so real it brings with it intense feelings of shame, guilt, and anger – anger with yourselves, which you seek intently and constantly to justifiably project onto others. Frequently, opportunities occur that apparently justify your rage, as you observe the unacceptable and gross misbehavior of others. When this happens remind yourselves that all are one!
Feelings of anger, guilt, and shame have to be acknowledge and accepted as your own. Initially, that can seem not only impossible but quite wrong: without doubt others are to blame for the anguish you have experienced! But as you allow these intense feelings space in your awareness so that you can observe them, you will realize with amazing clarity that this area of heartache is crying out to be comforted and loved by you – it is often referred to as your inner child.
Instead of moving into those feelings of wretchedness and attacking whoever is conveniently to hand, compassionately offer yourself the comfort and solace for the suffering you have undergone which was unavailable or denied to you at the moment of your pain. As you begin to comprehend what has brought you to this state, you will perceive with the eyes of an adult, and realize that those who impose pain and suffering are, themselves, in great pain . . . and you will find compassion for them. When that happens, an opportunity opens up within you to forgive: first yourselves, for any unacceptable things you may have said or done; and then others who have hurt you, your loved ones, or humanity at large. The dawning of this realization is a moment of tremendous healing for you, and as you are healed, your ability to express compassion and love expands enormously.
This healing allows you to open your hearts ever more fully in love, as your understanding of the insanity of what has come to be regarded by so many as normal behavior enables you to offer others only love and compassion — whatever the situation. This is you coming more fully into alignment with the energies of the divine field of Love enveloping you. And as you come into alignment your own energy fields undergo a dramatic shift: compassion and love flow through you and from you without effort, assisting all who come into contact with you to bring their energy fields increasingly into alignment with the divine one. And it is precisely this that you are on Earth to do.
When you feel overwhelmed by the suffering you observe throughout the world, remind yourselves immediately that Love is the solution, that It is flowing vigorously and compassionately throughout the whole observable universe, healing and comforting all who open to It. Doing this reopens your hearts — which you were allowing to close in response to your sense of overwhelm — as God’s Love fills them once more. Remind yourselves that you are never alone and can never be alone because you are all essential and inseparable parts of God’s creation, united with Him in every moment of your eternal existence. And rejoice!

Humanity is continuing unfalteringly on its path to awakening. Many of you have a vision or intuitive image of your destination which helps you enormously because it gives you a point of focus, an aiming point, thus enabling you to strengthen your intent to keep moving forward. Your whole lives are a process of moving forward towards your divine destiny, which, up until the arrival of this New Age, was a process that was very frequently interrupted by distractions on the earth plane that drew you into confusion and conflict. These distractions, while still present, now have far less power to engage you, because you are now able to rise above them and from this new vantage point identify them for what they are.
The new energies which ushered in the New Age are affecting all on the planet. They are opening up a new sense of awareness that is replacing the once-blinding cloak of insensitivity within which most have been living, as they soldiered on through the daily struggles and problems with which the illusion presented them. They are now opening to the awareness that life can and should be a far better experience than most people are having. That awareness is building the necessary motivation within them to do something to change their lives, to make them more meaningful, to live them peacefully and harmoniously by making them lives of loving service, instead of states of enslavement ruled by circumstances over which they seemingly have no control.
The willingness to just do what the authority figures in their lives – governments, employers, religions, even friends and relatives, who have sought and often obtained unquestioning obedience from them – tell them to do is falling away, as they recognize and honor the right and responsibility to make their own decisions about how to live, and whether or not to obey orders or follow instructions from those who claim positions of authority over them.
You are all sovereign beings with the right and responsibility to live as you think fit, while honoring the life choices of others and taking care not to infringe on their inalienable freedoms. Thoughtlessly or fearfully giving away that authority, that power is irresponsible and dishonors you, and more and more of you are awakening into the awareness of this truth every day, and refusing to do it any longer. Everyone on Earth has the right to be heard, the right to have their needs or desires considered, and the right to take part in the discussions that this occasions. There are absolutely no exceptions to this God-given right, and humanity is finally coming to a full understanding of this.
It no longer behooves anyone to attempt to take that responsibility or right from another. If it appears that someone does not have the ability or competence to understand a situation adequately enough to exercise that right, it indicates very clearly indeed that the situation has not been properly explained. Those who would exercise authority are always, without exception, required to make clear their reasons for taking the actions that they intend to take, and if the reason for taking those actions cannot be made clear, or if they would dishonor or harm anyone, then they should not be taken.
The time for governing by decree, by force of arms, or by simply claiming to have the right to do so, and then taking action, is over. Every sentient being is a child of God with equal rights and responsibilities given at the moment of creation. These entitlements are its divine birthright and inheritance, which no other may either modify or remove. There are those who, due to inadequacies, injuries, or illnesses that their bodies are experiencing, are unable to support or take care of themselves, but this in no way gives another, or others, rights over them. The only right — and it is a solemn responsibility — is that of the disabled one to be lovingly cared for by those in a position to do so, bearing in mind at all times that the well-being of the disabled one is the only acceptable motivation for any action that may be taken.
The New Age is one in which you reclaim your freedom. You have never lost it, but it does seem that you temporarily mislaid it, and now is the time for you to find it and exercise it. You are divine sovereign beings, beloved of God, and He expects you to exercise the gifts with which He endowed you for the benefit of all. Now is the time for you all to move forwards in loving kindness, demonstrating clearly and constantly the wisdom and responsibility that your status as the beloved children of God requires of you. It is your role to fill, and doing so will bring joy beyond compare.
