Strange Weather Worldwide – Is HAARP to Blame?

I prelude this article with the fact that I do not want to cause anyone anxiety or stress by the content. It is important for us all to know what is going on. If our environment seems crazy then we need to ask ourselves the questions, “What is going on?” and “What is the reason for these impacts on our lives?”

Information is power and the more we wake up to the forces being applied on us and our sustainability the better equipped we are to make the changes necessary to overcome these forces.  So staying balanced and in unemotional observation mode is required. There is no benefit in fear and panic because that negates our power.

Living in South America, I have seen the months of drought that have made the hydroelectric power systems struggle to maintain the most basic power to the people with of course the obvious effect on industry and the economy. These same rain-dependent systems were introduced to these countries some 30 years ago by the IMF and The World Bank (See John Perkins’s “Confessions of an Economic Hitman” for the facts on this) and many of these countries like Ecuador have been almost bankrupted by the huge payback of these loans that were forced upon them by these organizations to their huge financial gain.

So could it be that the neocon/oligarch organizations that forced these expensive technologies onto these countries, are now controlling the economies of these countries by manipulating their power generation through the weather controlling abilities of HAARP causing these unusual droughts and making the systems redundant?

Furthermore, HAARP has deleted its records about a week ago! Now why would they do that unless they wanted to get rid of  incriminating evidence discovered by so many people already on the internet by restricting access to their records?  :

Incredible cyclone Olga and strange weather patterns in Australia (must see Colin Andrews site for copies of meteorological maps showing HAARP Electromagnetic/Scalar Interferometry patterns over various parts of Australia in recent weeks). This site is full of information about this activity.  So have they been practicing on Australia with this technology? Are they trying to disrupt mining activity in this part of Australia that exports to Asia and is so important to the current Australian economy?

Extraordinary drought throughout Latin America in what is usually the rainy season annually has been affecting Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia and Brazil majorly. Is this part of their plan to destabilize economies in this area?

Snowstorms in USA and Europe that have not been experienced for over a hundred years  and Washington DC at a standstill. Could this be an attempt to cause as much chaos as possible to plans to finally sort out the financial disaster that is long overdue and has been stalled since 2007 which involves the dismantling of the Federal Reserve Fiat money system and the introduction of a precious metal backed currency?

Seismic activity unprecedented in recent years such as Haiti. Could all this black ops technology that has been secret for a long time be trotted out in a final last ditch effort to subject us all to their will and agenda and forestall the announcement of Extraterrestrial presence and interaction on this planet for at least 60 years? This last but not least consideration will be the death knell of all the oligarchs and their plans because it makes them totally irrelevant.

All of the above is at issue for these criminals and they want to create as much distraction to any focus by us on these matters as well as forestall the obvious legal activity needed to bring them to justice.

I believe that the cabal/oligarchy/neocons are in major panic as most of their recent initiatives have fallen over… the swine flu epidemic never happened…. their recent terrorist false flag activity has been an abysmal failure and I dare say a total joke… whistleblowers are coming out everywhere and exposing all their secrets….  their major financial scam is about to become seriously unstuck with the collapse of the Federal Reserve Fiat System imminent and a new precious metal currency is  about to be installed.  The corruption endemic in all our governments and institutions is being exposed and addressed daily.
